A new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll found that former President Donald Trump is the clear front-runner in a hypothetical 2024 Republican primary, leading Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis by 18 points.
The poll found that 46 percent of Republican voters would support Trump, compared to 28 percent who support DeSantis. Former Vice President Mike Pence, who many speculate will launch a presidential bid in 2024, received just seven percent support. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) came in fourth place in the poll with three percent, while Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo, and Sen. Tim Scott

I reported earlier how Elon Musk has been bringing back people who were suspended or locked out of Twitter including the Babylon Bee and Dr. Jordan Peterson.
That prompted many to ask about other people who had been banned including Alex Jones and President Donald Trump. As we reported earlier, Musk said “no” to Jones. Part of the reason for that might be a question of liability, but it prompted a discussion if he was committed to free speech. Jones himself said that people should still stand by Musk’s efforts to bring openness to the site

Scott noted earlier that Merrick Garland has appointed a special counsel, Jack Smith, to torment Donald Trump. Garland said, I assume with a straight face:
It also allows prosecutors and agents to continue their work expeditiously, and to make decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law.
Indisputably! Right. Smith will be returning to Washington from The Hague, where he is “chief prosecutor for the special court.” That will be good training for his role as the Democratic Party’s agent in destroying Donald Trump.

Dozens of court documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein's associates, including a billionaire businessman, will be made public after a judge ruled the public interest outweighs the right to privacy.
Judge Loretta Preska on Friday ruled that the material concerning eight people should be unsealed despite one subject claiming it could 'wrongfully harm (his) privacy and reputation.' Among those whose names are mentioned in the documents are Emmy Tayler, Ghislaine Maxwell's former personal assistant, who was accused of taking part in the sexual abuse of minors.

The White House has pushed back against the newly-announced Republican probe into President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in his son Hunter’s foreign business dealings, claiming that the investigation is a politically-motivated rehashing of “long-debunked conspiracy theories.”
It comes as Reps. James Comer (R-Ky.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) announced on Nov. 17 that the House Oversight Committee will investigate whether the president was involved in his son’s business dealings, claims that the elder Biden has denied.
Comer, who is the incoming chairman of the Oversight Committee, said at a press conference that, contrary to the president’s claims, whistleblower evidence shows that he was directly involved in his son Hunter’s international business dealings.

he cancer of early voting tightened its deadly grip on the American body politic in last week’s midterm elections. This is yet another destructive outcome of Nov. 8.
The mad rush toward early voting accelerated thanks to another disease: COVID-19. Like so many things wrong in America today, COVID lurks just beneath the surface. Because voting in person was “too dangerous,” opportunistic Democrat lawyers sued like ambulance chasers in 2020 to widen and deepen early voting beyond its earlier, lower profile. This year, with COVID in the rear-view mirror, 2020’s “emergency” measure has become the new normal. The Democrats’ ever-leftward ratchet mechanism always works this way.

The double-standard is atrocious. The Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) evening newscasts have almost completely buried Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock’s child support scandal, spending only 11 seconds on it since September 1.
In stark contrast, the network evening newscasts (September 1 - November 16) flooded their airwaves (36 minutes, 21 seconds) with stories of women accusing his GOP opponent Herschel Walker of paying for abortions. That’s almost 200 times more coverage to the Walker story than the Warnock scandal.

The Department of Justice on Thursday asked a federal appeals court to end the injunction on the plan's implementation while indicating in the same filing that it would turn to the Supreme Court to list a separate appeals court ruling, the Associated Press reported.
Biden announced his plan in late August to forgive student debt up to $10,000 for those earning less than $125,000 annually and up to $20,000 for Pell Grant recipients. The Congressional Budget Office has estimated the plan will cost taxpayers

“We have put together" ... "the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization” in history…..Joe Biden 2020
Don't believe he said it? He may have misspoken or he may have just spoken the absolute truth. There was a great article in PJMedia by David Solway entitled: DeSantis in 2024? Think Again. It was an eye-opening although bleak reminder of how difficult it will be to elect any Republican given the voting machine manufactured and engineered by the Democrats and paid for by billionaire despots like George Soros and Sam Bankman-Fried.

Republicans, especially those running for president in 2024, know how to get treated “respectfully” by the mainstream media: denounce or at least distance yourself from former President Donald Trump. Former Vice President Mike Pence has learned that lesson and is being treated much better than he previously was by the media.

MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan was ridiculed Thursday for claiming that House Democrats never investigated the Trump family when they were in the majority despite many congressional investigations into former President Trump.
After Republicans secured a majority in the House, Reps. James Comer, R.-Ky., and Jim Jordan, R-Ohio., announced in a press conference Thursday that they would be further investigating the extent of President Biden’s involvement with his son Hunter’s business dealings.
"The Mehdi Hasan Show" host attacked the investigation into the Biden family because, he claimed, House Democrats "didn’t do this for the Trump family," while also appearing to take a swipe at outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

During this midterm campaign, I attended hundreds of events in my district, around Arizona, and around the country. The issue I was asked about most often was whether I or the Republicans in the House, or the Republicans in the Senate, would keep the same leaders.
Not only did my constituents want the “red wave” that didn’t materialize, they also wanted new leadership.
They told me that they want a leader who will take on the Biden Administration. A leader who will not acquiesce in the abrogation of our rights

Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul sharply questioned FBI director Christopher Wray Thursday over reported collusion with Facebook that left the senator “alarmed.”
“You may think it’s just jolly well to get all this stuff without a warrant that people volunteer to you, but many of us are alarmed that you’re getting this information that are private communications between people, because it is against the law,” Paul told Wray during a hearing of the Senate Homeland Security Committee.

Hundreds of Twitter employees apparently quit Thursday after new CEO Elon Musk gave workers an ultimatum: commit to a “hardcore” work environment, or be fired.
The reported exodus threw Twitter into more turmoil and came as staffers at the social media giant were given a 5 p.m. Thursday deadline to sign onto Musk’s workplace pledge.
The resignations were gleaned from internal Twitter communications, including a poll where 42% of 180 workers surveyed Thursday said they were “Taking the exit option, I’m free,” Reuters reported.

Not only was crypto-billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried’s company, FTX, allegedly a fraud, but it spent huge sums on recent elections to get Democrats into office. Was this a case of massive election fraud? If so, it isn’t just Bankman-Fried who should be punished.
In case you’re not caught up on all this, FTX, a futures exchange for crypto-currencies including its own, exploded into the public’s attention just after the election. That’s when it was revealed that FTX had questionably transferred or “loaned” some $10 billion to its sister company, Alameda Research, to “fund risky bets,” a highly questionable move seemingly to shore up Alameda’s finances.
And yes, FTX was a big deal.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) told reporters Thursday that he skipped House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) leadership retirement speech because he “had meetings.”
McCarthy, who is in line to replace Pelosi as House speaker, wasn’t the only Republican to miss the address. The Republican side of the lower chamber was largely empty during her farewell, according to reports.
“I had meetings, but normally, the others would do it during votes — I wish she could have done that, I could have been there,”

Apple TV has changed its mind about adapting fake-journalist Maggie Haberman’s Trump biography into a failed series.
The left-wing Haberman, who is so dishonest she won a Pultizer for spreading the Russia Collusion Hoax, published her Trump biography, Confidence Man, earlier this year. Apple TV optioned the book for a series and has now changed its mind.

One of the most deranged aspects of the Biden administration has been its pushing of radical transgender ideology in the medical field. Well past just letting people do what they want, the president and his handlers have sought to force doctors to partake in activities that violate their principle to do no harm.
That includes being forced to prescribe puberty blockers and hormone blockers to those who have no medical need for them as well as having to refer patients for “gender-affirming” surgeries that permanently harm them.
Thankfully, in a blow to the transgender lobby, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas has ruled

Somebody better get canned. Someone has to pay. Somebody important. Our culture is a disaster in large part because we have failed to hold leaders accountable when they screw up, because we have given losers a free pass and accepted excuses and therefore, accepted sub-par performance. Look at the wars since 2001 – what generals got relieved for the failure to win them promptly? And look at our military now. It’s a disaster. This goes for the GOP in the wake of last week’s fiasco.
We were supposed to win big on Election Day. The fundamentals were there – history, the bad economy, general malaise. The president is a doddering pervert

Yet again, Democrat lawyer Marc Elias has appeared to mess with elections, this time working to undermine Georgia's state election laws ahead of the Peach State's U.S. Senate runoff scheduled for December 6.
Elias has a well-documented track record of fighting to undo elections, meddle in election laws, and he even played a "key role in false statements made to the media and to Congress about the Steele dossier" that advanced the Russiagate hoax," according to George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley.
Elias has been sanctioned by courts for his conduct, and his attempts to challenge Glenn Youngkin on behalf of Terry McAuliffe in Virginia's 2021 election failed miserably,

The Biden Administration is desperately trying to restore its failing $400 billion student loan forgiveness plan after it keeps getting blocked by federal judges.
According to a legal filing, the Biden Administration plans to ask the Supreme Court to reinstate the president's canceled student loan debt program.
In the court documents, President Joe Biden is warning the Supreme Court that if it doesn't reverse the cancellation of the plan, millions of Americans will face a financial burden when the payments are scheduled to start again in January.

The Public Health© biomedical regime, via its private-sector public-relations arm, the corporate media, maintains its brutal siege of all things natural medicine – most especially vitamin D*.
The vital role that vitamin D plays in human health is nearly impossible to overstate. In fact, the term “vitamin D” is a misnomer; it’s actually a steroid hormone.
Its many dozens of crucial physiological functions include — not coincidentally in the context of corporate media demonization — producing faster, fuller recovery for patients with COVID-19.

With thin margins, most major decision desks have called the Arizona gubernatorial race in favor of Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, but Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake announced Thursday morning that she’s not yet ready to concede.
In a video message posted to her Twitter account, captioned with “Arizona, we are still in the fight,” Lake addressed what she described as a “broken election system” and vowed to continue to fight to prove that something seems to have gone terribly wrong.
“When we called for Katie Hobbs to recuse herself a year ago, they ridiculed us. It turns out we were right. The fox was guarding the henhouse,

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted on Wednesday to impeach controversial Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner (D-PA).
Five lawmakers, including three Republicans and two Democrats with constituencies in Philadelphia, formed a committee to investigate Krasner earlier this year. Members of the lower chamber voted by a margin of 107 to 85 in favor of impeaching Krasner, enabling the Pennsylvania Senate to remove the official with a two-thirds majority.
“We put ourselves on the record that we stand with the people of Philadelphia who have been living in fear for their lives and the safety of themselves and their families,” Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff (R-PA) said in a statement.

A federal judge on Thursday temporarily halted enforcement of a law known as the “Stop WOKE Act” at Florida universities.
Chief U.S. District Judge Mark Walker issued a preliminary injunction against the “Stop Wrongs to Our Kids and Employees (W.O.K.E.) Act,” officially dubbed the Individual Freedom Act. The judge’s move means that the law cannot be enforced on college campuses for now.
“This is positively dystopian,” Walker wrote in his order. “The law officially bans professors from expressing disfavored viewpoints in university classrooms while permitting unfettered expression of the opposite viewpoints.”
The law, which the Florida legislature passed in March, prohibits public K-12 schools and universities from teaching eight concepts that constitute “discrimination”

The collapsed cryptocurrency exchange platform FTX claims former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried 'hacked' its systems after filing for bankruptcy to transfer 'digital assets' to Bahamian regulators.
FTX lodged the motion in the US Bankruptcy Court in Delaware on Thursday saying it had evidence to suggest the Bahamas government ordered Bankman-Fried, 30, to gain 'unauthorized access' while in custody. 'In connection with investigating a hack on Sunday, November 13, Mr. Bankman-Fried and [FTX co-founder Gary] Wang, stated in recorded and verified texts that 'Bahamas regulators' instructed that certain post-petition transfers of Debtor assets be made by Mr. Wang and Mr. Bankman-Fried (who the Debtors understand were both effectively

Donald Trump faces a lot of criticism at the moment, having undoubtedly lost a lot of votes because of his behavior just prior and after the midterm elections.
Anger of some Republican voters toward the former president runs hot and may cost him the nomination in 2024.
Yet it is also the case that Trump has been pronounced politically dead many times in the past, and in most of those cases the cause for the premature Code Blue calls has been his big fat mouth. He has never been able to control his impulses, and has never been a nice guy. This has not stopped his ability to
