The billionaire also said no decision had been made about former President Trump’s banned account, and suggested he had no plans to reinstate conservative radio host Alex Jones. 1, People need to be allowed to express their stupidity. In the 1970's there was a movement to censor Hugh Hefner, Larry Flint and Bob Guccione for their porn magazines. Believe it or not, there were some very conservative pastors who realized that censorship of one thing today paves the road for censorship of something completely different tomorrow. Let this play out. I have no problem with idiots having an outlet.

Musk is having fun. He's just posted minutes ago a Twitter poll. "Reinstate President Trump" Yes/No" 1.2 million votes and counting. Yes votes at 61% at this time. He then posted "Vox Populi, Vox Dei." The voice of the people is the voice of God. Very cheeky.

I'd say no to Alex Jones too. Decorum is not to be undervalued. It should never have been necessary to sue Alex Jones, as no civilized person should ever have said such things.

In practice, as a business owner, Musk is subject to the demands of his customers who are his advertisers. The only true protection for free speech is ownership of property, i.e., having your own independently funded website. If the ISP vendors like AT&T or Verizon were to deny use of their infrastructure to a website solely because of its content and not because of any otherwise illegal activity, they would be violating the right of free speech to the website publisher. Musk knows advertisers would never allow their ads to appear with Alex Jones' posts, unfortunately.

Now that is really strange. I can see getting Peterson back but Griffin? Holding that bloody Trump head? I’d like to ask Musk how he justifies that, or maybe he is just letting everyone back who was kicked off —- just to flex his muscles. I’d be flabbergasted if he did NOT let Trump back on. Question is, would Trump come back now that he’s got his own Truth Social?

Even though yours truly took a two-week hiatus from his weekly documentation of supreme stupidity, knuckleheadedness itself did not take a vacation. In fact, the phenomenon was clearly working as feverishly as ever, then switched into overdrive this week. Up until Thursday evening, the front runner for Knucklehead of the Week had been President Joe Biden’s Press Secretary, the inestimable Karine Jean-Pierre. But after Thursday’s bizarre, occult-like speech from Mr. Biden, our Commander-in-Chief sealed the deal as we bestow the honor upon him for a record sixth time. Congratulations, Mr. President, how proud you must be.

Concern for Queen Elizabeth’s health has surfaced once again, as the monarch has decided to withdraw from attending the Braemar Gathering in Scotland on Sept. 3. Buckingham Palace confirmed on Friday that the 96-year-old’s son Prince Charles will make an appearance in her absence and represent her at the Highland Games event. The choice to not allow the sovereign to travel was for “comfort” and mobility considerations, a source told The Mirror. The Queen also recently pulled out of visiting London to appoint the newest Prime Minister and to say goodbye to former PM Boris Johnson next week.

The woman who fumed “F–k New York” after she was randomly slapped on a Manhattan train last week said she’s considering ditching her hometown for Florida. Vesly Beato, 22, bashed the current crime streak in the Big Apple with a now-viral TikTok video following the unprovoked attack — and continued doing so in a Wednesday night interview with The Post. “I don’t feel that comfortable in New York anymore,” she said from her mother’s Upper Manhattan apartment. “It’s not the same… New York is not what it used to be.” Beato’s change of heart came after she was smacked across the face by a man on a northbound 1 train last Friday

Lest anyone remain in doubt, Meghan Markle’s latest interview makes one thing clear: This woman has nothing to say. She has nothing to offer, no original thoughts or guiding philosophy, no earthly reason to be taking so much money from, and so much space in, the mainstream media she so clearly reviles. You know, just as she reviles the British royal family, even as she clings to her title and accepts money from her father-in-law, the future king, who reportedly subsidized her and Harry’s $14.5 million mansion, purchased for their privacy.

Pell Grant recipients demonstrated financial need beyond that for the student loans of which there are those with lower interest rates, and those with higher interest rates, those from the Federal Government, and those from private entities. One of former President Donald Trump’s strongest and most endearing personality traits is his relentless sense of humor. He’s a very funny guy. Depending on the day’s events and available subject matter, a television interview can come across like a sitcom script, sprinkled amongst some profound takes on political topics, and rants at some of his rallies can rival those of some of today’s best stand-up comedians. We’ve had humorous presidents before, with Ronald Reagan quickly coming to mind, but none at the level of Trump. And despite the intense friction in today’s political climate and national tensions having been ratcheted to previously unseen levels after last week’s outrageous Mar-a-Lago Raid,

Is this the funniest comedy you’ll never see — because of cancel culture? In 2016, Jamie Foxx, 54, and Jeremy Piven, 57, started filming “All-Star Weekend,” a movie about two NBA-obsessed friends in Indiana. Piven’s character is Steph Curry’s biggest fan, while Foxx’s worships LeBron James. The pair win tickets to the NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles and on their way out west, they run into a cast of wacky characters and find themselves in a dangerous situation with their hoop idols. The premise and the cast, which includes Robert Downey Jr., Benicio del Toro, Gerard Butler and Eva Longoria, seem like a slam dunk.

One thing we must give Democrats credit for is their unity. Yes, certain members of the party such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) will occasionally diverge from the party line and oppose particularly radical pieces of legislation, but when it comes to big moments and key votes – on impeachment, for instance – Democrats circle the wagons. Contrarily, Republicans tend to fracture at the most inopportune moments, which is why it was refreshing to see virtual unanimity amongst the GOP after Monday’s outrageous raid on former President Donald Trump’s residence Mar-a-Lago. Almost all notable Republicans supported Trump after the ordeal; all except for one.

Less than a week ago, the tragedy of four brutal murders in New Mexico appeared to be a windfall for Democrats. It was a perfect, yet bloody, scenario for the party that doesn’t hesitate to try and exploit every and any tragedy that fits their larger narrative. And while we can’t be sure that any Democrats were actually happy about four men being dead, we know that internally they were thrilled about the circumstances. We could almost see them doing cartwheels in their heads as they discussed the matter. Muslims, of course, are included in the Democrats’ intersectional hierarchy of victimhood.

The warmongers are obsessed with destroying Russia. To achieve it, they are determined to fight to the last Ukrainian. If the Department of Justice can show that these were indeed very sensitive documents, which I think they probably were, and also show that the president consciously was involved in misleading the department, deceiving the government, and playing games after he had received the subpoena for the documents, those are serious charges.
