On Wednesday, news broke (snip) Barr’s DOJ finally forced the FBI to release Comey’s debriefing of the January 5, 2017 meeting that led to the General Flynn persecution.
The notes, which Peter Strzok wrote based on a conversation with Comey, show Obama directing the FBI to investigate General Flynn using “the right people,” while Biden came up with the idea that Flynn should be prosecuted under the Logan Act, an old, unconstitutional law that is inapplicable to a national security advisor. As well as showing a White House conspiracy against the incoming administration, the notes also reveal that Susan Rice’s bizarre inauguration email to herself was false and that Biden lied

Flynn now needs to be making a list of who he will need to sue to get his money back. Everyone of those Government employees involved (including Obama and Biden) are not exempt from being sued. He should not just sue to get his money back, he should also sue for the emotional distress that he and his family endured.

Begs the question of why Chris Stonewall Wray is still FBI Director? Isn’t there one FBI official who could serve as a temporary Director until a truly competent replacement for Wray can be found. Wray has spent 3 years covering up his Bureau’s participation in the coup. He has to be fired.

Will this be enough to prosecute these conspirators or will anything ever be enough? I am a big proponent that if this investigation had moved along at a quicker pace, we would not be in the mess we are in now. The country is burning, but by everything that is holy, we must take our own sweet time in making this case. I can’t help but believe that this slow pace gave the democrats a window of opportunity to sow anarchy in an attempt to fatally damage this President’s chances in November and to distract from this investigation. Had the democrats been dealing with the Justice Department on serious charges of conspiracy to commit sedition, we would not be watching cities burn and anarchy spread. Apparently, the DOJ doesn’t understand this or chooses not to. It appears that many Washington insiders are completely unaware of the violence erupting all across this nation. Their actions certainly indicate that. However, by the time they awaken to this existential threat, it will be too late. Is it incompetence, which I seriously doubt, or are they complicit which is a distinct possibility. Come on! The democrats have committed sedition and are now In the process of destroying the country. Can anyone light a fire under these guys??

“I’ve been on the intel cmte for ten years and I never….”
Was this Biden's inability to complete a thought even four years ago, or simply an admission that he did not function on the intel committee either?

I prefer to be optimistic, I see validation for what seemed obvious not that we even needed more than Strock and Squeezy Paige exchanged on Obama wanting to be kept in the loop, but this could actually hurt us. No way are Obama and Biden going to get so much as a citation for spitting on the sidewalk. The more this points directly at Obama in particular, the less likely anything will happen. Had there been a way to pin this on Brennan ,Clapper, Comey gone a bit rogue, we would stand a better chance of significant accountability.

AG Barr and Counsel Durham, yesterday would have been a really good time to blow the lid off of Spygate. Please don't run out the clock in hopes that Bite Me steals the election and the dims take full control of congress. We are still waiting anxiously for you to uphold rule of law.

The top dog in the DOJ has to force the FBI to release documents that hold no national security information, but cover favored political behinds, and we're to believe that Wray is one of the good guys. I thought the head of the FBI served at the pleasure of the president. If PDT could fire that sleaze, Comey, why is Wray still there?

Let a district cop use ominous language to persuade a meth dealer to confess, and the Left will be up in arms for months about abuse of power and eroding rights. But Flynn was on Team Trump, so nobody on the Left thinks he was persecuted, meaning none of them cares about who is responsible for it. And is certainly won't benefit Trump's campaign to trot his case out against Biden going into November.

Go elect a Republican House and maybe you can get a retroactive impeachment resolution for the two of them. That would be interesting...no Senate trial necessary.

Perhaps you haven't been reading my posts on this board for the past three years. Among other things - - Fey Wray has - -
• Ordered better quality toner for the FBI copy machines.
• Had ecological filters placed on all FBI water coolers.
• Had cushions placed under all FBI corridor rugs.
• Replaced plastic webbing lawn chairs with composition wood Adirondack chairs.
• Added calorie and nutrition information to all FBI cafeteria menus.
• And much, much more
Do you still think he should be fired?

I do not believe that it is unconstitutional to prosecute any citizen who willfully works against the interests of the WH or the nation. It is called treason and sedition for a reason. Problem is, there is no stomach to prosecute those who practice it. Like John Kerry, McCain, Obama/Biden and several others. A nation has the right to defend itself from any and all who work against our national interests.

14, Wray had Ms Graham at "better quality toner."
You can't sue the federal government but you can file a tort claim against the federal agency that caused your damages. It is EXTREMELY difficult; more difficult and more expensive than what Flynn, Carter Page, Papadopoulos, Roger Stone went through and spent of lawyers put together (well, they just destroyed Carter's reputation and is now unemployable because of it because Carter never hired a lawyer). PLUS, you have to file the claim in U.S. District court where the damages occurred and one judge decides, no jury. Plus, there is a two year strict statute of limitations. And there are a lot more restrictions on the damaged individual. Carter Page already tried it, tried to get his tort claim moved to Oklahoma because he had no prayer in DC. It didn't fly. I thought all the victims of the deep state's out in the open crimes would be easy wins for the victims. Boy, was I wrong. Oh yeah, Lindsey, McConnell, and other GOP "conservatives" are also making sure all the victims' lives stay destroyed. Flynn is the ONLY one who just barely got out of going to jail and who just barely got a medium sized win. They can and will still go after Flynn until he dies. It ain't over for him by any stretch.

It would be great if in Trump's 2nd Term, he unveils, with indisputable proof, the list of conspirators from Obama on down including Congress personnel, and threatens to prosecute. Such prosecution will never happen, but maybe it would be pressure enough for Trump to suggest a "compromise" - a vote on Congressional Term Limits.

#10, Wray of the FBI does serve at the pleasure of the President. Trump will surely replace him when Trump wins the election. But for right now, the President is playing the long game. Dumping Wray now would ignite a firestorm. Witness the controversy over firing Berman as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Now multiply that by about 20 if he fired WRay. Firing Wray now would be a gift to the Nancy and Chuck.
Moreover, trying to get a decent conservative to replace Wray approved by the Senate would create yet another firestorm--something like the Kavanaugh hearings. And the President can't necessarily count on approval votes from many senators who run the risk of being defeated in November if they alienate just a few more "moderate" voters.
