Atlanta-area prosecutors investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia are in possession of text messages and emails directly connecting members of Donald Trump’s legal team to the early January 2021 voting system breach in Coffee County, sources tell CNN. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is expected to seek charges against more than a dozen individuals when her team presents its case before a grand jury next week. Several individuals involved in the voting systems breach in Coffee County are among those who may face charges in the sprawling criminal probe. Investigators in the Georgia criminal probe have long suspected the breach was not an organic effort

Oh wow. Exclusive! Breaking! Trump Bombshell # 52,785,512,378. They're definitely on to something now! PS. What they're on to is getting 2 days of irrational, frenzied media build-up for something that hasn't yet happened. They all know exactly how to work the system and we don't. And "we" includes Trump. Show me how he's getting his message out any better NOW than when 1st elected. We'd all better figure a way to override the media or its curtains for us.

As pointed out above, it's hard to take these articles seriously. The article I did read - not terribly carefully - quoted emails which stated that the legal team was very excited because they had been GRANTED PERMISSION to examine the machines. So is the Caprophilia New Network saying because they were granted permission and then a few days later an unauthorized breach happened it must have been the legal team that did the unauthorized breach?

Total BS, as we have come to expect from CNN. You won't find two more honest people than Donald Trump or Rudy Giuliani. They didn't plan to overturn the election, the democrats had already done that in November. "...baseless claims of potential widespread voter fraud..." A full two thirds of the country heartily disagree with that statement. At least five states joined Georgia in that effort.

#9 is correct. I too read a couple of articles that stated that Trump's lawyers/team had been invited to view the machines and had done so in the company of Coffee County election officials -- that is not a breach. Just more sensationalist yellow "journalism" from the Leftist media.

Sounds like another carefully cherry picked leak to CNN. This is just the beginning, we have seen this many times before. They are setting the stage to build the fake narrative / story for the crimes they have chosen to accuse Trump of. This must be done before the indictment because afterwards, we will all see just how weak, if not just flat-out laughable their evidence is. So it is crucial that they spread the fake narrative / story to get the ball rolling for the MSM to spread it far and wide.

His team was "Invited" to inspect the machine, and the machine remote controllers...in a small county he had won by such a MASSIVE margin that no amount of voting discrepancies would/could change anything...but evidence of questionable security and programming of the voting machines themselves COULD be applied everywhere the same machines were used.

ATLANTA — Former President Donald Trump on Thursday entered a plea of not guilty in the Georgia criminal case accusing him of racketeering and conspiracy in connection with the effort to overturn the 2020 election, according to court documents. Trump’s lawyers submitted the plea in writing and notified the court that he will not appear in person for the scheduled arraignment next week, which is allowed under Georgia law. The former president said in the court filing Thursday that he had discussed the charges in the indictment with his attorney, "and I fully understand the nature of the offenses charged and my right to appear at arraignment."

By far the best reason to support Governor DeSantis, or at least admire him as an outstanding governor, is that he is uber-competent when it comes to actual governing. This is not a post explaining why I support DeSantis over Trump–that is, at the moment, a pointless exercise anyway. All I really want to do is highlight the fact that being a good leader requires something besides saying the right things, but actually accomplishing the important things. And how accomplishing the important things allows you to say the right things and move the ball forward. DeSantis has proven to be an exceptionally competent governor,

Untrue,” Berke said in a statement. “He has never accepted a gift from anyone with business before the Court.

The left has romanticized and claimed guardianship over Native American peoples for years. Anecdotally, most of us who know Native Americans know they can't stand it. But now we are seeing a lot of instances of Native Americans pushing back at their cloying 'guardians' on the left who are starting to get overbearing. Would it work? And would the RNC even execute this plan if it came to that? Ted Cruz tried this Hail Mary play in 2016 first, attempting to get his convention delegates in control of the RNC convention rules committee. Cruz’ attempt to open the Republican presidential nomination to the floor by releasing the delegates failed, and the rest is history, so to speak. At the time, Cruz didn’t get much sympathy (except from die-hard Trump opponents) for his plan to subvert the months-long process in which voters made their clear choice for Trump. The proposal would have essentially invalidated the idea of popular choice for the nomination. But what happens
