When Ron DeSantis is consulting renowned experts about whether or not to run for president in 2024, the man he is most likely to listen to is President Chris Christie. Well, not literally listen. He’ll instead learn from the potential prezzy who ended up presiding in network green rooms instead of the White House because he declined to run when he had his big – well, everything about him is big – chance in 2012. The Gov will also look to the lessons of President Mario Cuomo. Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) publicly came out shaming the Biden administration for not standing by him during his sexual harassment scandal last year.
Telling a New York Post reporter, Cuomo said that it was “traumatizing” that no one from his party supported him during that time. Saying that he has been friends with President Joe Biden for almost 20 years, the disgraced governor said that it was “heartbreaking” to see Biden turn his back on him without knowing the full story. “It was tough. Traumatizing. Biden, a friend 20 years, not knowing details, immediately said about me, ‘He’s got to go.’

“Under the burdens of capitalism . . . we’re not having kids.”

We say: Socialist AOC thinks capitalism creates “burdens” that depress birth rates, but free markets are the best way to pull a nation out of poverty — and it’s the better-off who have fewer kids. Then again, even the poor in America are far wealthier than most of mankind throughout history. Oh, and by the way: More-socialist Europe’s birth rates are lower than those in the US.

White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain said Thursday that President Joe Biden is running for re-election - he just can't phrase it that way yet.
'Well, you know, as he said, he intends to run and that's kind of the formulation he has to give to not like trigger federal election law and require us to file a bunch of forms,' Klain said at the Atlantic Festival in Washington. 'That is definitely his intention. Obviously, something could happen.'
Klain was asked about Biden's political future after the president gave himself some wiggle room during Sunday's interview on 60 Minutes.

Once could be excused. Twice is suspicious. Three times seems like a strategy. Are Democrats choosing infirm, intellectually challenged, feeble people to run for office so that they can be easily manipulated?
Joe Biden was and is clearly infirm, physically, psychologically, and cognitively.
John Fetterman is also clearly infirm due to two things: He has had a recent stroke which seems to have left him cognitively impaired, and he also has a rather prominent swelling on the back of his neck, which could be the sign of several very serious conditions.Kamala Harris is intellectually suspect, linguistically incontinent, and verbally incoherent.

The Republican governor also enjoys more certainty among respondents, as 43 percent said they will “definitely” vote for him, compared to 31 percent who said the same for Crist.

Miami - President Joe Biden is coming to Florida next week to campaign with Charlie Crist as he tries to unseat Gov. Ron DeSantis in a battleground state that has increasingly become a Republican stronghold.
But Democratic Senate candidate Val Demings won’t be there Tuesday to meet the president in her hometown, Orlando. The divergent whereabouts of the two candidates says as much about their respective campaigns as it does about Democrats' approach-or-avoid conflict with the president, whose approval ratings remain underwater as he nevertheless regains his popularity and starts hitting the campaign trail in the final weeks leading up to the Nov. 8 midterm election.

Martha's Vineyard has been all over the news. The tony resort community so loves aiding and comforting the undocumented immigrants who were flown in from Florida that it hugged them -- for all of 48 hours.
Oddly, the Left became unhinged when red-state governors -- whose states the last two years were flooded with some 3 million people who entered the country illegally -- finally decided to spread welcoming chores among affluent blue-state communities. It was a natural fit. Most, like Washington, D.C., and New York, were on record as sanctuary city jurisdictions. In the abstract, they endorse open borders and celebrate diversity -- from the serenity of thousands of miles

A diversity and inclusion training by the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado instructs cadets to use words that "include all genders" and to refrain from saying things like "mom" and "dad." The slide presentation titled, "Diversity & Inclusion: What it is, why we care, & what we can do," obtained by Fox News Digital, advises cadets to use "person-centered" and gender-neutral language when describing individuals.
"Some families are headed by single parents, grandparents, foster parents, two moms, two dads, etc.: consider ‘parent or caregiver’ instead of ‘mom and dad,'" the presentation states. "Use words that include all genders: ‘Folks’ or ‘Y’all’ instead of ‘guys’; ‘partner’ vs. ‘boyfriend or girlfriend.’"

Illegal aliens who were deported off Martha’s Vineyard less than 48 hours after their arrival now say they would like to return to the “beautiful” elite island home of the wealthy’s summer estates.
Late last week, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) sent two flights packed with 50 illegal aliens from Venezuela to Martha’s Vineyard, where former President Obama has a sprawling 29-acre summer estate.
Less than 48 hours after their arrival, officials on Martha’s Vineyard declared a “humanitarian crisis” and claimed they have a “housing crisis” that prevents them from being able to absorb border crossers and illegal aliens, even as the island could shelter six million refugees.

The good news for President Biden is that his national approval rating is on the rise, including in our recent NBC News poll (where it inched up from 42% in August to 45% this month among registered voters). The bad news for him is that his standing remains in historically perilous territory for the party holding the White House, especially in key battleground states. Three different Georgia polls released this week — via CBS News, Marist and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution — find the state’s Senate race between incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga., and GOP challenger Herschel Walker within the margin

Large Chinese drug networks are helping fuel the U.S. fentanyl crisis, a situation Beijing has little incentive to combat amid deteriorating relations with Washington.
"Since approximately 2013, China has been the principal source of the fentanyl flooding America’s illicit drug market," Craig Singleton, a senior fellow at the nonpartisan Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told Fox News Digital.

Michelle Obama plans for the world to see – and hear – more of her and her “earned wisdom” than ever before. To that end the former first lady announced Wednesday a six-city tour this fall promoting her new book, The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times, beginning mid-November in Washington, DC, and ending a month later in Los Angeles.
“I’m looking forward to making some new connections — and of course, seeing some familiar faces from the last tour,” she said in a joint statement released through her publisher, Crown, and tour promoter Live Nation.

When New York Times columnist Jamelle Bouie wrote a love letter of sorts to Donald Trump and his “soft edges and eccentricity,” it didn’t take long for people to see this for what it is: an opening salvo by the press to start demonizing the next Republican.
In his column, Bouie coos about how Trump is “funny, he has stage presence, and he has a kind of natural charisma. He can be a bully in part because he can temper his cruelty and egoism with the performance of a clown or a showman. He can persuade an audience that he’s just kidding — that he doesn’t actually mean it.”

On any given day, House members are sparring in committee hearings, much of which we never see because it’s just not all that newsworthy. An exception emerged on Wednesday as an exchange about January 6th took place between Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY) and Rep. Dan Bishop (R-NC).
Jones, a particularly unimpressive left-wing hack, decided to claim that Officer Brian Sicknick died by being “bludgeoned to death.” That’s a lie that has been repeated over and over the last year and a half despite it being widely debunked. Still, it remains a staple of the Democrat narrative about January 6th, serving as “proof” that the riot was uniquely deadly.

Vice President Kamala Harris delivered another word salad on Tuesday as she incoherently explained where “community banks” are located.
“We invested an additional $12 billion into community banks because we know community banks are in the community, and understand the needs and desires of that community as well as the talent and capacity of community,” Harris said.
The vice president’s nonsensical remarks were made at Claflin University in South Carolina at an event with Education Secretary Miguel Cardona during a roundtable discussion with student leaders.
Harris was then mocked on social media as footage of her gaffe went viral.

Just seven percent view Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) favorably, down from 31 percent in 2020 when former President Donald Trump was leading the Republican Party, a Civiqs poll found Wednesday.
The Civiqs poll averaged 214,149 responses tracked between November 18, 2017, and September 20, 2022. The Civiqs tracking model captures the shifts in attitudes of various groups over time across all 50 states and Washington, DC. These changes can happen either rapidly or over time.
The poll showed McConnell’s favorability took a huge hit the month former President Donald Trump left office, plunging from 17 percent to 8 percent.

The House on Wednesday passed a bill to reform the Electoral Count Act in ways Liz Cheney and other proponents say would clarify that the vice president's role in counting electoral votes is purely ceremonial, and is meant to head off future efforts to try to overturn election results.
It cleared the chamber on a mostly party-line vote, 229-203, with nine Republicans joining all Democrats to vote for it, even as Republican leaders 'whipped' against the bill.
'This bill will prevent Congress from illegally choosing the president itself,' said Cheney (R-Wyo.), who coauthored the bill with Democratic Rep. Zoe Lofgren (Calif.),

Think America’s legacy media can’t get any worse at their job? Think again.
Following reports that Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., would be sending a plane full of illegal immigrants to a local airport in Georgetown, Delaware, near the residence of President Joe Biden, reporters and self-proclaimed journalists flocked to the location of the supposed drop-off on Tuesday, waiting with bated breath for an event they could spin to fit their anti-GOP agenda. The only problem for the press, however, was that the plane in question wasn’t carrying migrants and didn’t even land in Delaware.

The top elected Republican in the country, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, is abandoning the competitive Arizona Senate race — and potentially a Senate majority — to maintain a conference he can control in the upper chamber.
On Tuesday, Axios reported that McConnell’s super PAC, the Senate Leadership Fund (SLF), is pulling another $9.6 million in television ads from the Arizona contest where Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters remains locked in a tight effort to unseat Democrat incumbent Mark Kelly.

The State Department suggests that the administration has been working to get to the 'root causes' of migration as the border crisis has more than quintupled under President Joe Biden's leadership.
While Biden's administration focuses on what causes migrants to leave their home countries and come to the U.S., it has failed to implement policies aimed at stopping the flow of illegal immigration over the southern border.
State Department spokesperson Ned Price, however, told Fox News on Wednesday that results cannot be achieved in short timelines – despite the nearly two-years of Biden's presidency.

Donald Trump has said he could declassify documents just 'by thinking about it' as he again slapped down the FBI's right to raid his Mar-a-Lago mansion.
The former president furiously insisted he had a right to the items seized by agents at the Florida home last month - and even claimed they took his last will and testament.
He also appeared to threaten to release security camera footage of them digging through the house, but hinted he would pixilate their faces.

Bombshell allegations by FBI Special Agent Steve Friend contained in a whistleblower complaint filed late Wednesday with the Department of Justice inspector general reveal a politicized Washington, DC, FBI field office cooking the books to exaggerate the threat of domestic terrorism, and using an “overzealous” January 6 investigation to harass conservative Americans and violate their constitutional rights.
Friend, 37, a respected 12-year veteran of the FBI and a SWAT-team member, was suspended Monday, stripped of his gun and badge, and escorted out of the FBI field office in Daytona Beach, Fla., after complaining to his supervisors about the violations.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has caved to the Democrats on legislation that would allow media organizations to create formal cartels to negotiate with Big Tech companies, several congressional aides and others familiar with the process told Breitbart News on Wednesday.
If Cruz goes forward with his plans to back—and allow the senate to advance—the legislation, then he will immediately become one of the biggest enablers of the establishment media and Big Tech giants and he could seriously jeopardize his political future.

The Justice Department has hit the Eagle Forum of Alabama with a voluminous subpoena that violates the organization’s First Amendment rights to speak freely, engage in the political process, and talk to their elected representatives. It’s an intimidation tactic, pure and simple, and shows just how partisan the department has become. This out-of-control behavior should scare every citizen and volunteer organization, no matter where they stand on the political or social spectrum.
Eagle Forum is a very small non-profit in Alabama. It only has one full-time employee and a second, part-time employee. Virtually all of its work on issues of interest to its members is done by volunteers.

Somewhere over the Rainbow, there’s a place where bluebirds sing, troubles melt like lemon drops, and I don’t have to write another gol durned story about idiots trying to hijack a cultural icon to make a silly point about LGBTQ people being “just like us.” We’re informed by Variety that Warner Brothers has decided to remake a film that will never be equaled or duplicated and, just to annoy me and others on the right, it will feature some kind of LGBTQ “representation.”
In this case, it’s the beloved children’s book, The Wizard of Oz, that was made into one of the most delightful films in history.

The U.S. economy is in a recession, inflation remains near 40-year highs, food prices are spiking faster than they have since 1979, the Pentagon is sending billions of dollars to Ukraine while Biden muddies the waters of Taiwan policy, more than two million illegal immigrants — including scores who are on terror watch lists — have unlawfully entered the United States, and violent crime is spiking across the country. So what is the President of the United States doing to help American families?

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon knocked President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness, charging it will do little to fix the ongoing problem.
Dimon called the program “badly done” when speaking before a U.S. House panel with other large bank CEOs on Wednesday. “I wish they had targeted the people who actually needed help,” Dimon said. “They still haven’t fixed the underwriting and they haven’t fixed the cost of college.” “We basically put a Band-Aid on, spent a lot of money and didn’t fix the problem,” he added.

Voters trust the Republican Party over Democrats by a wide margin on the economy and economic issues ahead of the November midterm elections, a Morning Consult poll revealed Tuesday.
The poll is bad news for Democrats because President Joe Biden’s rescissory economy is the number one issue for voters. By a margin of eight points (46-38 percent), respondents trusted Republicans over Democrats on the economy.
Republicans were trusted five percent (45-40 percent) more on the issue of creating economic opportunity through employment than Democrats. Voters also trust Republicans by ten points to solve Biden’s soaring inflation (46-36 percent) over Democrats.
