Left-wing Hollywood stars Debra Messing and Piper Perabo are threatening a boycott of Southwest Airlines over the carrier’s refusal to condemn Texas’ election integrity bill, which the state’s senate passed last week.
Their boycott is the latest intimidation campaign waged by elite leftists against corporations in an attempt to sway election policy in favor of Democrats. On Monday, Covert Affairs actress Piper Perabo voiced her intention to boycott the Dallas-based Southwest. She echoed former Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean by using the now-ubiquitous term “voter suppression” to describe the bill.

NASA has sent their employees an email asking if they would volunteer at Joe Biden's overcrowded camps for migrants crossing the border.
In an email obtained by The Intercept's Ken Klippenstein, the space agency said the Department of Health and Human Services was looking for people to put themselves for 120 days of work to help unaccompanied kids coming from Mexico.

A 39-year-old woman was killed in a drive-by shooting while sitting in a Bentley outside her Bronx home, police said Tuesday. A vehicle pulled up to the Bentley parked outside the Highbridge Gardens NYCHA housing development on University Ave. near W. 166th St. about 10:10 p.m. Monday and a gunman inside opened fire, cops said. ROME—There is a link between AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine and very rare blood clots in the brain but the possible causes are still unknown, a senior official for the European Medicines Agency (EMA) said in an interview published on Tuesday.
“In my opinion, we can now say it, it is clear that there is an association with the vaccine. However, we still do not know what causes this reaction,” Marco Cavaleri, chair of the vaccine evaluation team at the EMA, told Italian daily Il Messaggero when asked about the possible relation between the AstraZeneca shot and cases of brain blood clots.
The Frederick County police on Tuesday afternoon identified the man who shot two people at a tech park in Frederick, Maryland, Tuesday morning before being shot and killed at nearby Fort Detrick.

Frederick Police Chief Jason Lando identified the suspect as Fantahun Girma Woldesenbet, 38, who was an active-duty U.S. Navy E4 (Petty Officer Third Class). Lando said Woldesenbet used a rifle during the shooting, but he did not identify the type of rifle or caliber used.

A drive-thru order took a bad turn on Tuesday when a woman allegedly opened fire into the window of a Burger King in Memphis, Tennessee, according to police.
“The Memphis Police Department said it all started when a woman got angry about how long she was waiting for her food at a Burger King on Winchester Road,” Fox 13 reported. The woman was reportedly in the drive-thru line when she exited her car, approached the window, then began arguing with an employee. Memphis police detailed the events in a Facebook post on Friday, along with photos of the suspect who appeared to be wearing a blue jacket with a red hood:
A 38-year-old sailor was shot and killed by Fort Detrick police Tuesday morning after shooting two men in a nearby city and fleeing onto the Maryland Army base.The sailor, whom the Navy confirmed was a hospital corpsman, entered a business at 8:20 a.m. in Riverside Tech Park in Frederick, Md., according to Chief Jason Lando of the Frederick Police Department. The U.S. Navy said Tuesday morning that the gunman shot and killed at Fort Detrick after he shot two people outside a business in Frederick, Maryland, was a Navy Hospital Corpsman. The shooting was reported at about 8:30 a.m. in the Riverside Tech Park, on Progress Drive not far from Monocacy Boulevard. Police Chief Jason Lando said the gunman was 38 years old, and after shooting two men at the Riverside Tech Park, he headed for Fort Detrick, about 10 minutes away, where he was shot and killed by military personnel there. A homeless man giving directions inside a Manhattan subway station was punched out, stomped and robbed by a rival trying to sell illegal MetroCard swipes, police said Tuesday. Police identified the suspect as Ronald Bailey, 52, a repeat transit offender with more than 30 prior arrests. Bailey got angry because he was trying to sell swipes—discounted entries into the subway system using a doctored MetroCard—and felt the victim, also 52, was getting in the way, according to cops. Bailey allegedly floored his rival with a left hook on the mezzanine level of the subway station at Seventh Ave. and W. 34th St.

According to County Coroner Leon Jones, 30-Year-Old Christopher Knight was stabbed around 2:45 a.m. at the jail. Navy Seabees have built Vice President Kamala Harris her own version of the Resolute desk made out of materials from historic U.S. warships. Harris' desk, which sits in her office in the West Wing of the White House, was put together using wood, copper and nails taken from the USS Constitution, which was commissioned under George Washington in 1794. The USS Constitution is one of the country's first frigates and is the oldest commissioned warship still afloat. It was launched in 1797 in Boston, Massachusetts, and now sits in Baltimore Harbor. Michigan reported a record number of coronavirus cases on Monday to top the daily tally among U.S. states, about a month after easing restrictions when new cases showed a downward trend. It reported 11,082 cases on Monday, surpassing a previous daily peak of 10,140 hit on November 20 and bringing the total case load to 779,974.
