Joe Biden is considering announcing a “national public health emergency” if Roe v Wade is overturned by the US Supreme Court in the coming days. This authoritarian move by the Biden regime would allegedly help women in red states obtain abortions despite the court ruling and the laws of the state. Can you even imagine of President Trump would have suggested such abuse by the executive branch? Barricades were quickly erected at the Supreme Court in May after Politico reported on a leaked draft decision overturning Roe v. Wade,

How about declaring Marshall Law as soon as your rent-a-rioters and crisis actors and Antifa and BLM launch their burn down the country summer offensive that you have planned on and set up for a long time. There goes the Constitution. There go everyone's rights. Cops will stand down for the sake of freedom of speech and not one single rioter will be arrested or prosecuted. So it's all good. This isn't the conspiracy to create violence fear and depression in the masses you are looking for. Nothing here, move along.

Roe V Wade could be the very excuse they have been waiting for. As I understand it if he declares a national emergency which is at his complete discretion he will be free of the legal limits on his authority, he will essentially become an instant dictator. Under the Emergencies Act he can do things like seizing control of the internet, declare martial law, postpone elections to remain in power etc... which by the way just happens one of the anti-Trump scare tactics the Democrats used in 2020 saying he was going to do. Now here we are in Democrat opposite world where they accuse others of doing exactly what they are doing or plan to do.

How is getting your abortion within the first trimester a national emergency? If you wan to terminate the poignancy, under the rules you can do so within that time frame under the new rules. In any case, if it is an emergency, an abortion can still be performed at anytime. Biden needs to bring down oil prices and protect our borders and let these whack jobs rant.

BROOKLINE, Mass. — When it was over, he said he had “no words.’’ Matthew Fitzpatrick had just won the 122nd U.S. Open at The Country Club, a particularly special place for him, and it felt like 2013 all over again for the 27-year-old Englishman who won the U.S. Amateur that year on these very historic grounds. Adam Schiff is back on cable news proclaiming damning evidence against Donald Trump. This time, it’s not about now-debunked Russian collusion. Rather, it’s about January 6th and the idea that the former president was part of a conspiracy to illegally attempt to overturn the election. While appearing with Martha Raddatz on CNN, a second home for Schiff since the early days of the Trump administration, the California congressman asserted that he “has evidence” that the former president actively participated in a January 6th scheme to produce fake electors. Toward the end of a recent interview, Trump interjected to correct conservative talk show host Wayne Allyn Root after he said Trump endorsed McCarthy for speaker. "No, I haven't," Trump said. "No, no, no. I haven't," he added through some cross-talk. "No, I endorsed him in his race. But I haven't endorsed anybody for speaker." Indeed, Trump endorsed McCarthy in his reelection bid in California's 20th Congressional District just two weeks ago.

Republican Mayra Flores’s special election victory Tuesday is the latest of the mounting evidence that Hispanic voters are inching away from the Democrat Party. Flores defeated Democrat Dan Sanchez by eight points in the heavily Hispanic 34th District, becoming the first Mexican-born woman in Congress and the first Republican to represent the Rio Grande Valley in roughly 150 years. Now she, along with two other Republicans, Cassy Garcia and Monica De La Cruz, have found themselves at the forefront of an undeniable national trend as they work to redden the three districts covering Texas’s southern-most point.

(Tweet/Video)“These arguments overlook the far greater economic cost of unrestricted abortion when accounting for the lost lives of the unborn,” Republicans state in the report, entitled “The Economic Cost of Abortion.”

In her June 18/19 column at the Wall Street Journal, Ms. Noonan takes Hillary Clinton's "deplorables" slap at Trump voters and goes one — nay, two better. She refers to voters who question the results of the 2020 presidential election as "kooks, crooks, and freaks" and then smears the citizens who went to Washington, D.C. January 6, 2021 as "[t]hose poor stupid people." What is the basis for this criticism, which, arguably, is less ad hominem and, more accurately, descriptive of her mindset? Perhaps Ms. Noonan has not read Margot Cleveland's analysis in The Federalist showing how Georgia election officials failed to enforce the state's election laws in 2020.
