Justice Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump's first nominee to the Supreme Court, delivered an opinion Monday that will change how more than 7 million LGBTQ individuals will live and work in the United States. It is a watershed moment from an unlikely author that means gay, lesbian and transgender workers are protected by federal by civil rights law. It is a stunning defeat for judicial conservatives who worked to ensure Gorsuch's nomination and Republicans, including Donald Trump, who stymied President Barack Obama's nominee for the Supreme Court, liberal Merrick Garland in 2016. The ruling puts Gorsuch in the history books.

Very wrong and disappointing.
Justice Alito is correct: legislation.
"There is only one word for what the Court has done today: legislation. The document that the Court releases is in the form of a judicial opinion interpreting a statute, but that is deceptive," Alito wrote.”
America needs two Constitutional new Justices to correct this activist Court!
All god-fearing ppl must vote in November!

All of those NSA database searches done by during the Obama Administration must have included John Roberts. Names of the targets searched need to be released to the public. Not the information that was sought, but who was being targeted. We need to know if people have been compromised and are being blackmailed. These types of "opinions" do not make sense.

Is this another penumbra of an emendation?
So much for original intent.
Goodbye female sports.
Goodbye molestation free bathrooms.
Goodbye any question of disparate impact by gender.
Just declare yourself any gender at all at any time.
Has Ovomit got the goods on all the Justices? Does he have Roberts and Gorsuch by the short hairs?
This is not justice. This is Men In Black making laws from the bench.
Time for a little impeachment.

Someone tell me how those members of Congress--40+ years ago--that supported the Civil Rights Act, intended it to apply to transsexuals
Heck, back then, there were only 2 sexes

From a practical standpoint, it is becoming impossible to run a business. Any promotion will set off a litany of lawsuits by those not promoted for sex, gender, or race issues. It is now impossible to hire or promote a white male.

So does this mean men can continue using ladies restrooms, be allowed in girls locker rooms, compete against women in sports, be put in women’s prisons, allowed to stay in battered women’s shelters? This opens the door wide open for perverts who wish us harm.
How are going to keep our girls safe?

Let me try to explain how a Title VII lawsuit proceeds.
employee x is terminated by the employer. In the absence of a union agreement, or a specific employment contract, the employee is at will, and can be terminated for any reason not otherwise illegal/discriminatory.
When the trial begins, X only has to demonstrate that he/she/whatever is a member of a protected class under Title VII.
Once X proves that, the burden shifts to the employer to show a non discriminatory reason for termination.
If X is female, or a racial minority, the proof is easy and self evident.
but if X is at a 'questioning' self fulfillment stage, wondering about sexual orientation, how can X prove that? by offering to perform fellatio or cunnilingus on the judge or judgette? Offer to have group sex with some or all of the jurors? Volunteer to be the recipient of anal intercourse by the bailiff?
Gorsuch, Roberts, the three old witches, and Breyer, just re-wrote a law. The Court is not supposed to do that.
They have effectively taken over the HR function from every organization in the U.S. And they have eliminated the doctrine of employment at will.
Every employee now has been converted to the federal civil service, if they play the LBGTQ card correctly.

No where does it state that I have to support in any way a gay parade. Festival. Or any other celebration they decide to use to flaunt their life style. I don’t have to donate in any way shape or form to their events. And no boss has the right to fire me or make my job miserable because of not donating. I don’t have to accept anything about them. So stop trying to shove that crap down my throat.

Now the Republicans and the conservatives must work harder to legislate(change the law) to undo the damage. Crossdressing Supreme Court Justices are only human. They can make mistakes, lots of them, and regret later.

This is a direct assault on religious organizations. Lawyers are sending the gay recruits out applying for jobs at churches and schools now. This is evil at work.

All employers or is a group size required ? This is so stupid. All employees should have the same rights. The problem here is no matter why you need to terminate these employees, they will sue you.

Something to blackmail the Justices--
There is a long history of this to put strong leverage on people in government.... John Edgar Hoover's files on everyone...Hitlery's filegate of personal information files being found in the WH residence....
Evidently, some people are going to have rights that are MORE IMPORTANT than those that are supposed to be protected by the 1st Amendment.....

Another personnel error by PDT to do with Mattis, Tilllerson, Bolton, Priebus, Gorka...? Seems the Federalist Society and The Heritage Foundation recommended this guy after they considered the likelihood that each potential Trump nominee on his list of 21 would be the most Scalia-like of the group. Gorsuch was ranked second. Bunch of Commies...

The Heritage Foundation has been a major disappointment under the minority woman. Came out on the side of BLM. Gorsuch turned out another useful idiot advancing Cultural marxism.
I hope the Girls lose every sport competition to the Trannies. One day Transexuals will have affirmative action primacy over women, just as it is now for White males. This decision will fuel inequalities for decades to come.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act bars discrimination “because of sex.” Amendment 1 to the U. S. Constitution provides for religious freedom; it forbids Congress from the establishment of a national religion. The inerrant Word of God, Scripture, teaches that God created two genders, male and female (Genesis 5:2). Scripture teaches that man is to obey God rather than men (Acts 5:29). God’s created order, male and female.
