A new court document revealed Special Counsel Jack Smith obtained access to Donald Trump's Twitter account - including private messages and draft tweets - after securing a secret search warrant amid his investigations into the former president.
Smith is investigating Trump for alleged crimes to obstruct the 2020 election results and also for his mishandling of classified documents.
