The far-left state of California further embraced neo-paganism this week when Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law allowing the practice of composting dead human beings to better combat climate change.
Citing the high CO2 emissions associated with cremation, the bill will give people the option to give their dead remains over to a process known as natural organic reduction (NOR) should they not want to be buried or cremated.
“The process involves placing the body inside a long, reusable steel container along with wood chips and flowers to aerate it – allowing microbes and bacteria to break down the remains,” according to the Daily Mail.

The process would still produce CO2

Beginning to think the 'good' Governor has a perverse advisor who deliberately puts out bad ideas just to see if people are stupid enough to follow them.

So now we will know who the Crazy people are who live in California. If they buy the Governor's New composting Law, they need to realize they are being snookered! Actually, it's not a NEW idea at all. People have been burying their Dead from the beginning of time. Some were wrapped in a Blanket, some placed in a Wooden Casket or some in a $10,000 Casket . All of them would decompose in time. So, the Governor thinks he's discovered something new and GREEN! Come on People! Get out of that State while there is still time!!

This is reminiscent of the Twilight Zone episode from 2002 called "Evergreen". Where authorities turned a unrepentent juvenile delinquent into compost. TV becomes reality. It's Black Mirror in reality. Where does it stop?

Having microbes digest food is what methane gas is what is blamed for when it comes to cows. Wouldn't using the deceased california bodies to produce pet food avoid all that greenhouse gas pollution? Surely there is an example of that being done somewhere - maybe in a sci-fi movie?

Russian president Val the Impaler is a fan. He's been doing a lot of human composting in Ukraine. We used to call them mass graves. Nice to know Brycream Newsom has got international backing for his innovative green fascism.

California is falling behind the curve on this one. Washington, Oregon & Colorado legalized this disrespectful process before them.
It’s really no surprise from people who disrespect the miracle of human birth, by callously extinguishing the beginning of life in any stage of gestation, in horrific, painful, barbarous murder of the helpless innocents.
Treating a dead human body as garbage is no more than garbage in, garbage out in the mind of the godless. It’s doubtful we’ve seen & heard the worst from them.
The hatefulness that “those who know not God” & those “who would be gods” are capable of showing toward fellow human beings throughout the life cycle is a reflection of the difference between an eternity in hell with Satan & eternal peace in heaven with the loving God who created us. Life is short. It matters how we choose to live it. Eternity awaits.

Cremation produces a burst of CO2. Composting slows its release, and some of the carbon will be assimilated into new microorganisms, to be released later as the gas.

Might as well say it's to combat the Boogeyman, since both are imaginary fears based on falsehoods.
