Tucker Carlson confessed to his producer that he 'hated Trump passionately', according to files unsealed by a judge on Tuesday as part of the Dominion Voting Systems defamation suit. Dominion is suing Carlson's network, Fox News, in a $1.6 billion case, claiming that the media company defamed the voting firm by questioning their technology and methods. Fox is fiercely contesting the allegations. On Tuesday, Carlson's private messages were among a trove of emails and other communications unsealed by the judge.

Comments:

I know everyone loves Tucker right now, but from experience, I can tell you to be wary of Tucker...he may prove me wrong but Tucker is in it for Tucker.

Tucker revealed some time ago that he had an epiphany, when he discovered Trump was right about everything, and changed his mind about Trump.

Many people saw Trump did a good job and changed their minds about him. Also, can see many people were repulsed by Trump, but are even more repulsed by what our government did to him. The way our government is treating people is beyond despicable.

I can’t say I particularly care for Trump personally, either. Seems like an egotist and rather petty. Great President, though. General Patton was a complete ass and antisemitic. Sure was good at killing Nazis, though. Kept his boys safe, too. Same idea.

He did everything he promised despite the horrible things being done to him. I love, respect, and admire him. I am sure Tucker is experiencing the same feelings I am.

President Trump's biggest problem is he actually wants to fix the problems affecting Americans. That's not what government is about, they don't actually want to fix any problem. They only exist to grow their department, or office. There is generally very little leftover in the budget to "do something", or help people the program is intended to benefit. Trump upsets that process, and therefore "a threat to our democracy" as they like to say now.

Carlson may not like Trump (or his personality) but I'm pretty sure that he would much rather have Trump as President than the current Oval Office occupant. Carlson's personal opinion did not show in his shows but he is not above calling out political people who say or do stupid things, Republicans included. Whether Carlson loves or despises Trump seems irrelevant to the Dominion lawsuit.

Until Trump learns to self censor, like the rest of humanity, he'll have a certain amount of drama in his wake. I know several colleagues in the real estate world that talk about his charm. He just gets riled sometimes and really should follow Theodore Roosevelt's maxim, "Walk softly and carry a big stick." Trump could be so much more effective. That would be a big win for all of us. (No need to smear me for saying this. I just as human as everyone else and have a long list of faults that I'm working on.)

Tucker spent an hour with Glenn Beck this morning. Glenn was definitely not a trump fan before the election. He apologized and admitted e was wrong about Trump and is now a huge supporter. I always thought of Tucker as a Libertarian but he has softened with age. The discussion with Beck was very good. As long as Tucker has been in Washington, he said that the lying, editing and the spin of the Jan6th Committee stunned him. He knew that they had an agenda but people involved, that he had known for years, told bald faced lies and lies by omission. You could hear the concern in his voice. Anything he might or might not have said in the past is irrelevant. His eyes are open after this. I also would put ZERO stock in any comments made about Tucker right now anyway. The swamp is writhing from these tapes. They are trying to cover their behinds and are looking for blood. They are desperate, evil creatures.

Kamala Harris's verbal utterances are bizarre, repetitive, and often not completed. (snip) Aphasics may do this to hide the fact that they can literally not hold onto the meaning of their narrative, to carry it to completion. So, they make up an ending to the story and then perhaps flip into a semantically weird ending. Harris often simply repeats her first sentence.
