The fact that over 800,000 people in the United States have reportedly died from COVID-19 is barely noted by the corporate propagandists, no doubt because it isn’t politically useful now that Bad Orange Man is gone. Or it could be that the media doesn’t want to highlight yet another failure of the woefully incompetent Biden Administration with Grandpa Dementia barely cracking the 40 point approval mark. If Trump were still in the White House, we all know 800,000 deaths would have been trumpeted on every front page, the topic of every single leftist outlet’s headline for weeks. More Milwaukee restaurants have begun requiring proof of vaccination from dine-in customers, saying it's necessary for the safety of staff and patrons and to keep their businesses operating. "It’s not meant to be punitive; it’s meant to be protective," in the way cutting off a customer from drinking is, said Melissa Buchholz, co-owner of Odd Duck, 2352 S. Dates that occupy not only a place in our calendars, but a place in our collective memory. December 7th, 1941. September 11, 2001. And January 6th, 2021.”

Congressional Democrats and their allies have been blowing a lot of hot air about the Jan. 6 "insurrection," a pathetic crowd-control failure brought on by Capitol police incompetence, crossed wires among those charged with security, and quite likely some FBI pot-stirring, through agents provocateurs. It's bee ess. The whole show is about discrediting President Trump to keep him from running for office in 2024, because, well, they know he won the 2020 election and a lot of voters would like to get their votes' worth in 2024. But that's precisely why they keep blowing the incident up into an "insurrection." According to leftist Rep. Hakeem Jeffries

'We saw with our own eyes rioters menace these halls threatening the life of the Speaker of the House. As a result, the Left now variously alleges that either in 2022, when they expect to lose the Congress, or in 2024, when they fear losing the presidency, Republicans will “destroy democracy” or stage a coup. A cynic might suggest that they praise democracy when they get elected—only to claim it is broken when they lose. Or they hope to avoid their defeat by trying to terrify the electorate.
