A federal appeals court has sided with the Biden Justice Department by authorizing the government to continue its criminal investigation against former President Donald. J. Trump by allowing it to regain access to documents seized by the FBI during the storming of Mar-a-Lago last month.
On Wednesday, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta overruled federal Judge Aileen Cannon who blocked the feds from using around 100 documents that were marked as classified when she approved the appointment of a special master to review the material confiscated from Trump’s residence.

this only applies to the 100 "items" with classified markings...NOT the 11,000+ other items that they seized.
They made the claim that THEY are entitled to exclusive access and use of ALL Items, and Trump via his lawyers is barred from any access to ANY of them.
They claim that it all belongs "To the Government, not Trump", yet the "Office of the former President" IS a govt office, has govt funding, govt security, funds spent by the Secret Service of a $600,000contract to build and create a secure document storage/handling system and space at the "Office of the former President".
When Obama left he shipped 300MILLION documents and items to a private warehouse in Chicago where NO ONE was allowed any access for over 3 years....he finally demanded and received another $3million to ship it all back to DC to be stored in a govt warehouse where STILL access is nearly impossible, and requests are nearly all denied.
Imagine the "Poutrage" if Trump had ordered all of THAT to be seized by the FBI and tasked hundreds of agents to comb through it all in a "Criminal Probe".

"The United States has three levels of classification: Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret. Each level of classification indicates an increasing degree of sensitivity. * * * * *
The United States does not have a British-style Official Secrets Act. Instead, several laws protect classified information, including the Espionage Act of 1917, the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and the Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982. A 2013 report to Congress noted that the relevant laws have been mostly used to prosecute foreign agents, or those passing classified information to them, and that leaks to the press have rarely been prosecuted.[3] The legislative and executive branches of government, including US presidents, have frequently leaked classified information to journalists.[4][page needed][5][6][7] Congress has repeatedly resisted or failed to pass a law that generally outlaws disclosing classified information. Most espionage law criminalizes only national defense information; only a jury can decide if a given document meets that criterion, and judges have repeatedly said that being "classified" does not necessarily make information become related to the "national defense"

Hey Turninggrey, you answered your own question. The answer to "What is wrong with Georgia?" is "Atlanta" The surrounding counties are also problematic. The 2020 election put the cherry on top of what has been becoming Hollywood East Meets DC West right in the heart of Georgia.
The state has been overrun with outsiders for years and, thanks to RINOs like Kemp, they keep hanging around government. The Stacey gang is also hard at work in the shadows. The midterms are shaping up to mirror 2020 if they all have their way.

Not surprising, after all the Left owns the judicial system, that much has been made crystal clear.

This is a blatantly unconstitutional decision by the 11th Circus, and Trump should immediately appeal to the Supreme Court.
In 1988, the Supreme Court ruled in Navy vs. Egan that the US President has the final say on what is or is not Classified, and is not overruled by Congress, the Judiciary, or any federal agency--which ultimately report to him.
Even Justice Roberts would vote to make it 5-4 because of the rock solid, recent precedent set by SCOTUS.
The 11th Circuit's decision was grossly in error and someone should get shamed.

Shocker! Deep State Judiciarch says Deep State can do whatever it wants.
But earlier poster is right: Even before the 'Special Master' (baiter) was appointed, copies of everything that could be spun to hurt Trump or Trump supporters were made and given to the DNC, The Pelosi Cartel, The Schumer Cartel , the 0bama Cartel, the Clinton Cartel and even the Biden Crime Family. And The Media... The media got theirs with precise instructions on what to publish and when to publish it.
Anything that could be even remotely seen as exculpatory toward Trump was immediately destroyed. And especially destroyed was any evidence showing the FBI / DOJ illegal and immoral activities involving the "Russian Collusion" Hoax against Trump.
