‘Treated Like a Toddler’: Biden Fumed

After going off-script to declare that Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power” during a March speech in Warsaw, Joe Biden fumed that his aides had infantilized him by walking back his comments, according to an excerpt of a new book released Wednesday. “Biden instantly knew that the White House would have to clarify his mistake. By the time Biden piled into the motorcade. His aides had released a statement walking back his sentence,” Franklin Foer writes in his forthcoming biography of Biden’s first term in the White House, The Last Politician, excerpted in Axios. “Biden left for home, ending his triumphalist tour, feeling sorry for himself,”

I agree. The president shouldn't ever be treated like this. The only thing a toddler and President Biden have in common, besides being humans, is they have no clue where they are, what they are doing, what they are saying and wearing a diaper.

Imagine his frustration. He has the title of "President" but openly worries he will "get in trouble" from unnamed authorities off-stage, for saying something his handlers have not pre-approved. He's angry he's being infantalized, but there is no escape. He's a frail, elderly dementia-ridden figurehead who allowed himself to be used by self-serving Democrat power brokers. They got what they wanted. Only now I'm reminded of the old saw, "Be careful what you wish for." Just look at what they've done to us.

Re #16, no that is factually incorrect. Supplying a nation who is at war is not "in a war". For example, we supplied ships, aircraft, ammunition, guns and much more to England in 1939 through almost all of 1941 and we were NOT 'in a war' with Germany or Hitler, if you prefer. No American troops were engaged in combat then....OR NOW.

The House on Thursday passed the National Defense Authorization Act, an annual defense bill that will this year include an extension of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act’s Section 702, the controversial law that permits warrantless surveillance of foreign nationals. The House voted 310-118 in favor of the bill just before congressmen left for Christmas recess. The annual national-defense bill was passed by the Senate Wednesday, and is now headed to President Joe Biden’s desk to be signed into law. The final version of the NDAA authorizes $886 billion in national-defense spending, an increase of $28 billion over fiscal year 2023.

Before the Chinese coronavirus came to the U.S., the Trump administration built the world’s most prosperous economy, according to White House archives: America gained 7 million new jobs – more than three times government experts’ projections. Incomes rose in every single metro area in the United States for the first time in nearly three decades. Unemployment for women hit its lowest rate in nearly 70 years. The DOW closed above 20,000 for the first time in 2017 and topped 30,000 in 2020. Jobless claims hit a nearly 50-year low.

With less than a year to go before Election Day, former president Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden in head-to-head matchups in all seven major swing states. A newly released Morning Consult poll shows Trump maintaining a strong lead over Biden in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, and North Carolina. Trump’s lead over Biden in Georgia (6 points) and North Carolina (9 points) is outside the margin of error, while his lead in the other five states is within the margin of error and ranges anywhere from 2 to 4 points. The former president bested Biden by 5 points in all swing states combined, well outside the margin of error.

As Breitbart News’ Frances Martel reported, the General Assembly, whose resolutions are non-binding, passed a ceasefire resolution several days after the United States vetoed a similar resolution at the United Nations Security Council. The vote came the same day as President Joe Biden bashed Israel behind closed doors, and the same day that Hamas terrorists managed to kill ten Israeli soldiers, including a colonel and a leader of the elite Golani

The New York Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state, ruled that the bipartisan Independent Redistricting Commission (IRC) tasked with redrawing congressional district lines be given another chance. The significance of this decision is that the bipartisan commission couldn't agree on district lines in 2020, giving the task to the state legislature where Democrats have a super majority. The map Democrats drew would have given the party 22 of 26 districts in the state and virtually destroyed the Republican party. Thankfully, a state judge ruled that the grossly gerrymandered map needed to be fairer, and a special master then redrew the lines.

Biden's remarks, made to donors to his 2024 re-election campaign, were his most critical to date of Netanyahu's handling of Israel's war in Gaza. They are a stark contrast to his literal and political embrace of the Israeli leader days after Hamas militants' Oct. 7 attack on southern Israel.
