A survey in the U.K. found that 51 percent of 18 to 34-year-olds said they pray at least once a month, while only 24 percent of those 55 and older said the same.
The associate director of the polling company that conducted the survey, Savanta ComRes, suggested that the finding could be partially attributed to the proliferation of virtual prayers and religious services during the pandemic.
Ten percent of British adults reported in January that their faith is stronger as a result of the pandemic, according to the Pew Research Center. Growth in faith during the pandemic was even more pronounced in the U.S.

Earlier this year it was reported that Hillary Clinton was teaming up with bestselling author Louise Penny to write her first novel—a political thriller. I guess she felt she had a flair for fiction after pushing the phony “Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2020 election” narrative.
But I digress. The political thriller, co-written by the twice-failed presidential candidate, is now just over a week from getting published, if you’re interested.

Washington–All civilians who work for the Defense Department and the military services must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by Nov. 22, under new guidelines released Monday. The policy was not only unpopular, it was chaotic. New Zealanders complained about unclear rules for those trying to return home

It is without fail that whenever President Joe Biden finds himself on the receiving end of legitimate criticisms from his political opposition (which is quite literally every day, almost every hour), there will be an array of Democrat apologists in the mainstream media who rush to his defense in order to suggest that whatever he said or did was either taken out of context or was really not the shocking moment people make it out to be.

Between 11.50am EST and 11.52am EST, Facebook made a series of updates to its border gateway protocol (BGP) which caused it to 'disappear' from the internet. The BGP allows for the exchange of routing information on the internet and takes people to the websites they want to access. Yesterday, illegal immigrant activists (who also happen to be illegal immigrants themselves) verbally accosted Sen. Kyrsten Sinema. But what made the scene especially egregious was that they followed the Arizona senator into the restroom, with one person appearing to film through a crack in her stall as they shouted about a “pathway to citizenship.” Sinema has since denounced the attack that occurred at Arizona State University.
In the aftermath, we are beginning to get reactions to what happened, and one came from Joe Biden after he was asked about what transpired. His answer was a big “yikes” moment as he seemingly dismissed concerns and did nothing to speak up for Sinema.

After all, it’s well documented that summertime is traditionally the peak fighting season in Afghanistan. According to a study from the Small Wars Journal, this trend exists for two main reasons.
The first and most obvious factor is that harsh Afghan winters make travel challenging.

Second, many Afghan fighting forces fund their efforts via harvesting opium poppy. Once this cultivation finishes in early spring/late winter, fighting increases,

The Supreme Court this week will again assemble for a new term and pundits and politicians are already handicapping the cases. This term, however, has more drama and tension as Democrats call for packing the court with an instant liberal majority and others attack its members in anticipation of opinions that have yet to be written.
The reality is summed up in one of my favorite stories about Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes when he was on a trip to Washington. Holmes forgot his ticket but the train conductor reassured him, "Do not worry about your ticket. We all know who you are.

An all-women led guard change on Friday marked a historic first for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The Tomb at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia has been guarded continuously by members of the military for 84 years. The ceremonial changing of the guard takes place “every hour on the hour” between Oct. 1 and March 31 and “every half hour” between April 1 and Sept. 30, according to the Arlington National Cemetery website. But on Oct. 1, for the first time in the Tomb’s history, there was a shift change comprising only women, according to the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard).

One of the more common questions that’s been making the rounds lately, particularly in terms of how various countries are handling their pandemic responses, is “what the heck is happening to Australia?” The most heavily populated states in the country have been imposing some of the harshest lockdowns and COVID restrictions in the world, with videos emerging showing police firing rubber bullets into crowds, macing elderly women, and beating people down in the streets, all for the crime of being outdoors without permission. But now even more chaos down under is making headlines. The main focus seems to be on the state of New South Wales,

I started pipelining in 2008 during one of the worst economic recessions our country has ever witnessed. I’ve seen disaster after disaster, both natural and policy-related, devastate our oil and gas supply over the past 13 years of my pipelining career. Yet through all of this, I have never been more concerned for our nation and its energy security than I am right now, watching the Biden administration minimize the progress we have made over the past decade.

For the second time in recent months, billionaire socialist George Soros contributed money to influence Austin politics. He is contributing big bucks to defeat Proposition A which, among other things, will fund the hiring of more police officers in the city. Proposition A would establish a minimum staffing level for the Austin Police Department of 2 officers per 1,000.
Austin is experiencing an increase in attrition in police ranks which is now 15 to 20 departures per month this year. Austin is the state capitol and a university town, too, so a fully staffed police department is a necessity for the safety and protection

President Joe Biden on Saturday called out two Democrat Senate moderates, Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), for blocking his $3.5 trillion agenda and creating divisions with the more leftist factions of the party.
“We can bring the moderates and progressives together very easy if we had two more votes,” Biden told reporters Saturday. “Two. Two people.”
Biden’s comments shift the blame for his legislative failures to the senators, which suggests it will only fuel growing leftist protests against them.
Sinema was chased into a bathroom stall by Living United for Change in Arizona activists, who demanded amnesty for illegal immigrants and support for Biden’s Build Back Better plan.

For almost 50 years, Roe v. Wade has been where the debate and complexities that surround abortion have ultimately ended.
Texas placing limits on abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, and House Democrats then countering with the ‘Women’s Health Protection Act‘ have again pushed the debate into the legal and political forefront. Some are suggesting the door has been cracked open for the courts to eventually overturn the landmark case or revisit the merits.

If you took the weekend off from the internet, you missed one of the most absurd scenes in politics to play out in a while. U.S. Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) was harassed and followed into an Arizona State University bathroom while multiple people filmed the entire thing.
The activists, at least one of whom was apparently an illegal immigrant, were demanding she pass a pathway to citizenship via reconciliation, which is odd given the Senate parliamentarian has already said that can’t happen. But I mean, did you really expect logic from people who stalk people into bathrooms to scream at them over political disagreements?

One of the implied promises behind the Democrats’ endless (and escalating) efforts to destroy the Second Amendment and disarm Americans is the promise that murder will become a thing of the past—and, if not all murders, at least mass murders, involving more than one victim. However, in Florida, one man managed to kill three people with a baseball bat and a knife, as well as seriously injured another victim. The problem wasn’t the weapons; it was that a man angry after a fight with his supervisor started killing innocents with the weapons he had at hand.

The woman, who is in her 50s, was taken to a hospital with severe injuries to her arms, the release said. She was reported to be in stable condition.
Authorities from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission were trying to locate the alligator on Monday morning.

At a time when illegals are surging the border in historic numbers, and public support for amnesty is collapsing, it would seem logical for illegal immigrant amnesty activists to just lay low.
But nope, they've decided that now's about the time to step up the obnoxious, disruptive protests, along with harassment of U.S. elected officials. And things go as they've always gone, it will once again be to their grief.
But it certainly explains why we're seeing what's going on here, as described by the New York Post: Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) was followed into the bathroom by a group of immigration activists who confronted her in her classroom

“First you win the argument, then you win the vote.” That advice from Margaret Thatcher has been ignored by President Joe Biden and Democratic Party leaders to their detriment.Democrats, aided by former President Donald Trump’s denigration of Georgia’s electoral system, which gifted them the state’s two Senate seats, were gifted by voters with the narrowest of legislative majorities: 51 to 50 in the Senate and 220 to 212 (with three current vacancies) in the House. The Chinese government’s stranglehold on tech companies shows no sign of letting up. The Communist government believes it is time to enact more of what they’re calling “anti-monopoly measures” in hopes of spreading wealth and encouraging more competition.
President Xi Jinping’s idea of preventing this involves more government involvement, not loosening the reins more to encourage competition. Just look at the guides to foreigners looking to start Chinese-based companies. They’re chock full of barriers like forcing companies to stay in their lane on products and services. The government shuts businesses down if they stray from the service path. Not conducive to a positive business environment.

Democrats are ripping into each other this weekend after the failure of the infrastructure bill to go forward for a vote, when progressives tried to hold it hostage in order to get a vote on the spreading spree budget reconciliation bill.
As we reported, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) flamed the Democratic leaders for not putting on the vote as promised this week and countenancing the “stunt” of the progressives.
Media isn’t being silent about the toxic nature of the rift between the Democrats, either.

Republicans in Congress have had so little fun since Joe Biden and the Democrats swept into office. Being out of power, they can’t oppress women, blacks, and other minorities like they used to. They can pick on Mexicans and other foreigners who show up at the border, but that gets old real quick.
So, can we really blame Republicans for getting enjoyment out of watching Democrats impale themselves on the horns of their debt limit dilemma?
The debt limit must be raised. But Democrats don’t want to walk the plank on raising it alone. They need Republicans to hold their hands while they go into the water.

Influential podcaster Joe Rogan is implying that President Joe Biden or his team perhaps may not be fully transparent about the meaning of fully vaccinated. On a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, the host cast doubt on whether the POTUS actually received an actual COVID-19 booster shot, i.e., the third dose of the Pfizer jab, last week on live TV, in the syringe. “I think if they were gonna give him a booster shot, the last thing they would do is give it to him live on television,” Rogan speculated.
