She called what happened “very concerning.” Residents told the station some exits have been blocked off to contain the coronavirus. They wondered if that’s why nobody found him in the stairwell.

While most are wielding pistol-like firearms, a couple of the men also appear to be carrying a type of rifle. Some of the gunmen can be seen assisting another individual who was wounded

The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that existing civil rights legislation protects gay, lesbian and transgender people from discrimination in employment. The court’s 6-3 decision, written by Trump appointee Justice Neil Gorsuch and joined by Chief Justice John Roberts, said a provision in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 known as Title VII that bars job discrimination because of sex, also covers gay and lesbian workers. The court’s four liberal justices – Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Stephen Bryer – agreed. Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanugh dissented.

The Democratic Party, true to form, never lets a crisis go to waste. It has seized on what should be a time of healing and instead made the conversation more divisive by lecturing us all about how systemic racism is supposedly rampant in the United States. The great irony here is that yes, there’s plenty of systemic racism in our country;

But throughout the Republican Party’s vast organization in the states, the operational approach to Trump’s re-election campaign is hardening around a fundamentally different view.Interviews with more than 50 state, district and county Republican Party chairs depict a version of the electoral landscape that is no worse for Trump than six months ago — and possibly even slightly better. According to this view, the coronavirus is on its way out and the economy is coming back.
