The esteem in which we hold unborn baby eagles is remarkable. The protection which the law affords them is noble and inspiring. If only unborn human babies had feathers…perhaps we would not kill them. Since 1973 when two women, prompted (some might say, used) by their activist radical women’s rights attorneys, challenged laws prohibiting abortions and won1, nearly 50 million unborn and nearly born babies have been killed. That is nearly 16% of the current population of the United States. Fifty million babies who had no choice were sacrificed on the Altar of Choice—proving that when activist attorneys with no moral grounding argue cases before activist judges with no moral grounding, bad things happen.
Neither of the impeachment charges against President Donald Trump is indictable. As such, neither is impeachable. The Constitution compels the Senate tp acquit President Trump as a matter of law.
There are three critical reasons for the principle that impeachable offenses be indictable offenses
First, the plain text of the Constitution requires it; second, the protection of the people’s right to select the president cannot make the president serve at the pleasure of Congress; and third, the due process rights of the president prevent nebulous, vague undefined “offenses” being the basis of punitive impeachment.

Clearview AI, which has scraped millions of photos from social media and other public sources for its facial recognition program — earning a cease-and-desist order from Twitter — has been pitching itself to law enforcement organizations across the country, including to the NYPD. The department’s facial recognition unit tried out the app in early 2019 as part of a complimentary 90-day trial but ultimately passed on it, citing a variety of concerns.

The encounter took place during a Warren campaign stop in Grimes, Iowa. After the event, Warren greeted well-wishers who waited to shake her hand on the ‘selfie line.’ At one point, a man who appeared in his 40s or 50s stepped up a few feet from Warren and demanded to get his money back after paying off his daughter’s student loans.

Adam Schiff’s tedious and deceptive performance during the Senate impeachment trial or the emetic accolades it has received from the “news” media. By some marvelous coincidence, dozens of major news organizations were able to conjure but one word to describe it: “masterful.” Indeed, this adjective has been used so frequently by so many outlets during the past 48 hours about Schiff’s soporific speeches that a cynic might draw the conclusion that it came straight out of a blast email sent by the Democratic National Committee. A bipartisan group of senators reportedly violated rules by wearing Apple watches or using digital devices. Others stretched and paced. Vice President Pence’s office on Thursday quashed talk that the United Kingdom's Prince Charles had snubbed Pence during a visit to the World Holocaust Forum in Jerusalem.

The clip shows a passenger holding their presumably wet sneaker up to their overhead air vent to dry them out. Posted to the Instagram account Passenger Shaming, the revolting video has amassed more than 333,000 views from naysayers on Instagram.
It’s unknown on which airline the barbaric incident occurred, captured on video by Canadian professional wakeboarder Dylan Miller. But the unnamed culprit has been social media shamed since the video was posted last week.
Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) closed the second day of opening arguments in President Donald Trump’s Senate impeachment trial on Thursday by attacking the president’s personal character.
“Nobody is really making the argument, ‘Donald Trump would never do such a thing!'” Schiff argued on the floor of the Senate, after 10 p.m. ET. “Because of course we know that he would, and of course we know that he did.”
Schiff’s use of character attacks would ordinarily have been barred by the rules of evidence, if the Senate were in fact a court of law. Attorneys are prohibited from attempting to prove guilt by attacking the character of the defendant.
