The request came as part of a motion to continue filed by two alleged members of the Proud Boys, who requested that their trial on seditious conspiracy charges be moved from August to December.
Prosecutors agreed with the motion, writing that the defendants could face "prejudice" if the transcripts are released after the trial begins.

Walmart confirmed Thursday that it had pulled from its stores MyPillow products, a day after Mr. Lindell said his bedware was being pulled. “While we are no longer carrying them in stores, MyPillow products continue to be available on Walmart.com,” a company spokesperson told The Hill. Average long-term U.S. mortgage rates had their biggest one-week jump in 35 years with the Federal Reserve this week raising its key rate by three-quarters of a point in bid to tame high inflation.
Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac reported Thursday that the 30-year rate climbed from 5.23% last week to 5.78% this week, the highest its been since November of 2008 during the housing crisis.
Wednesday's rate hike by the Fed was its biggest in a single action since 1994.

A Greenfield, Massachusetts, mother and her 12-year-old child reportedly obtained a temporary harassment prevention order against The Flash star Ezra Miller on Wednesday, alleging that the actor had intimidated their family by brandishing a firearm during an argument and acted inappropriately toward the child, who identifies as nonbinary.
The protection order, reviewed by the Daily Beast, was signed by a judge who spoke with the 12-year-old accuser — whose identity remains anonymous — their mother, and a neighbor who witnessed the alleged incident involving Miller, who also identifies as nonbinary.

A Harvard University study on women across different racial groups suggests links between optimism and a longer lifespan; with the group scoring the highest on optimism associated with an extra 4.5 years of life when compared to the lowest-scoring group.
