On Friday’s broadcast of “CNN This Morning,” Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker (D) stated that people have negative views of President Joe Biden’s handling of the economy because they haven’t gotten over their feelings from “the last year of the Trump administration, in which he did absolutely nothing to protect people from coronavirus.” Pritzker also blamed “the false rhetoric coming from the Republicans, who are pushing Facebook fakery.” Co-host Poppy Harlow asked, “He’s just not resonating with voters on the economy. We have this new CNN polling out this week, 63% of folks disapprove of how he’s handling the economy, 70% disapprove of how he’s handling inflation.

The People are living the reality of this horrendous Biden command-and-control economy. Pritzker and his really, really big fat cat Dem/Left demagogues can’t, and won’t admit they are promulgating LIES. But we know the truth, or about a third of the population knows the truth beyond the experiential. Another third is Head-in-Sand Dems buried by their ideologue Dem/Left overlords. The last third is moderates, suburbanites, fingers in the wind, fad following conformists who pay attention to “politics” after Labor Day, pandered to by obsequious Pols, Dem and Repub. They have the means to get along in this disastrous economy for a while, but are feeling the squeeze. How many will face the truth? How many will understand the consequences of having chosen lies?

I for one disapprove of the way Biden (The HairSniffer) is handling of the economy because everything he has done is with the purpose of weakening and destroying America. Biden (in the pocket of the Chinese Communists) has: -Cut off the energy supply by abusing the environmental laws to stop most of the drilling for oil or natural gas in the US, -Cut off the fuel supply by abusing the environmental laws to shut down most of the oil refineries in the US. -Sold off about half of the National Strategic Petroleum Reserve - this is the EMERGENCY backup oil reserve- to temporarily reduce gasoline prices leading up to the mid-term elections.... and sold a bunch of that EMERGENCY reserve to the Chinese, -Is abusing the environmental laws to force the US auto industry to convert a large part of the American auto and truck fleet to battery electric, with the batteries and the minerals to build the batteries and the electric motors being bought from China, -Forcing the electric utility companies to convert from reliable and inexpensive coal and natural gas, to huge, intermittent, unreliable, bird-killing and unsightly windmills (bought from the Chinese) and fields of intermittent -operates-in-the-daylight-only solar panels (bought from the Chinese), -Forcing the air conditioning and refrigeration manufacturers to switch from R134a and R416 refrigerants to the extremely expensive R1234 refrigerant - if and when it becomes available. -Cutting off the sale of incandescent light bulbs, forcing people to buy LED lights (Made in China). -Forcing the manufacturers of Washing Machines to reduce water use down into the range that the machines do not effectively clean people's clothes, -Prohibiting the future sale of gas water heaters, gas stoves, gas clothes dryers, and gas furnaces. -Prohibiting the future sale of simple, reliable, economical standard electric water heaters, forcing the installation of extremely expensive 'heat pump' style water heaters, -Running the US Government deeper in debt at the rate of ONE MILLION DOLLARS EVERY TWENTY SIX SECONDS, and forcing a downgrade of the US Credit Rating from 'AAA' to 'AA+', with, I believe, a 'negative outlook'. -Mis-handling American national and international finances so as to reduce the reliability of the American Dollar, such that a consortium of foreign countries - led by the 'BRICS': Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa- are going to soon (mid-August 2023) launch a gold-backed alternative currency for use as the World Reserve Currency.... this will greatly diminish American prosperity and American financial influence around the world. ... and that's just the Short List! Yep, Joe 'The HairSniffer' Biden, also known as Obama's Puppet...... the WORST. PRESIDENT. EVER!

With the likes oof Pritzger, Durban, Lightfoot and th present Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, one has to wonder if it's possible that a real human being lives in that state? @20, there are about 8-10 rabidly Democratic counties out of 110 in IL that unfortunately have the significant enough population (or cheating) edge over the mostly agrarian rest of the state. We've had a couple Republican governors over the years going back to the 70's but mostly they were Christie types. The most productive thing most of our governors have done is to produce license plates once they get imprisoned after their terms end.

Donald Trump’s lawyer, John Lauro, will welcome testimony from former Vice President Mike Pence in the federal case Trump is facing for his alleged efforts to undermine the results of the 2020 presidential election. “Mike Pence will be one of our best witnesses at trial,” Lauro said Sunday during an interview on ABC’s “This Week.” “I read his book very carefully, and if he testifies consistent with his book, then President Trump will be acquitted,” Lauro added. Many conservative analysts have recoiled in disgust at the way the Department of Justice has become increasingly politicized and weaponized, acting as a tool of leftist Democrats in recent years. There has been no clearer example of this than the way they have attempted to cook up multiple avenues to put Joe Biden’s primary political opponent, former President Donald Trump, in jail before he can have the opportunity to take back the White House. But now that Trump has actually spoken out about this, the Associated Press and other media outlets are feigning outrage over the idea that a thorough housecleaning of the DoJ is in order.

One of the best online fundraising days for Democrats this year was the day of Joe Biden’s campaign launch — but even that day’s haul was meager compared to his campaign kickoff four years ago. That’s among the findings of an analysis of fundraising for the first half of the year through ActBlue, the party’s primary donation processor. Small-dollar giving at the federal level totaled $312 million in the first half of 2023 — a drop-off of more than $30 million compared to this point in the 2020 cycle. The platform also had 32 percent fewer donors in the second quarter this year compared to four years prior, although

So a Democratic Party operative has once again indicted Donald Trump on transparently foolish grounds. The result of the Democrats’ seeming obsession with Trump is that he continues to dominate headlines and suck up oxygen nearly three years after he lost the presidential race in 2020. This is truly extraordinary. Did Jimmy Carter dominate headlines in 1983, years after he was thrashed by Ronald Reagan? Was Walter Mondale a fixture in the press in 1987, after being clobbered by Reagan in 1984? Were the papers full of commentary on Michael Dukakis in 1991, three years after he was obliterated by George H.W. Bush? How about John McCain and Mitt Romney?
