During his arraignment on Thursday, Donald Trump was warned by Magistrate Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya that he could be "held pending trial" if he violated the strict conditions of his release. The former president was allowed to return to his summer home in Bedminster, New Jersey, but only after agreeing to abide by the conditions agreed upon by prosecutors and the defense. Trump "must not violate federal or state laws; he must appear in court as required; he must sign an appearance bond; and he must not communicate about the facts of the case with anyone Trump knows to be a witness, except through counsel or in presence of counsel."

I long for the days when this country didn’t have judges with names like Moxila A. Upadhyaya. Go ahead and call me a racist. I no longer care.

I'm sure the prosecutor isn't held to the same standard. Let the leaks begin! There will be daily leaks to the press and Trump won't be able to respond. The fix is in yet again. Time to clean out the judiciary of radical activist judges.

A third grader will tell you that this entire sequence of activities is not being conducted in good faith. It is directly impinging on the basic right of tens of millions of citizens to freely choose their government. In fact that is exactly why it is being pursued. This is a serious threat to the basic nature of our government. Time for the SCOTUS to step in - like Bush vs Gore - and put an end to this farce. Stop all activity until after the ‘24 election. Whether Trump is a nominee or not.

I don't know if it's possible, but could a class action lawsuit by half (or more) of the US population be filed alleging our voting rights are being violated?

But I am going to vote for him anyway. No matter what. Every sign of desperation to get rid of him flags him for me as the one i want for potus, because we need someone strong enough to clear out the self-satisfied liars.

Quite a bold move for a tin-pot magistrate like Ms. "Up-yur-daya." She's definitely got a tiger by the tail,

I’m an old guy, an American patriot, and a big proponent of Trump. But not an always Trumper. That said, I find it infuriating that some foreign judge, with a name you cannot pronounce, can make such idiotic proclamations from the bench on a real American.

Toss Pres Trump in jail and I expect that the Supreme Court would be getting an appeal before the doors of the cell close.
By the way, I'm not gonna pick on our Indian and Asian friends. I know a family with the Upadhyaya name and they are fine and upstanding people. I also know a number of other white people (as I am) that I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them.

NO foreign-born persons should be allowed to serve as Federal Judges!
Most of the ones causing problems recently have been Obama appointed AND are foreign--born.

I would love to see Trump begin to aggressively campaign in each venue where he is being charged. I believe that would put the persecutors and 'judges' all picked by Democrats, in an awkward position. and it might just force Chief Just-Us Roberts and the other Court Jesters to look into this law fare tactic seriously.

Garland did nothing about protests at the homes of Supreme Court Justices. You can count on severe consequences for anyone who protests at Moxila’s house.
