According to the Federal Election Commission (FEC), Ocasio-Cortez spent about $6.3 million of $10.5 million raised, more than any other Democrat up for reelection in 2020. Her only serious primary challenger for the NY-14 seat, longtime CNBC journalist Michelle Caruso-Cabrera, spent about $1 million of $2 million raised. As of Wednesday afternoon, with 88% of precincts reporting, AOC had garnered 73 percent of the ballots cast compared to Caruso-Cabrera’s 19 percent.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, who was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, issued a minute order Wednesday evening after an appeals court panel sided with the Justice Department in its effort to force the judge to allow it to drop its case against President Trump's first national security adviser.
"In light of the Opinion and Order issued by the Court of Appeals on Mr. Flynn's petition for writ of mandamus, the deadlines and hearing date set forth in the Minute Order of May 19, 2020 are HEREBY STAYED," the order by Sullivan said.

“Does Joe Biden have the mental capacity to keep America safe?” asks a narrator in the ad, titled “Lost His Mind.” The ad, which is slated to run on social media and TV nationwide, was released by pro-Trump super PAC, Committee to Defend the President.
The narrator continues questioning the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee’s mental fitness. “Is Joe Biden in mental decline? Does Joe Biden have dementia?” the narrator notes.
