The State Department suggests that the administration has been working to get to the 'root causes' of migration as the border crisis has more than quintupled under President Joe Biden's leadership. While Biden's administration focuses on what causes migrants to leave their home countries and come to the U.S., it has failed to implement policies aimed at stopping the flow of illegal immigration over the southern border. State Department spokesperson Ned Price, however, told Fox News on Wednesday that results cannot be achieved in short timelines – despite the nearly two-years of Biden's presidency.
