Yes, The Statute Of Limitations Has Passed
On Bragg’s ‘Get Trump’ Case

Original Article

Alvin Bragg’s theory is that because Trump lived in D.C., then Florida, the felony limitations period in New York is still open. He’s wrong. We have recently learned a few more things about the charges brought by District Attorney Alvin Bragg against former President Donald Trump. One thing is for sure. The D.A.’s team checked some of their basic knowledge of the law at the door. In New York, misdemeanors must be prosecuted within two years of the date of the offense. Felonies like those Bragg has alleged must be prosecuted within five years or be forever barred by the statute of limitations.

Alvin knows that. With the hand picked judge, who BTW, has a grudge against 45, will let the indictments stand and the trial will commence. In NYC 45 will be found guilty, sentenced to the max and perp walked to Rikers. The conviction will be overturned by appeal. All of this is the plan, to keep 45 out of the 2024 election. It's by design, run by Joey Baby's White House and his hand picked Beria - Merrick Garland.

So what? This show is heading down the road, and nothing will stop it until either Trump pleads guilty or there is a trial in January. The rest is noise, and no one is listening.

If repubs were smart they would subpoena both Bragg and that Judge to appear for INVESTIGATING on the SAME 2 days they want Trump in NY. They HAVE to obey the federal subpoena. That way Trump will NOT have to show up in NY and Bragg and the judge will HAVE to appear for the investigative hearing on those days. Do unto others before they can do unto you right?

Bragg would have to find a Judge who is as corrupt as he is. Which really isn't a problem these days.

This why they are trying to use a 2018 date in the indictment, when the alleged incident occurred in 2016.

#4: the judge is already a donor the the Dems. Federal Election Commission records show Merchan made three small-dollar donations within the span of two days in July 2020 through Act Blue, the Democratic Party’s preferred online fundraising platform. The veteran judge contributed $15 earmarked for the “Biden for President” campaign on July 26, 2020, and then the following day made $10 contributions to the Progressive Turnout Project and Stop Republicans. https://nypost.com/2023/04/07/trump-case-judge-juan-merchan-donated-to-biden-campaign-in-2020/ Small donations, but it shows intent and 'possible' bias.

Getting the case tossed on SOL grounds allows the treasoncrats to declare that Trump "got off" on a technicality. Trump needs to be exonerated with the DA being brought up on charges and disbarred.

As a good lawyer friend of mine tells me, the problem with many of the DA attorneys and judges is that they are lawyers who can't hold a "real job." Working for the government or elected judge is a paycheck, benefits, and pension they couldn't earn on their own. Used to be a lawyer would start out in the DA's office for a few years, then go into private practice. Once the had a long, rewarding career, the "cream of the crop" would serve as judges for a few years prior to retirement. He long ago lost count of how many times (1) the judge asked him to explain the law to him or (2) he had to, politely, correct the judge on the law. Considering that my friend is invited every year to address the federal judges conference for the field of law where he practices. those judges wisely take his advice.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton asked a federal court on Tuesday to bar the Biden administration from enforcing the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, claiming Congress failed to constitutionally pass the massive spending bill. While the court is unlikely to freeze the entire $1.7 trillion appropriation, Texas presents a strong case for halting two aspects of the bill. In February, the Texas attorney general sued the Biden administration, arguing the House of Representatives lacked the constitutionally mandated quorum to pass the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023. Paxton is now seeking a preliminary injunction to bar the federal government from enforcing the law.

Sunak's government is expected to push legislation cracking down on illegal immigration later this week, with a special emphasis on illegal immigrants arriving in boats across the English Channel. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced a bill that would ban the Biden Administration from selling oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR) to the communist country of China. The problem for Bezos reportedly is that the Commanders’ embattled owner, Dan Snyder, is still sore over the storied newspaper’s series of exposes alleging a toxic management culture at the team

The $1.7 trillion omnibus bill has passed congress, and it’s such a dumpster fire that it wasn’t even technically ready for the president’s signature. No, I’m not kidding. Congress apparently passed a bill that wasn’t prepared to be signed. They then had to pass another continuing resolution to keep the government running in the meantime. If that’s not the perfect metaphor for how awful our federal government is, then one doesn’t exist.

For decades IQs were climbing in the Western World. It was called the “Flynn effect.” Average IQs were defined as 100 in each succeeding iteration of the IQ test, as by definition the average was normed to 100. But if you rescored earlier IQ tests based upon prior norms, the average IQ would have increased by about 15 points or one standard deviation. In other words, if you took an IQ test in 1942 and scored 100, by today’s scoring you would have an IQ of 86. That is, until the past 10 or so years. In the past 10 years, IQs have been dropping, and dropping pretty fast.
