CNN Sinks Further: Now, They're Questioning

Just when you thought the legacy media couldn't sink any deeper, CNN steps up and says, "Hold my beer." The latest in a long series of eye-rollers comes from CNN political commentator Bakari Sellers, who is suggesting there may be some reason to look into revoking the citizenship statuses of all of President Trump's kids. They're all American citizens, of course, and there's no reason to change that. Sellers is just delivering another dose of hot air, propelled by a gastric system suffering from late-stage Trump Derangement Syndrome. CNN political commentator Bakari Sellers asked why people aren’t investigating the Trump family’s citizenship status

Comments:

Anchor babies more than welcome: they're future voters, underpaid housekeepers and farm workers. But the President's children?

Liberals and Lefties in general have become predictable. I think this is because their guiding masters have died off and you're left with Useful idiots and no guidance - just slogans and malignancy. That doesn't mean they aren't dangerous. When they work themselves up, enough you have BLM riots And AntiFa violence.

#3, I refer to it as the Clown News Network because that's what they've become - a Clown show. Obviously, they are trying to intentionally spread misinformation with the intent to rile up the few viewers they still have (can't believe anyone would actually want to put their company name and $$$ behind any advertisement) into spreading this type of false comment. Sadly, most who still view such dishonest programs are very easily swayed and influenced and won't bother to inquire about the immigration laws to know better.

"apparently incapable of taking five minutes to look up what it takes to revoke one's American citizenship" This is not surprising at all. Those on the Left have decided that law is whatever they say it is at the moment. Think about the legally unbounded screed by Justice Jackson. As pointed out by Justice Coney Barrett, it was law free, just what Jackson WANTED to happen. THAT IS INSANE for a SC Justice to think like that, though in line with how liberal courts have acted for decades. Most of the lawfare against Trump was made up on the spot specifically to go after Trump. The media has been especially unhinged, desperate to hurt Trump, and in the end destroying themselves. And all it took was for Trump to call them Fake News. Then THEY decided to prove it.

I have a relative who is totally consumed with TDS. She posted this a few days ago. She gets on her "Outrage of the Day" sites and just runs with them. Every day it is something new to panic about. She doesn't seem to notice that everything she's sounded the alarm about in the past has proven to be false. I love her like crazy and as long as the subject being discussed is not politics things are good, but sometimes it is very hard to do like Sun Tzu said and avoid the battle altogether.

What could have been. A year ago this month, Democrats were scrambling for their footing. A few months before that, Joe Biden had been awakened from his afternoon nap, handed a script and told to read some words. It took fifteen takes to complete the video. When it was done, Team Autopen had produced a video challenging Donald Trump to a debate. Bad move. Trump quickly accepted. [snip] On this July 4th, I am most thankful for a Trump presidency because of the cultural implications of a Harris presidency would have been, well, a Harris presidency.

Joe Biden has always been a fabulist. Since he first stepped onto the national stage, he has woven myths about his life. Joe needed the gravitas of good grades and a solid academic background to move up the ladder of national politics, so he invented a student who never existed. Joe threatened to fight a man who asked about his academic chops and claimed he went to law school on “a full academic scholarship.” Except, he didn’t. He claimed he had three degrees from college. Except, he doesn't. He claimed he was in the “top half” of his law school class. Nope. He was in the “steerage” section

Democrats allocated $20 million to study how to reach out to young men in America, only to arrive at conclusions many are calling painfully predictable. Initial results of the pricey multi-year endeavor to view men like some anthropological study have, thus far, yielded the obvious—that the Democratic party is viewed as weak and inauthentic with their outreach, expressing disdain for males by constantly telling them they need to be ashamed of who they are. I'm sure more than a few readers would have been willing to give that information to the DNC for a fraction of the cost.

I knew Mrs. Garza across the street like family. The Palacios kids were always around, and down around the corner was Mrs. Brock, who never minded a few rowdy boys and girls walking by. We'd hang out at the locksmith shop on the corner, get a cold soda and a bag of chips, and talk about everything and nothing. Socialist New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani doubled down on his plan to jack up property taxes on “richer and whiter neighborhoods” on Sunday — and also asserted that billionaires shouldn’t exist. Mamdani claimed that his soak-the-rich proposal was “not driven by race” — despite his campaign platform explicitly targeting white homeowners. “That is just a description of what we see right now. It’s not driven by race. It’s more of an assessment of what neighborhoods are being under-taxed versus over-taxed,” Mamdani told NBC News’ “Meet the Press” on Sunday.

Why do we have so much fraud in our health care system? Because the system’s incentives encourage it — and because authorities often don’t do enough to fight it. One of my recent experiences with the system reinforced those two simple and unsurprising lessons. I feel obligated to share the story of how I stumbled upon a possible Covid testing scam (with names and details omitted for legal purposes), to demonstrate how easy it remains for scammers to manipulate our health care system in ways that raise costs for all of us. The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday handed down its ruling in the parental rights case of Mahmoud v. Taylor. In a 6-3 decision, SCOTUS decided that parents do have the right to opt their elementary school-aged (pre-K through 8th grade) children out of classroom instruction that may include materials on gender and sexuality. The three dissenters were Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito states that the parents involved were likely to succeed in their claim that the school system, by not allowing the opt-out on LGBTQ-themed classroom activities, was an unconstitutional burden on their religious liberties.

You still could – it’s great place to take the family if you love the smell of fresh urine on hot concrete coupled with potent marijuana, because you smell that combination pretty much everywhere. The city is dying, and we should let it. Progressives are all in favor of assisted suicide, we should join them in the case of New York and help the city kill itself. Only a complete embrace of socialist/fascist/communist policies (and there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between the three)

This week, the former president emerged from his Delaware cocoon to deliver the keynote at the Society for Human Resource Management’s convention in San Diego. A couple of months ago, it was revealed that he was having trouble booking speaking gigs — probably because no one was going to fork over the $300,000 speaking fee reportedly attached to his name. Twenty-four House Democrats have called on the Trump administration to close down “Alligator Alcatraz,” a brand-new illegal alien detention facility built in the Florida Everglades. Led by Democratic Reps. Janelle Bynum (OR) and Maxwell Frost (FL), the House Democrats demanded that Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Todd Lyons shut the facility down. In the letter, the lawmakers called the facility an “inhumane stunt.” “This remote swamp is notorious for oppressive heat, relentless humidity, severe storms, and perilous terrain infested with venomous snakes, disease-carrying insects, and large predatory wildlife, including alligators and crocodiles,” they wrote.

Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers noted that the bill “delivers on President Trump’s promise of No Tax on Social Security,” providing the “largest tax break in American history for our nation’s seniors.” “The One Big Beautiful Bill provides a new bonus deduction of $6,000 for seniors age 65 and older ($12,000 for married seniors) beginning in 2025,” the overview explained, noting the provision, which does not wipe out taxes on Social Security, would be in addition to current standard deductions.

One year from now, you will not be able to turn around without receiving notice of America’s semiquincentennial jubilee. The jollity of the occasion will not change the fact that it will be seven years premature. The historical significance assigned to July 4, 1776, the date the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Second Continental Congress, is befuddling. Without victory in the Revolutionary War, which began over a year earlier, any declarations regarding American independence made during the summer of 1776 would have the same significance today as the “declarations of independence” made by the 11 Confederate States in 1860-61.
