Disastrous Waco raid 30 years ago still
fuels extremism

In his “V for Vendetta” raging September speech in Philadelphia, President Joe Biden denounced “an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.” His Department of Homeland Security and FBI are ramping up crackdowns on “domestic violent extremists.” But federal brutality and wrongful killings spawned the extremism that politicians seek to exterminate. According to a DHS official, “The modern-day militia movement owes its existence to Waco.” Thirty years ago Tuesday — Feb. 28, 1993 — 76 federal agents assaulted the peaceful residents of a ramshackle, sprawling wooden home in Waco, Texas. The result was “the deadliest U.S. government action on American soil since the 1890 massacre at Wounded Knee,”

Thirty years ago today - - the criminal pervert Master B. Clinton - - sent heavy military equipment - - and heavily armed storm troopers - - to break into a private residence - - full of men, women, and children - - none of whom had ever committed a crime - - or were even accused of committing a crime - - immolating 80 of them in a fiery pyre. We can only hope that the pervert will burn for all eternity. Elian Gonzalez was unavailable for comment.

Didn’t “authorities” also say that children were being molested? There’s no mention of that in this article but I seem to remember that being part of the reason they wanted to arrest Koresh. I’m not saying that was true, just part of the bs we were told during those 83 days.

There was no child molestation. They were the parents of those kids. Also, the gun charges were a fraud. One of the guys was a gun dealer that stocked, bought, and sold guns. The local sheriff should have handled the entire affair, but the FBI and ATF wanted to use shock and awe, military force. They filmed it so they could see themselves later. It was not a raid. It was the Massacre at Waco!

This action by ATF and FBI is truly one of the most sordid acts of the American government in history! Yes, right next to the Wounded Knee massacre!! Don’t think for a second that it cannot happen again! And again… Add Ruby Ridge into the mix and you should be afraid! Be very afraid!

I remember Janet Reno had to take the blame for this fiasco. ATF's hands were tied during the siege on the compound, so she sent in the feebs. One thing article fails to mention is the subsequent bombing of the Murrah Bldg in OkC by McVey and Nichols a year later (IIRC). They were targeting the FBI branch office here.

Waco is where Janet Sterno got her name. They figured they had to do something, so they did something. At least Al Gore learned something important from David Koresh. Fanaticism.

Reno was one of those prosecutors of that era that saw mass child molestation everywhere. Innocent pre-school teacher's and others were targeted. Incredible accusations were made like animal sacrifices, kids being forced to have sex with all the teachers, and animals, at one school they said that giraffe's were involved. Nobody involved in the prosecution stopped to think about that one? It was kind of like the mass insanity going on now that teaches that exposing babies to sexual activity is now a good thing. I remember that Reno preached about needing to "rescue" the children, and, while Koresch could have been picked up and questioned during his trips to town, Reno and the FBI took another route and burned all those kids to death? Reading the history of botched FBI raids in the article, the resulting deaths and the lack of any justice for the victims or punishment for the perpetrators, how can it be "crazy" to suggest that the FBI set up the Whitmer "kidnapping?" Corrupt Democrats and the FBI choreographing the Jan6Th "Insurrection?" Preposterous! They have done what they always do...Talk loud, talk fast, repeat, repeat, repeat, and history is rewritten with no justice for the innocent once again.

I remember. After the Davidians were burned to death, the ground was scrapped to eliminate any inconvenient evidence. I also remember Kennedy, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma (cop executed for seeing too much), 9-11?, Trump Russia collusion, Biden China treason, Ukraine back-channelling, stolen 2020 election, Covid-19 vaccines, and J6. You might call me an extremist because I don't believe a damn thing the government tells me anymore.

Here we go again: A Washington Post columnist wants Major League Baseball to yank spring training out of Florida to slap Gov. Ron DeSantis. “Baseball can no longer ignore Ron DeSantis’s culture wars,” argues Kevin Blackistone, so the “15 franchises that started spring training last month in Florida should consider making the annual exercise an all-[Arizona] affair” and so pull hundreds of millions of dollars from Florida’s economy. He claims DeSantis’ drive against extremist gender and race ideology is “an attack on diversity.”

Thirty years ago Sunday, the largest terrorist attack then in American history occurred when a 1,200-pound bomb exploded beneath the World Trade Center in New York City. It was sheer luck that the explosion did not topple the entire skyscraper and kill thousands of people. Politicians solemnly marked the anniversary, but dignitaries made no mention of the FBI’s role in that disaster. On Nov. 5, 1990, Rabbi Meir Kahane was assassinated at a New York hotel. Kahane advocated banishing all Arabs from Israel and the territories, and his political party was banned from the Knesset for “inciting racism” and “endangering security.”

The left is looking to oust Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand in next year’s Democratic primary — which gives Republicans a chance to take the seat if they can nominate a heavy-hitter for the general. The Post reported weeks ago on progressives’ ambitions for the seat, and now the left-leaning Daily Beast confirms the “emerging sense among New York insiders” that she’s “vulnerable enough.” Ironically, she’s so vulnerable to the left for the same reason she’s failed to face a major GOP challenge in the past: She’s had so little impact that most voters barely know who she is.

If he wasn’t stealing, nothing would have happened,” injured worker Francisco Morales told The Post of the man accused of trying to rob the store. Morales, 38, was hurt during Tuesday’s chaos at the Fish Express Fish Mart, when Robert “Bobby” Burrell, and his brother, Malik, allegedly entered the store to steal shrimp and began assaulting him. Another worker, Junior Hernandez, intervened and ultimately stabbed the Burrell brothers, killing the 25-year-old Malik, authorities said.

Liberals are fond of saying they are for welcoming illegal aliens and for sanctuary cities. But when those illegal aliens are sent to sanctuary cities like New York or liberal holiday bastions like Martha’s Vineyard, then suddenly you get meltdowns and accusations that shipping people there is “human trafficking.” That’s what liberals accused Florida Gov. The US military shot down the Chinese spy balloon that floated through U.S. airspace on Saturday, as Americans learned President Biden and his administration had known about the incursion for a week — but kept it secret, fearing it would derail Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s planned meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing. A pair of American fighter jets circled the surveillance craft as it neared the coast of South Carolina, then pierced it with a missile once it was safely over the Atlantic Ocean, video showed.
