On Thursday, NBC News reported that ” a senior law enforcement official” told the outlet that Robertson
was armed when FBI agents confronted him at his home….Authorities said he pointed his weapon at agents and did not respond to their commands.
The report added that the senior official told NBC News “the investigation into the fatal shooting will determine through forensics whether Robertson fired his weapon.”As RedState reported, the FBI shot and killed a Utah-based Trump supporter on Wednesday, prompting many to question exactly what happened during the incident.

Anything the FBI self reports immediately goes in my bs file.
They should have to prove they didn't shoot him down in cold blood, given their track record.

I don't recall the FBI SWAT raid on Kathy Griffin, or Alec Baldwin, or Robert DeNiro---all of whom made death threats against President Trump.
Those FBI agents who SWAT MAGA supporters have a home and family. Maybe it is time to yank them and theirs out of bed at gunpoint at 4 AM?

Nuff said.
Medals will be presented; heroics will be declared; and an old man will still be dead.

The Utah state police should be the investigating agency.
This is BS to have the FBI / DOfJ investigate themselves.
I laugh at the TV ad for the FBI program that says that what the FBI does best is a man hunt.
No it isn't. The "best" thing the FBI does is lie. Especially while under oath.

IF...it was the "potential Threat" they were really worried about, setting up a perimeter watch for the few hours that Biden was in the region would have been sufficient, they already had one in place for everywhere Biden was going to travel, everywhere he would exit the bulletproof, bomb proof, "Beast"...a couple of more guys or even cameras around this old guys house would have sufficed. This was earned Media/PR/Campaign action not "Law Enforcement", and they were willing to KILL to get it on the News.

I am not a Biden fan, but you have to figure that Robertson made himself a target when he apparently threatened to do harm to the President of the USA. You just can’t do that and then go on your merry way.

The FBI has thoroughly investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. I expect the same conclusions to be found by special prosecutor, David Weiss, investigating the Biden Crime Family, Hunter and Joe. Also it could be years before the prosecutor will be able to comment at all. (since it is an ongoing investigation.)

There is special combat training going on in the FBI that puffs up their already-inflated egos to make them think some of them are the equivalent of Special Forces troops. That's why they love the early morning raids that killed this man and put scuba divers in the water to harass a 70-something ex-president over the mishandling of some paperwork. There is a time and place for this behavior and it is not to persecute citizens who have not done anything wrong. In case you are raided by the FBI in this manner you will probably be shot so you might as well make it worth your while.

Glenn Beck was talking about this on the radio and was very upset. He had on an ex-FBI agent who made excuses for the Fbie's behavior, but this action is inexcusable. This took place in the Ruby Ridge area...Northern Idaho isn't that far away where the FBI killed/murdered a family and their dog for no good reason other than a trumped up firearms charge later dismissed. It seems the FBI/ATF are always looking for ways to crack down on American citizens' 2nd Amendment rights. And it always leads to violence on the part of the government.
We remember Waco, Texas and the FBI's heinous setting the compound on fire with children inside. Innocent children and adults died that day. We will never forget what Janet Reno, the FBI and others did. America, don't you forget what they've, FBI, the govt., have done to innocent citizens.

The pre dawn "dynamic entry" has been a tactic of federal law enforcement, dating back to Waco and beyond.
The feds know that the target will likely be groggy, disoriented. We already know that the victime was armed.
His online posts were specific and illegal. But there are ways to approach a suspect who is going to be arrested.
The FBI are supposed to be masters of criminal profiling and had this man under surveillance for some time prior to the raide.
The family even posted a photo of Robertson with the rest of the family, presumably outside of his home.
Robertson was pictured, obviously overweight and leaning against a wooden railing of what looks like a wheelchai ramp leading up to his home.
The man had mobility issues, and could not have been much of a threat to law enforcement.
I don't believe this man had to die.
I do believe the FBI wanted to send a message--Don't even think about resisting the government.
And if this is what the FBI has become, then we are all in great peril.

The FBI needs to be shut down. There's nothing in the Constitution about a federal police force. The J. Edgar Hoover building needs to be razed to the ground and that ground seeded with salt. Since that's not going to happen anytime soon, perhaps knee-cap it. Governors can kick out FBI field offices in their states and their state law enforcement can refuse to cooperate with them. Exercise some 10th Amendment rights.

Other reports on this suspect say that the FBI had been monitoring him for months. This begs the quest, why stage a 4 am commando raid when they could have picked him up in the daytime? Breaking in “home invasion” style is guaranteed to provoke a defensive reaction.
The FBI seems to have developed a taste for showy commando raids, instead of handling arrests in a peaceful manner.

We’ve seen recently just how corrupt and controlled (by prominent Democrat politicians) today’s federal LE agencies are. Is it any wonder that whatever they do now - especially something of a volatile nature - will and should be questioned? Instead of existing for the benefit of America’s citizens, it appears they want us to be afraid of them. That is a chilling turn.

Sad to say, we can never trust the FB-Lie in these tumultuous times. I'm convinced that the FB-Lie has a "Special Projects Group" in DC who works solely with Demonrat DNC strategists, acting as their "muscle" or "hitmen," depending on the circumstance.
I'm also leery of the FBI superseding State Police at every opportunity, or immediately injecting themselves into every major local event. There's nothing Demonrats would like more than immediate enforcement of a Federal Police Force, absorbing all State and Local Forces into their ranks for "indoctrination" and "evaluation."

You may also recall that FBI and Oregon State Troopers executed Lavoy Finicum, who was on his way to the Sheriff's office in the next county. Apparently this man, who never had so much as a speeding ticket in his life, posed so much of a threat--during his drive to the sheriff's office--that he had to be executed. I don't believe Lavoy pulled a gun, but I know he would have not had any cause to if they had just left him along to travel to the SHERIFF's office in the next county. I never understood why the public didn't care about this...MSM lies I guess, like always. I am similarly outraged over the murder of Mr. Robertson. Since when do these "authorities" have the power to function as judge, jury, and executioner for a verbal "threat" that nobody believes he would have acted on?? These things should terrify us all. Ruby Ridge, Waco, LaVoy, Craig Robertson, J6...there are never any consequences for government murder of innocent people, so the murders will continue.

Who doesn’t grab a gun when someone kicks their door in at 6AM? The raid was intended to intimidate…us not the victim. Him they intended to kill. For now the murders, J6 incarcerations, and kangaroo courts are working. People are afraid and after covid they have been habituated to giving up their rights as free men. But what God gives mere mortals cannot take away.

Unfortunately every federal bureau of intimidation body cam malfunctioned. The perp at 65 years of age with a cane tried to stand to greet the agents but his Hurricane was mistaken for a fully automatic 50 caliber machine gun and after 30 warning shot that unfortunately entered his body he succumbed even after heroic efforts of the Stasi to help.

Sources local to Provo, UT, report that the victim was a devout Mormon and a regular church goer. Why couldn't they simply make an arrest in broad daylight in the church parking lot? I am still waiting for official statements from the LDS church.

Given he could barely stand unassisted, I still doubt he walked and fired under his own steam. Now if he was in his chair, that would be a different story. But I still would not buy what the FBI is trying to sell. I think they jumped the gun, probably because the old man didn't immediately come to the door for them. He couldn't.
