After the patron saint of restricting Americans’ freedoms suggested we might need to cancel Christmas, I suppose this shouldn’t come as all that much of a surprise. The CDC is announcing today that they are recommending that Americans celebrate Thanksgiving virtually again this year. You probably don’t need me to tell you that this is one turkey of an idea that Joe Biden isn’t going to be able to make fly. But the new guidelines have all sorts of unpleasant nuggets built into them for any of you dangerous people who still insist on carving up the turkey with your family. Oh, and you have to scroll

One law enforcement officer was killed and two others injured during a shooting on an Amtrak train in Tucson, Arizona on Monday, cops said. The Sunset Limited Train 2 was traveling from Los Angeles to New Orleans when it arrived in Tucson around 7:40 a.m. local time, an Amtrak spokesman told The Post. Two DEA agents were conducting a routine inspection of the train for anything suspicious while it was stopped when a man began firing on the officers, according to the Tucson Police Department. Police had detained one suspect for questioning when a second man began shooting at

A NASCAR crowd at Talladega Superspeedway broke into a “F–k Joe Biden” chant on Saturday — but an NBC reporter claims she heard something more benign. NBC Sports reporter Kelli Stavast was in the middle of interviewing driver Brandon Brown after he won his first NASCAR Xfinity Series race at the famed Alabama racetrack when the crowd behind them broke into a chant, Fox News said. “As you can hear the chants from the crowd,” Stavast said to Brown, according to a Twitter post after the race. “Let’s go Brandon.” The clip shows that the crowd was actually sharing their

CBS News’ “Face the Nation” anchor Margaret Brennan asked Dr. Fauci Sunday if families should gather for Christmas this year and he said that it’s just “too soon to tell” while relentlessly pushing vaccinations and booster shots for Americans. Brennan asked, “There are two new studies out that show COVID has gotten better at transmitting through aerosols, just through the air. What does that mean? We’re going into cold weather, the holidays. Do people need to start looking around and say it is too risky to gather with family members if there are unvaccinated children?” National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases head and chief White House Medical Adviser

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases head and chief White House medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Republicans need to “face reality” and realize immigrates are not “the driving force” of the coronavirus pandemic. Anchor Dana Bash said, “Doctor Fauci A new Kaiser Family Foundation poll asked Americans what they thought the major reasons for high coronavirus spread are and the top reasons the Republicans gave was immigrants and tourists bringing COVID-19 into the U.S. Are immigrants a major reason why COVID-19 is spreading in the U.S.?” Fauci said, “No, absolutely

As we reported earlier this week, a suspected Antifa operative has been arrested and charged for the shooting of a Proud Boys leader during an altercation that took place in Washington early in September. This shooting took place a little over a year after an Antifa member murdered a Trump supporter in Portland, Oregon during a protest. The Epoch Times reported: Benjamin Anthony Varela, a 36-year-old resident of Olympia, was taken into custody on Sept. 23 on suspicion of assault and vandalism. Varela was later charged with assault in the first degree for shooting Tusitala Toese, a Proud Boys leader, according to court documents obtained by The Epoch Times.

A UCLA professor who was briefly suspended after declining a request that Black students get easier final exams after George Floyd’s death sued the school Wednesday, accusing it of defamation and loss of financial opportunities. Gordon Klein, a lecturer at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management who has taught there for decades, filed the lawsuit in state court against the school’s dean, Antonio Bernardo, the University of California Board of Regents, and a host of unnamed “co-conspirators.”
“I did this because the school has continued to retaliate against me, and other scholars are facing retaliation, and I thought it was important for someone to

The state of Florida is suing the Biden administration over its "illegal" catch-and-release policies at the Southern Border, saying they cause harm to the state's "quasi-sovereign interests," while claiming officials are either in violation of federal immigration law, or simply abusing their authority. Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody filed the suit against the administration Tuesday, as part of a joint effort with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to "uphold the rule of law despite the Biden administration's decision to violate the law." The suit was filed in the Pensacola Division of the Northern District of Florida. Moody is not seeking a preliminary injunction.

Thanks to Vice President Kamala Harris’s latest hiring decision, yet another member of the Psaki family now works within the Biden administration. The Washington Post reported Friday that of the two individuals recently hired by Harris as senior advisers, one of them, Adam Frankel, has familial ties to White House press secretary Jen Psaki. “Frankel is married to Stephanie Psaki, a senior adviser at the Department of Health and Human Services and the sister of White House press secretary Jen Psaki,” according to the Post. You read that correctly. Frankel’s own wife works within the administration. And she herself is the sister of the press secretary.

A little over a week ago, I wrote about my decision to finally start exercising my Second Amendment right to bear arms. In the piece, I discussed some of the reasons why I chose to take this step and outlined parts of the journey that led me to this place. I am now proud to say I am a gun owner. In a live stream on my show, “A Fresh Perspective with Jeff Charles,” I discussed the process I went through to choose the firearm I would purchase as my first gun. It was a fun journey filled with copious levels of research and

We’ve been told a lot of lies and nonsense about the Afghanistan debacle by Joe Biden and his administration. Now some of those lies are coming back to bite us.
One of the lies was about how all the evacuees were thoroughly vetted before they came to the United States. “Before anyone who is evacuated from Afghanistan comes to this country, they undergo a rigorous vet,” State Department spokesperson Ned Price told reporters.
We already found out how wrong that was with the first 30,000 evacuees brought to this country. About 10,000 needed “additional screening.” If they were “thoroughly vetted,” why would they need additional screening on such a massive

Bud: I got my vaccination. I am now protected from the virus.
Lou: Not me. No one’s gonna jab a needle in my arm.
Bud: You must.
Lou: Why?
Bud: To protect me.
Lou: From the virus?
Bud: Yes.
Lou: But I thought you said you were vaccinated.
Bud: I am.
Lou: You’re protected?
Bud: Correct.
Lou: From the virus?
Bud: Yes.
Lou: So, I don’t need a vaccination.
Bud: But you do.
Lou: Why?
Bud: To protect me.
Lou: I thought you were vaccinated.
Bud: I am.
Lou: And the vaccination protects you?
Bud: It does.
Lou: So, I don’t need to get vaccinated to protect you because you’re already protected from the virus by the vaccination you already got.
