Southern Manatee Fire Rescue Chief Robert Bounds said Tuesday afternoon that six Seminole Gulf railway cars fell off the tracks near a homeless camp at the Sarasota-Manatee County border.
Five of the cars were carrying sheetrock, while the sixth was carrying propane. Another train car that did not overturn was also transporting propane at the time, and jumped the track during the partial derailment, FOX 13 reports.

Millions of LastPass users may be at risk after a major breach of the home computer of one of their top employees. This employee was only one of four people in the company with access to their corporate vault. The breach may have come through a home Plex media account, according to Ars Technica, and appears to have been perpetrated by the same hackers who breached LastPass security on a smaller scale last August. A couple of recent articles in The New York Times show just how annoyed the national media is getting at so far being unable to find something wrong with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
Why hasn’t he called Donald Trump a fathead on Twitter yet?! Where are all the women who want to accuse him of being a rapist?! Why won’t he back down from positions that are popular with voters?! The Washington, D.C. city council made it official on Monday, illegal immigrants and other non-citizens can now vote in local elections. The Democrat-run district that serves as the nation’s capital went so far as to allow foreign diplomats to cast a vote.
That’s according to various reports that the city council passed the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act after a 30-day congressional review period ended — the GOP-led House pushed to block the D.C. law from taking effect but the Democrat-run Senate let the clock expire without taking action.

The clergy members — three rabbis, a Unitarian Universalist minister, an Episcopal Church priest, a Buddhist lama, and a United Church of Christ reverend — filed separate lawsuits against the State of Florida in August claiming that the law violates their rights to freedom of speech and freedom of religion. In the past few days, a key federal agency concluded that COVID was likely the result of a Chinese lab leak. A prestigious medical journal reported that natural immunity is better than vaccines against COVID. Another that mask mandates were worthless. And President Joe Biden’s advanced age is now, according to Biden, a legitimate issue.

The judge overseeing the Georgia special grand jury weighed in on the crazy forewoman who went on a media tour last week.
To be clear, the Georgia special grand jury cannot bring any indictments, they can only recommend indictments and District Attorney Fanni Willis would then have to pursue the case.
Fulton County judge Robert C. McBurney recently ordered parts of the grand jury report in the garbage Trump 2020 election investigation to be released as the prosecutor considers charges against Trump and his allies.
The grand jury concluded that “one or more witnesses” lied under oath and recommended perjury indictments.

The Club for Growth, a leading conservative campaign group, will host a donor retreat in Palm Beach, Florida this weekend. Most of the 2024 potential or declared Republican candidates are invited and will be there, all except for one noticeable exception – Donald Trump. Though the retreat will be held near Mar-a-Lago, Trump is not invited. He and the group had a falling out during the 2022 midterm cycle and apparently that has not been repaired.

On Sunday night, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis appeared on “Life, Liberty, and Levin” on Fox News, purportedly to promote his new book, The Courage to Be Free, which comes out this week.
