A suspect who allegedly attacked and bit a downtown Minneapolis teen restaurant worker as he took out the garbage last month will apparently not be charged, despite the young worker suffering several deep bite wounds. (Snip) Nineteen-year-old Jezarius Sheldon said he was taking out the trash when a man screamed and cursed at him and then rushed at him (snip) That’s when Sheldon says his response turned into self-defense, and he began utilizing his jiu-jitsu skills and his experience as a high school wrestler. (snip) Hennepin County Attorney’s Office (HCAO) declined to charge Brown because “the victim knew how to fight.”

#2 questions voters in Minnesota. It is puzzling; it’s like they’re in a trance. Having grown up near Minneapolis, I learned that “Minnesota nice” was always a mark of pride to the natives. “Nice” became “naive” when their belief that goodness begets goodness came up against the psychic dissonance of Islam and rendered them stupid. Now they believe it is somehow noble to be submit inbreds, psychopaths and throwbacks from the third world. Better to live as slaves than to be rude.

It’s obvious from the pictures that the attacker’s bites left deep wounds. This young man could be exposed to who knows what from those very nasty bites. I hope he was doctored properly with that in mind. Surely there is some legal recourse to the absurdity of the decision by the county attorney’s office to not charge the attacker! He happened to be able to fight back, but wounded anyway. How severely does a victim have to be wounded to have an unprovoked attacker punished in that county?!!

Sadly, anyone who takes the law into their own hands to defend themselves is likely to be the person charged with a 'crime'. But Minnesotans deserve what they have voted for and I, for one, will not shed a tear for what they will reap. I'll pray for them but not cry - because the whirlwind is coming. Sensible for had best arm themselves and be prepared to defend themselves even against our criminal injustice system - or move.

The victim was savagely attacked and wounded by the attacker who has a long rap sheet of violent crimes. Because the victim was able to fight him off, the county prosecutor refuses to charge the attacker and lets him go free to attack somebody else. It would be poetic justice if he savagely attacked the prosecutor took a number of bites out of the prosecutor as his next victim.

My CCW is legal in Minnesota, but they do have a "duty to retreat" law which means that if threatened in a public space, you must retreat if you can do it. In this attack, probably would be OK. Those bites can be serious bodily harm, for certain.

Saturday’s Operation Midnight Hammer, bombing Iran’s three most significant nuclear sites, proves that all the talk of America’s decline is merely wishful thinking from our adversaries. Just days before the bombing, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, proclaimed that the U.S. is on a path of “inevitable” decline, similar to other fallen empires throughout history. This same narrative — that “the East is rising while the West is declining” — has been propagated by Xi since 2020. Yet, the bombing of Iran demonstrates that America is far from declining.
