Former Houston mayoral appointee rages
at flooded Texas girls camp for being ‘white-only’

A former Houston mayoral appointee raged at a Texas girls camp for being “white-only’’ — hours after deadly flooding ripped through the facility, killing at least five young campers and leaving 11 more missing. “I know I’m going to get cancelled for this, but Camp Mystic is a white-only girls’ Christian camp. They don’t even have a token Asian. They don’t have a token Black person. It’s an all-white, white-only conservative Christian camp,” Sade Perkins said in a widely condemned video on her private TikTok account. “If you ain’t white you ain’t right, you ain’t gettin’ in, you ain’t goin’. Period,” Perkins said —

Comments:

If it had been a primarily black camp, this beach would be complaining that whites killed all those girls. My God - some people are so stupid.
I'm fatigued.

Hard to believe what this “dark age” individual was bitching about, as if that was a “Black” camp all the Black little girls there would most likely have lost their lives. Nobody in those camps along the river had the experience to deal with such a massive sudden 29 foot high flood. The one girl’s camp where twenty-nine girls are still missing was there for almost a hundred years and nothing like this flood never happened before. Obviously the complainer is a leftist Democrat fraudulently blaming Trump as any changes that Trump wants made to the Weather service will not go into affect until October. No word from her as to why Biden and his crew did not make the miraculous changes needed to alleviate such a flood.

I’m surprised she’s keeping her job. (The brave, brave mayor “has no plans” to re-appoint her when her term expires next year.) Maybe Sade is the token hate-spewing racist Houston wants. Black, pretty, but ugly and hateful on the inside.

Perhaps, Sade could show some evidence of her claims that blacks and Asians (as if blacks cared about the Asian population) are deliberately refused admittance. My guess is that the camp is open to all, but that non-whites have not been interested. I worked in theater for a long time. Theaters were always being accused of being “too white.” The problem was that non-whites were not interested in auditioning, nor attending.

Sky Ranch in East Texas - we have taken & sponsored a lot of immigrant kids over the years to this now major Christian camp. Skin color was never an issue. Immigrant Kids were members of our Saturday Kids club at local apartment complex, encouraged weekly attendance and the parents jumped at the chance, esp after the first year when parents saw the kids had a great time. Those college guy/girl counselors were such a role model for the young campers. Opened up kids eyes that a bigger world is out there. Also the other campers got a good personal dose of how blessed they were with their families. Democrat party always seeks to stir up hate to get power from that, but never Solves the 'problems', and they NEVER put their skin,$$ or personal time on the table to help.

Camp Mystic had an unblemished record for almost 100 years. Their application process does not include information that would "assist" the camp in determining which applicants had the right color credentials to be admitted for free as "tokens." If I were sending my child to camp for no money at all, I wouldn't send her to a place where she would have been living with a little girl with the character of Sade Perkins.

Generations of girls from their respective families have attended Camp Mystic. As can be seen from my screen name I lived in the Hill Country actually within a quarter mile of the river and met many of the camp owners and staff at various times. There is no racist component to any of their attitudes or care for campers or selection of counselors.

Prayers for all of the families who lost someone in this flood, and more prayers in hopes of finding more people in the Texas Hill Country alive in the coming days. I lived in Houston 40-45 years ago. I'm positive this "mayoral appointee", along with other racists just like her, is the reason the city of Houston I knew went down the toilet. And the worst part, people keep electing those who are okay with someone like this woman. SMDH

Black fatigue is a real thing. The blacks in this country who adhere to a victim mentality will always see things thru the lens of RACE. When you consider that, no where in recorded history, do you have black people building shios to explore the world, you being to wonder what would Africans think od=f visitors if they started comeing in the 20th centtury. Prior to recent times, exploring the world only seems to be a Caucasian & Asian thing. If the Occident & the Orient had never travelled to Africa, would blacks have ever known about the rest of the world?
