Georgia Begins Probe of Illegal 2020 Ballot Harvesting

Original Article

Posted By: earlybird, 1/6/2022 2:45:23 PM

State officials in Georgia are now investigating allegations that ballot harvesting–a practice that’s unlawful in the state—was used widely during the November 2020 general election and the U.S. Senate runoff elections that followed two months later. The allegations originated from good-government group True the Vote, which has promised to release other information on voting irregularities in five other states. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, confirmed to John Solomon of Just the News that a probe is underway and that subpoenas from the state’s election board may soon follow as part of the evidence-gathering process.

Comments:

No one trusts Raffensberger, but perhaps True The Vote will continue to hold his feet to the fire. Had he done the right thing re the election in November 2020, there would have been no need for this.

So WHAT? Evidence of wrong is everywhere, but no one " has standing" or you know, the thing. We're just stuck with a failed administration foisted on us by fraud and corruption, and the destruction of our country continues apace.

The most guilty person - - is Raffensperger himself - - who signed off on a completely illegal deal with the Abrams Tank - - which allowed the split-tooth tank to steal the election. Raffensperger should be kept as far away from the investigation as possible - - preferably inside a jail cell.

Let's see, Gov Kemp said this was a honest election as well as the run off. Raffensperger also reassured that the election was fraud free. So, what in the hell happened within the year? One guy confessed that he was paid $45K to stuff the ballot box and there are 240 others. My understanding, this guy is singing. We are talking MILLIONS. I also read that True the Vote has identified the same thing in five other states. Once again, what in the hell is going on and let me add, when are people going to be indicted. Let's start with Gov. Kemp and his secretary of state and you can add that big girl Stacy.

Better late than never. They're not relying on what politicians, political parties, or the MSM tell them. True the Vote has been gathering "trackable" date, and claims to have discovered the routes used in ballot trafficking. Very interesting information on their website.

Brad Raffensperger, Brian Kemp, Gabriel Sterling have all known this the whole time. We all saw RudyGiuliani’s presentation. They are culpable. Brian Kemp is the one who put Dominion machines in GA, and there have been accusations of his profiting from it. None of them have any excuse. THEY KNOW!

The Gov and Brad are toast. They are the reason Chuck controls the Senate. The voters of GA should make it clear as early as possible, that neither of them will be elected to another term.

That’s me—disappointed in how the mandate cases went before the SCOTUS. I had cautioned for weeks that the legal issues regarding Administrative State were separate from the scientific and medical issues, but I held out hope that the scientific data that has emerged over the course of the two year Covid Regime would still inform the oral arguments. Instead we got, as expected, outright lies from the liberal justices and surprisingly little informed challenges from the conservative justices. Jeffery Tucker capsulizes my feelings—which I’m sure are shared by many others. His idea of “getting the courts out of science” is, of course, hopelessly naive. Naive about the nature of our constitutional

Responding to arguments from defendants in the Gov. Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping case that they were entrapped by the FBI, the Department of Justice has said that one of its undercover informants was, in fact, a “double agent” working with the kidnappers against the government. The DOJ’s revelation came Jan. 6 in a response to a motion from the defendants to admit as evidence 258 statements they believe will prove the FBI entrapped them. The statements that the defendants want to have admitted as evidence include audio recordings, where an FBI informant “Steve” is allegedly heard making statements about how to plan and execute the kidnapping of Whitmer.

The Supreme Court seemed skeptical this morning of the Biden administration’s bold claim that it has the authority to impose vaccination mandates applying to more than 84 million private sector employees. In a rare Friday sitting the high court seemed broadly receptive to the argument that states have authority to impose vaccination mandates but questioned the ability of federal agencies to do the same.(snip)During oral arguments on the private sector mandate, Chief Justice John Roberts said the federal government appears to be overreaching. The executive branch is attempting to “cover the waterfront” by imposing COVID-19 policies on the population at large instead of leaving the matter to Congress, Roberts said.

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on Friday over the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for private employers during which several justices made repeated false claims about COVID-19 and the effectiveness of the jab. (snip) Challengers of the OSHA standard argued on Friday that the agency has no right to force a medical decision on workers, but several justices pushed back on this idea using false narratives about COVID-19 to justify the federal government’s vaccine mandate. Justice Elena Kagan suggested that getting the vaccine reduces the spread of COVID-19, a dubious claim that’s contested by the rapidly rising number of breakthrough cases worldwide.

In the day long events commemorating the January 6th, Speaker Nancy Pelosi made a telling statement to her fellow members and the public at large. Pelosi declared “It is essential that we preserve the narrative of January 6th.” Part of that narrative is that this was not a riot but an “insurrection,” an actual “rebellion” against our country. Pelosi’s concern over the viability of that narrative is well-based as shown by a recent CBS News poll. The majority of the public does not believe that this was an “insurrection” despite the mantra-like repetition of members of Congress and the media.

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to produce, at a rate of 55,000 pages per month, the documents it relied on to license the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The rate of 55,000 pages a month would mean the FDA has just over eight months to fully produce all of Pfizer’s pre-licensure safety data. That is much faster than the 500 pages-per-month rate the FDA proposed in December 2021. That rate would have effectively given the agency roughly 75 years to fully produce the data, Aaron Siri, a lawyer working on the case, previously observed.

Why Our Globalist Masters Hate Putin--And Trump 7 replies

The answer to this question is very straight forward. Putin is committed to a Russian nationalist model—the concept of Russia doing what’s in the best interests of Russia and the Russian people. That includes restoring and preserving traditional Russian culture, which was nearly destroyed by atheist Communism. Trump advocated for a similar approach in America, allowing for the differing reality of America as compared to Russia—remember Make America Great Again? Our Globalist Masters, by contrast, are committed to a decidedly non-nationalist and non-traditionalist model. Call it—as they do—Trans-Humanist. From a governance standpoint it could be defined as Stakeholder Capitalism. Klaus Schwab, head of the World Economic Forum (WEF) defines that

Mortality among young-to-middle-age Americans went through the roof last year. The majority of the increase didn’t involve COVID-19, according to official death certificate data. Deaths among people aged 18 to 49 increased more than 40 percent in the 12 months ending October 2021 compared to the same period in 2018–2019, before the pandemic, based on death certificate data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). That’s more than 90,000 additional deaths in this age group, of which less than 43 percent involved COVID. The federal agency doesn’t yet have full 2021 numbers, as death certificate data usually trickle in with an 8-week lag or more.
