Gov. Greg Gianforte is out of the country on a “long-scheduled personal trip” as historic floods indefinitely closed Yellowstone National Park and deluged communities in southern Montana, his office confirmed Wednesday. Gianforte, a Republican elected in 2020, left Montana last week on a personal jaunt with his wife, Susan, before the Yellowstone River swelled Monday and isolated entire communities in Park, Carbon and Stillwater counties, the Montana Free Press reported. But a spokeswoman declined to indicate when Gianforte, 61, will return to the Treasure State or where he and his wife went, according to the report. “The governor is returning early and as quickly as possible,” spokeswoman

Cloud seeding and perfect stimulation by the HARP 1 billion plus watts antenna in Alaska of focused programmable radio waves seems to be working quite well and causing the massive flooding they planned on. The perfect tool to manufacture fear uncertainty and belief in climate change and the implementation of UN Agenda 2030 and the Green New Raw Deal and the destruction of the fossil fuels in the world. Never mind the pollution created and cost and expense of lithium mining and the manufacturing processes of those very expensive rechargeable short life span lithium batteries that use coal natural gas and nuclear power sources to be recharged. Nothing to worry about. Move along.

# 1 - I believe you. Years ago a town in Louisiana (Denham Springs) was flooded from 20 inches of rain. Twenty inches? I lived there most of my life and we did have flooding and lots of rain but never 20 inches. This just happened to be when Obama was president. He didn't go there to survey the damage but he did go to Baton Rouge and visited the parents of a young black man who'd been killed. Trump, however, went to Denham Springs and met with many people who'd lost everything. So yes, I totally believe some in power are doing this on purpose.

so, what do they expect him to do??? return from his vacation and drink up all the flood water and stop the destruction? I'm sure he has qualified personnel in his administration who can handle this while he's away, I hope people don't go bonkers over this deal because it not a big deal, politically and he an handle the rest of the stuff when he returns. there is no such thing as instantaneous anything and I'm sure he doesn't wear a Wizard Hat as a matter of course

Folks, the planet has experienced catastrophic weather patterns since the beginning of time. The difference between the past and now is that there is more population to: 1) witness it; 2) be affected by it; 3) report it. Please!

There is a thing called duty when one takes office. Gianforte should be moving heaven and earth to get back to Montana. It's not about what he can do; rather that he is in charge and leading as a governor.

Much of the flooding is from melting snow but any rain I am sure is welcome.
When I saw this story I thought for the media to make anything about this he must not be a Democrat and sure enough.
What could he do anyway?

Were they harping for him to "Hurry Home" and DO SOMETHING! when the headlines last winter/spring were about "Low snowpack, Droughts expected"? Snow came late this year, and heavy when it did.
It'll be interesting to see what fossils/relics/yellow shiny stuff has been revealed by the washdown recently received.
That whole region was a yuuuuuuge lake for a millennium...the only reason there is dirt there is because it washed there from someplace else.
The 1st time I visited Yellowstone we went by way of Rapid City, days after the flood there. 50 years ago...just about this time of year. THIS is nowhere near as bad as THAT

The day we signed the papers on our new house we got 17” of rain! Lake Minnetonka rose 4 feet! It’s 14,000 acres big! Nature happens! We are so proud of ourselves that we actually believe we can influence God’s creation!

Another cheap shot taken at a republican, just as they criticized George W Bush for not flying through hurricane-speed winds to land in New Orleans during Katrina. There was only one man in history who could stop flood waters but He was unfortunately crucified.

Several rivers run into Yellowstone. The usual Captain Planet environmentalists sat through a courses in junk ecoscience and have run agencies for years. Again, have any dams been removed on any of these rivers in recent years? They love to play God with the environment, without realizing that God has in fact been doing this for a long long time. More Moses, less Mao.
