House Republicans announced Thursday that they are launching an investigation that will focus on President Biden himself and any illicit or unethical financial ties he had to his son Hunter's overseas dealings. Now Joe Biden and his family are facing an onslaught of subpoenas from the House majority members, who say they know where the proverbial bodies are buried. James Comer, the GOP ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, will have the power to issue legally-backed demands for documents, information and testimony once the 188th Congress begins on January 3. The congressman laid out his plans to use that power to go after the Bidens for

It's bad policy to try to impeach unless you know you have a majority in the Senate. The attempt to impeach William Jefferson Clinton probably resulted in him receiving millions of additional votes. Yesterday I heard news that Joe and/or Hunter met in person with very high-ranking members of the Communist Party of China. In included that they were studying a large map of the United State that depicted all major natural gas facilities and were discussing how China might acquire legal title to the same. Sounded similar to China's many recent purchases of lands in the U.S. near our military facilities. Also, that news did not mention whether anyone said such purchases were in furtherance of the "Green New Deal."

To anyone who is not in denial and has been paying attention, this is old news. Biden may be impeached but he will never be convicted by the senate. The only advantages to impeachment are that it keeps him under the microscope, costs him a lot of that 10% for the Big Guy and occupies him and his handlers so that they aren’t focused solely on destroying the country. And it might even push him over the edge into a full public melt down from which he cannot recover. I agree with #3. I full well remember Trey Gowdy’s blistering questioning of Hillary and her cohorts only to have the whole thing slowly peter out. There was not even a slap on the wrist for any of them.

One of the big reasons there was no red tsunami, voters are fed up with the do nothing Republicans. "Republicans... launch an investigation" means some tough blather from Lindsay, photo ops for others at a bank of mics, and absolutely nothing at all will ever happen. Remember the kabuki theatre surrounding-- what was his name?-- Durham?-- when he "launched his investigation"? Republicans bring nerf swords to a knife fight.

Chances are the wimpy Congressional Republicans will be spinning their wheels as they go about trying to investigate the Biden family. As the Biden Department of Justice will claim that since there is already a (sham) federal investigation under way involving Hunter that they will instruct all potential witnesses to keep their mouths shut or risk damaging the supposedly ongoing investigation.

Reply 1 Has nailed the reason why Biden will not be impeached. Impeachment and conviction would make Kamala president. Thus, will not happen. With the Senate controlled by the Democrats, Biden will never be convicted. Also, Democrats don’t want Kamala as president. The Republicans should wait for the next election. The DOJ under two Attorney Generals has twice appointed Special Prosecutors to go after Trump. Not once have they appointed a Special Prosecutor to go after Biden. This seems like partisan bias to me.

Even though an impeachment trial is not likely to get Biden expelled from office, much of the mountain of damning evidence against the Bidens could be exposed officially to the public. That alone would make the impeachment effort worth the time, expense, and trouble.

The midterms simply elucidated the “whatever” voting preferences of the American public. Until the core of the voters’ CHARACTER is “fixed,” they could care less. The fact that Fetterman could actually WIN ( yeah, it WAS Pennsylvania, America’s IQ capitol ) and that Hobbs could actually WIN tells you much about America’s present electorate, the media, and the Democrat Party.. Too bad … so sad. AS SUCH, Sniffy-Joe has the media’s Get Out Of Jail Free Card AND the public’s trust despite the conflagration and CENSORSHIP that he is responsible for. HE learned from the best.

Just breathtaking! Astonishing! This is even worse than I thought. What is important if and when the Biden Crie Family goes to trial is for the federal governement to make the charges in a state friendly to the truth. A DC. trial, or Delaware, or Virginia, or Maryland, would uield an acquittal.s. Perhaps a lawyer posting here could confirm my belief that a federal trial could take place anywhere even one of the crimes took place. If this is not successfully prosecuted, we will see a level of couption in our government matching or exceeding those African countires where the head of governement always leaves as a billionaire. This stinks so badly, even some dimcrats in Congress will join with the republicans to clean out the Biden Crime Famly from office. Pray for our country. We need God's help to send the Biden Crime Family to prison.

Following and agreeing with #21 and disagreeing with #22 and #23. Biden is NOT running this country NOW. He nothing more than a puppet who walks. talks, goes where he's told to go and says what he is told to day as best he can. Whoever is actually running this country would continue doing so even if Biden were to 'go' and Harris moved into the oval office. NOTHING would change. The only real change is that the Speaker of the House moves up a notch closer to the Presidency until a 'replacement' VP is put in place. I agree that Harris dumber than a bag of hammers. I've heard her TRY to 'speak publicly' - putting a SINGLE simple sentence together is completely beyond her ! She may be evil but is far too stupid to be, in and of herself, actually dangerous - just like Biden. Initially Harris was supposed to be this fire breathing dragon slayer who could leap tall buildings in a single bound .... etc. I doubt she could find the elevator without a map, compass, detailed instructions and a guide !! So the question is - Biden goes, Harris moves in, WHAT do you think would change ?? The people running ( ruining ? ) this country now would keep right on truckin' down the same path !!

The establishment media has shifted its position at least four times on the significance of Hunter Biden’s laptop story after more than two years since Breitbart News’s Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris broke the story at the New York Post. On Thursday, Politico’s Heidi Przybyla and Jordan Carney claimed: “no evidence has publicly emerged that his [Joe Biden] decisions were affected by his son’s business.” That President Joe Biden’s judgment has been uninfected by his family business with foreign actors is a different position than the media took just months and years prior.
