Ketanji Jackson’s wacko dissent to a
Supreme Court order allowing agency heads
to plan to trim their departments

It’s no secret that Joe Biden nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve on the United States Supreme Court because she is a black woman.* In other words, she was not chosen for her judicial acumen, but for her political identity. That goes a long way to explaining the absolutely lunatic dissent she issued to a Supreme Court order. That order stayed a California district court judge’s ruling blocking President Trump from ordering agency heads to produce plans for possible “Reductions in Force.”

A 14 page dissent? I have to think KBJ has a back room filled with doctrinaire geniuses except they're apparently not so smart. She's cornered and has only one move now to salvage any credibility, cry "racism". She's a fool and has no other leg to stand on. We all deserve better but here we are.

She does need to be impeached because she is obviously not qualified for the job. Can you imagine though what would happen if the Republicans tried to impeach her? There would be such an outcry of RACISM. Even Democrats who have to understand she isn't qualified would still not support it during Trump's term. They would also claim that the Republicans were just trying to give Trump a chance to appoint another Justice.

It is indeed telling when you can't even get Kagan and Sotomayor to side with you. She's an embarrassment, for certain, but not impeachable. And as already pointed out, to even try would push Blacks back into the DimoTwit camp.

Article II, Section 1, U.S. Constitution "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." Article II, Section 2, U.S. Constitution "...he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices..." As stated in the article, Trump, through an Executive Order (EO), asked the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the heads of various agencies to submit plans for shrinking the federal workforce—and he provided specific guidelines for his ultimate goal. The stated purpose was for reorganization plans that would make the federal government fulfill its statutory functions more efficiently and affordably. Such plans requested by the president, who defines the duties of his cabinet, are most definitely a "Subject relating to the duties of their respective Offices." Jackson basically announced, with the bald arrogance of the deeply ignorant, "I haven't studied our Constitution," but said it in 14 page, dissent-like rant.

KBJ has "Dissent Writers" from leftist lawfirms, yet it still doesn't help her defend a total "loser" of an argument. Sadly, this person, who can't even define what a, "woman," is, can also not tell you what a Supreme Court Justice is either. Her dissent was filled with all sorts of, "it's not fair/nice," kinds of statements, and nothing at all about the Constitution or applicable statutes. It was perhaps THE WORST Supreme Court Dissent EVER written, and one which should be worthy of earning her a Congressionally granted early exit from the bench.

#9: Thurgood Marshall was in way over his head, too. Never stopped the Democrats and the left in general from supporting and defending him. I suspect KBJ will get the same deference. Aside from sudden tragedy, our only hope is that she will get tired of being eviscerated by her fellow justices (which is new, even Marshall didn't get that kind of blowback) and will decide that being a punching bag for whacko jurisprudence is not worth her while. No evidence yet that's the case...

Finally read to the snarky end of the article, and I have some snark of my own to add: A mentally-diminshed, if not totally demented, president *knew* that KBJ was a black woman when he nominated. The author hints that KBJ herself was aware of neither fact. How then, can she render opinions noting her race and sex, when in her own confirmation hearings she insinuated that she didn't know either of these facts. British parliamentarian William E. Gladstone is credited with the phrase “justice delayed is justice denied.” I’m seeing quite a few opinion articles and social media posts decrying the numerous investigations and reports into alleged political misdeeds, very few of which are accompanied by subsequent indictments, trials, and convictions. There are exceptions, of course, such as the case of Senator Bob Menendez (D-N.J.), who was convicted on bribery and corruption charges. But the figures behind the larger scandals never seem to face any consequences, and I think people have had enough

What Donald Trump has achieved in the first six months of his non-sequential second term borders on the unprecedented. The most lasting and impactful accomplishment will be Trump’s ongoing victories in permanently reining in a rogue and increasingly radicalized federal judiciary. His electoral victory in 2024 and uncompromising battles with the judiciary have rescued the United States from an irreversible decline and fall. Over the past 70 years, the federal judiciary has increasingly assumed the extra-constitutional role of arbitrarily setting the boundaries of congressional and presidential authority.

Two hundred forty-nine years ago. Fifty-two men gathered in Independence Hall to sign the Declaration of Independence — a defiant ultimatum to King George III, risking death and treason to demand God-given rights: life, liberty, and self-governance. It offered the crown a choice: Honor the natural rights of free men, or face their unshakeable resolve to break away. In signing it, they signed their own death warrants — for surely if they failed, the gallows awaited them. The Declaration was a message writ upon the hearts of men by God Himself — a sermon steeped in biblical truth and republican virtue. “Give me liberty or give me death!”

As we reported on Wednesday, Donald Trump just scored a massive victory over the legacy media, and the fallout is nothing short of spectacular. For years, the left-wing press has operated on the assumption they could smear, distort, and outright fabricate without ever being held accountable — especially when it came to Trump. But CBS News and its parent company, Paramount Global, have agreed to pay an eight-figure settlement to Trump for their deceptive editing of an interview with then-Vice President Kamala Harris. And now the left-wing media establishment is in full meltdown mode. CNN’s Brian Stelter, for example, was visibly frustrated over the settlement,
