President Joe Biden said Americans are 'really, really down' amid record inflation and the fallout from the coronavirus pandemic – but said a recession is 'not inevitable.'
He made the comments in a 30-minute sit down interview – his first formal sit-down since February, when he spoke to NBC and called interviewer Lester Holt a 'wise guy' over his inflation comments.
This time, he said a recession is not inevitable and bristled at claims by Republican lawmakers that last year's COVID-19 aid plan was fully to blame for inflation reaching a 40-year high, calling that argument 'bizarre.'

Notice his eyes? he's got dead eyes. vacant eyes.
Come to think of it, it has been said that the "eyes are the window to the soul". If true, Brandon is an empty tool.

We aren't the ones needing mental health. Biden and everyone on his staff certainly do.

Normally I wouldn’t listen to 1 word from a parent who raised 2 hard core drug addicts. This was no exception

We are in a recession now, and it is going to get a lot worse. The Federal Reserve must raise interest rates, or be destroyed by inflation, but doing so will increase the severity of the recession. It is not just interest rates. The Federal Reserve is withdrawing $50 billion or so from the money supply by not rolling over the debt they have purchased and placed on their balance sheet. And Biden has started a war with Russia, and is paying the cost of the Ukrainian government, who have no source of revenue with their cities destroyed, and their citizens fleeing to Poland and elsewhere. Biden has wrecklessly and foolishly destroyed the dollar as a reserve currency. Now the U.S. will have to live within its means. Austerity is coming to America, and the people and the politicians are not going to like it. The free stuff wasn't free. It is now being paid for by taking 50% of the assets and savings of Americans.

Like Jimmy Carter's "malaise" speech, but less coherent.

Americans are "really really down" is an understatement, more like full on depressed and disillusioned seeing what little money we have in savings or retirement funds, for those lucky enough to have either, just being flushed down the crapper because of a dumbass president who doesn't know where the hell he is and what the hell he is doing. He is such a complete incompetent fool, and all the idiots who voted for him deserve what they are getting, too bad the rest of us are suffering with them. God please help us.

But where are the clowns - send in the clowns
Don't bother they're here."

There it is. We are absolutely headed for recession. How can you tell? Joe said we're absolutely not.
Going to change my investments into recession proof holdings.

What would it look like if our government chose to legislate mental health for all of America? Shudder to think. Thought control by any other name. If Biden says it, our government is thinking about it.

In my corner where we live in nowhere land safe from large cities. I have learned to ignore Joe Biden with his low IQ lying antics. It's bad for all of us but to keep the sanity one must turn out the idiots. I one second I can turn on Fox Business early in the morning and ruin my day. I refuse to conform and will not give in we might go broke but I will be happy in spite of the democrats with vegetable Joe Biden the dumbest man on planet earth. The half witted mental midget Bisen accusing the Americans of poor mental health what a stooge we have with this fraud standing in front of us.

Well, he's right about the "mental health" part. The cure is lobotomies for the masses who still think.
Joe is also right about the causes of inflation. He's just the bagman in a heist. Since 2019 Congress approriated, and the President signed $14 TRILLION in spending, much of it unproductive in the form of stimulus, paycheck protection and other subsidies. That does not include such as debt forgiveness, rent and loan payback moratoria, and other such "good acts" to help the working man. It all adds up to inflation, as many warned when the giveaways started. Ant that doesn't include "Project Warp Speed" and other expenses the government assumed.
Recession is inevitable, as are hard times. People seem most concerned about the price of gas. Those apparently haven't been to a supermarket yet and seen the soaring prices for staples.
