Political commentator Yossi Gestetner took President Joe Biden to task in an epic fact-filled Twitter rebuttal to an oblivious tweet claiming he still plans to finish COVID off, once and for all.“Folks, we’re not going to give up. Some people may call what is happening now the new normal. I call it a job not yet finished,” the 46th President of the United States tweeted.“We are moving toward a time when COVID-19 won’t disrupt our daily lives. We may not be there yet, but we will get there,” Biden wrote, as if he was uninformed that much of the country had already moved on and states like Florida have already

What possesses a person to travel to another country for a luxury vacation only to complain it doesn’t mimic the dystopian hellscape they came from? I wouldn’t know, but perhaps Josh Freed, a writer for the Montreal Gazette, can offer some insight. That’s exactly what he did after vacationing in Florida and then returning to his home in Quebec, Canada.
The obvious COVID hysteric penned an entire piece detailing the horrors of freedom that await those traveling to the Sunshine State, and it’s one of the funniest things I’ve read in a long time.

Twelve years ago this week, Massachusetts shocked the world as the liberal state elected a Republican Senator, ending then-President Barack Obama’s brief 60 vote majority. The media did not react well to the GOP win, railing about how it was “premeditated murder” and an affront to the cause of the sacred Ted Kennedy. And that was only one Senate win. Imagine how the networks, CNN and MSNBC might react to a 2022 midterm red wave? It was January 19, 2010 that Scott Brown won. That evening, Chris Matthews ranted at just how bad it would be for a Republican to prevail Speaking about the impact on ObamaCare,

In a recent year, only 69 girls born in America were named "Prudence." That's a shame, because Prudence is not only a lovely name, but also an important virtue — one that we ought frequently to be reminded of.For conservatives in particular, prudence is a key virtue. The very nature of conservatism centers on conserving and preserving. A conservative is prudent by nature since he wishes to preserve his moral and cultural inheritance and, indeed, to preserve life itself. A conservative cares about life in a way that liberals do not: rather than experimenting with untested and self-serving theories, he is mostly guided by what he has learned from the past

Joe Biden is reportedly considering sending some three to five thousand troops to Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia as part of an effort to protect NATO states near Russia, to ward off Russia, given their aggressive actions toward Ukraine. Other NATO countries might also be kicking in troops under this plan, according to Fox News. This Biden military move might not only include troops; they’re also considering naval vessels and aircraft. This follows a report from the U.K. that Russia was plotting to try to install a pro-Kremlin government in Ukraine and boot out the pro-West Volodymyr Zelensky. Russia is denying this report and blaming the U.K. for spreading it.

Americans in Ukraine will be on their own if Russia invades so the U.S. government is advising them to take the earliest commercial flight possible out of the country. On Sunday, State Department officials said they didn’t know if Russian President Vladimir Putin has made the decision to send tanks across the border but insisted such a move could come “at any time.” “The U.S. government will not be in a position to evacuate American citizens in such a contingency,” a senior State Department official told reporters in a briefing. “Russian military action anywhere in Ukraine will severely impact the U.S. embassy’s ability to provide consular assistance.”

The NYPD reported 461 felony assaults in the subway system last year—a disturbing rate not seen since 1997, according to data released ahead of Monday’s MTA board meetings. Eight homicides also occurred in the transit system in 2021, the highest since such statistics started being tracked in 1997. The troubling subterranean trend is despite a decline in crime at the year’s end. In December, there were 194 total major felonies—down from 235 in November, the NYPD said.(Snip)Overall, cops reported 2.46 crimes per million riders—well above both the 1.47 crimes per million riders reported in all of 2019 and comparatively lower figures from just this past summer.

Moscow plans to force out Ukraine‘s political leaders and install a pro-Russian puppet regime in Kyiv, British officials said over the weekend, as the West desperately tries to stave off war in eastern Europe at a moment when Russian action against its neighbor seems all but inevitable. The allegations from Britain’s Foreign Office late Saturday—which were reinforced by Secretary of State Antony Blinken but fiercely denied by the Kremlin—added even more fuel to an already combustible stand-off along the Russia-Ukraine border. It’s not often that I agree with Joe Biden, but he said something in his nasty, brutish, and long press conference last week with which, if properly understood, I agree.
Don’t get me wrong. The press conference as a whole was a “total disaster.” Notwithstanding the sycophantic performance of the court eunuchs in the regime media, everybody understands this. (But speaking of “court eunuchs,” what’s the female equivalent? It was Jennifer Rubin, who actually gave Biden an “A-” for the presser, that prompts this vital question and I hope some enterprising savant will contribute the answer.)

Restler said dogs can catch leptospirosis if they drink from puddles rats urinated in. Restler told the Daily News on Thursday that he was

New Jersey has banned police officers from lingering around polling stations and ballot drop boxes on election days under a new law that advocates argued was needed to protect against voter intimidation.
Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed the Democratic-sponsored bill into law earlier in the week after it passed the Democratic-controlled state Legislature mostly along party lines. It says both plain-clothed or uniformed police need to keep at least 100 feet from polling stations or drop boxes.

Last week Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, walked into the British Parliament and made the most consequential statement by a political leader since the fall of the Berlin Wall.
This is what Johnson said in part, to the cheers of the assembled parliamentarians:
“Next week mandatory [vaccine] certification will end… We will end the compulsory use of Covid status certification in England… From now, the government is no longer asking people to work from home and people should now speak to their employers about arrangements for returning to the office

If you’ve been wondering about the extent of voter fraud in America, we may be seeing a staggering amount of either fraud or grotesque negligence in Wisconsin voter rolls. A review of the state’s voter roles showed that 569,277 voters registered on January 1, 1918. Of that number, 20% of these people, all of whom must be at least 124 years old, voted last November. Biden “won” in Wisconsin by 20,682 votes....
For regular American Thinker readers, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. Roughly two weeks ago, Jay Valentine wrote about the extent of fraud he and his team have discovered

A 19-year-old man who was fatally shot by Metro Police in the southeast valley Monday had no connection to a murder police were investigating when they entered an apartment to serve a search warrant, police said today at a briefing.
Assistant Sheriff Andrew Walsh said Isaiah Tyree Williams, 19, was shot by officers several times as they tried to serve a search warrant related to a November 2021 homicide. Two officers were injured in the exchange.
Police announced their presence by yelling “police department, search warrant” multiple times at about 5 a.m. before entering the apartment in the 3000 block of South Nellis Boulevard, Walsh said.

MeidasTouch is an anti-Trump, anti-GOP hysterical PR operation that’s not particularly good at its job.
They prove that with their latest effort. One of the basic rules of PR is don’t highlight your opponent’s attack on you.
Yet they just did that with a sloppy, confusing ad that they just put out, trying to spin the “Let’s go, Brandon” saying into a positive.First, it’s badly done, so you can’t tell it’s supposed to be positive. The sound quality of his remarks is also off, plus the listing of things to match the letters of “Let’s go, Brandon” is also a reach.

Australia has rightfully been criticized for its ‘COVID zero’ policy. It’s locked down the country. The borders were closed, and concentration-like camps were built. All of this to contain a virus with a 99-plus percent survival rate. The nation is now super-vaccinated as well, with every state having an 80 percent rate among those who are 16 years of age or older. That was the ticket to loosening the regulations. Still, ‘Australia has fallen’ still manages to make it into the trending topics on social media, with various clips showing how this nation has descended rapidly into authoritarianism to contain COVID.

For quite some time, Congress has ceded its constitutional power to legislate to the unelected administrative state -- at least when Democrats are both the congressional majority and hold the White House. Now, having ignored its true function, it seeks to expand its mandate to judicial powers. The Select Committee set up by Speaker Nancy Pelosi to investigate the January 6 riot has obviously determined that its mandate does not require a legislative purpose: It will act as a judicial branch, ...

It was the evening of March 31, 2014. I was 28 years old and preparing to move to Atlanta, Ga. from Newport News, Va. for a ministry assignment. As I was finalizing everything for the move, my father asked me to come downstairs. There was something he and my mother wanted to share with me.
Expecting to receive a flurry of goodbye wishes, I hurried downstairs, but what he revealed to me was something else entirely, something that would drastically alter the direction of my life: I was adopted.

After a long and storied career, I would like to say that I have amassed a fortune. But not yet. However, I have faced 300-foot flame lengths as a firefighter, been asked to remove suspected anthrax from a county jail wearing nothing but a respirator mask and some rubber gloves, and been kicked out of a café in Paris because I realized I didn’t have enough money to pay for my beer (and I mean literally kicked in the ass into the gutter on the Champs-Elysées).

On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Evening Edit,” Texas Dept. of Public Safety Lt. Christopher Olivarez said TSA allowing illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants as identification at airport security checkpoints is “going to be an opportunity these criminal organizations are going to take full advantage of” by having gang members “come across and try to board these planes so they can make it further into the country.” And “that is a national security threat.”
