On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Evening Edit,” Texas Dept. of Public Safety Lt. Christopher Olivarez said TSA allowing illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants as identification at airport security checkpoints is “going to be an opportunity these criminal organizations are going to take full advantage of” by having gang members “come across and try to board these planes so they can make it further into the country.” And “that is a national security threat.”

Do arrest warrants have photo ID's on them? My wife once got through TSA by using her Sam's card since it had a grainy photo of her! TSA is an expensive eyewash program that has little to nothing to do with security. Thank you George W. Bush.

Can citizens now use things like utility bills and child support orders as ID for TSA now (just to be fair)? One would think that if someday an arrest warrant and a law enforcement agency had that person , that they would arrest them! If a US citizen showed up with an arrest warrant, would the TSA arrest them or let them on the plane?

Texas needs to hire Joe Arpaio to design holding areas for illegals Texas authorities pick up pending a hearing, trial and incarceration for whatever state laws are broken. The Lege, in a special session, needs to spell out that "criminal trespass" includes anyone in the state without proper Federal authorization to be in the US when arrested. And when ICE comes around, tell them to pound sand - they broke Texas law. It's not only poor, hardworking Mexicans crossing the border for a dream life, but "wetbacks" from around the world, some with nefarious intent and criminal records. The Federal government is lawless, assisting criminal cartels with its wink-and-a-nod "enforcement" of our border sovereignty.

Following the fatal shooting of a police officer in Manhattan last week, Mayor Eric Adams on Monday unveiled his new strategy to combat rising gun violence in New York City, starting with the deployment of an anti-gun crime unit next month. “We will not surrender our city to the violent few,” Adams said. The city will launch a reinvented version of the plainclothes anti-crime unit, which was disbanded amid the civil unrest prompted by the murder of George Floyd, to emphasize fostering community trust in law enforcement rather than the aggressive crime-fighting tactics that had provoked protest from Black Lives Matter.

Remember when we were all assured that Joe Biden was a paradigm of decency? Unlike the bad orange man, he would never lose his temper and launch a gross attack on the free press. Well, that’s how the story went anyway. In reality, Biden has continuously shown himself to be a thin-skinned man-child who can’t take even the slightest hint of criticism. Today, that boiled over into an expletive-laden attack on Fox News’ Peter Doocy. Gird your loins, because you are about to witness an event that would have CNN’s Jim Acosta in tears if it involved Donald Trump.

A New York State Supreme Court judge on Monday ruled that Governor Kathy Hochul’s mask mandate for schools and other public locations is unconstitutional. Judge Thomas Rademaker found that the governor and the state health commissioner did not have the authority to enact a mask mandate without the state legislature, given that the governor no longer has emergency powers. The mask mandate has been in place since mid-December, when the state saw a surge in the highly transmissible Omicron variant. “There can be no question that every person in this State wishes, wants and prays that this era of COVID ends soon and they will surely do their part to see that

The Supreme Court announced on Monday that it will take up suits challenging the consideration of race as a factor in college admissions. The Court will hear challenges by non-profit Students for Fair Admissions against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina, alleging both schools discriminate against Asian applicants. Arguments will likely be heard in spring of this year, with a decision by June. A federal judge ruled in favor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in October 2021 following the SFA lawsuit, while a federal appeals court rejected SFA’s suit against Harvard in November 2020.

As you likely recall, one order from the flurry of executive mandates that Joe Biden issued immediately upon taking office was the cancellation of construction on the Keystone XL pipeline. No big deal, right? I mean, who needed that crazy pipeline? Well, as it turns out… we did. As the country recovered from the shutdowns and commercial vehicular traffic started growing back toward pre-pandemic levels, the oil and gas industry kicked back into gear as demand increased. But under the new White House policies, supply hasn’t been able to keep up with demand and that situation inevitably leads to two predictable results. First, gas prices

Are you ready for some more of that foreign policy “expertise” Joe Biden is supposedly famous for? As RedState has reported, tensions between Ukraine and Russia are nearing a boiling point, with the latter possibly invading at any moment. On Saturday, the State Department moved to evacuate all embassy personnel and their families. Now, the call to leave the country has extended to all Americans. Unfortunately, because absolutely no lessons were learned from Afghanistan, the Biden administration isn’t planning on offering any help. In fact, they basically told Americans still in Ukraine to go jump in a lake.

London - Britain on Saturday accused the Kremlin of seeking to install a pro-Russian leader in Ukraine, and said Russian intelligence officers had been in contact with a number of former Ukrainian politicians as part of plans for an invasion. The British foreign ministry declined to provide evidence to back its accusations, which came at a time of high tensions between Russia and the West over Russia's massing of troops near its border with Ukraine. Moscow has insisted it has no plans to invade. The British ministry said it had information the Russian government was considering former Ukrainian lawmaker Yevhen Murayev as a potential candidate to head a pro-Russian leadership.

An explainer for the upcoming virtual event reads: 'The term “professionalism” has at times been used to silence and marginalize people of color, when attributes of appearance, language or interactions that have nothing to do with job knowledge or constructive collegial relationships are labeled as “unprofessional”. Conducted in New York and California between May and November of 2021, the study also found that natural immunity offered even “greater” protection “after the highly transmissible Delta variant became predominant,
