Idaho Governor Brad Little signed House Bill 538 on Monday. This means that Idaho school districts will soon have to remove any requirements that teachers use the preferred pronouns of transgender students.

One person has been killed and five injured, including children, in a shooting in Washington, D.C., just minutes away from the White House.
At around 6:15 pm, the suspects drove up and fired into a crowd in the Carver Langston neighborhood on Wednesday evening, according to Police Chief Pamela Smith.

Former President Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden by two points in North Carolina, according to a recent poll.
A poll conducted by Quinnipiac University between April 4 and 8, 2024, found that Trump had a slight advantage over Biden among North Carolina voters.
The poll, which surveyed around 1,401 self-identified registered voters, had a margin of error of 2.6 percentage points. Out of those surveyed, 48 percent said they would vote for Trump, while 46 percent said they would vote for Biden. When asked who they would vote for if the choices also included Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

They say the massive fine may based on 'political animus' and a tool of government weaponization being used by Biden's federal agency.
Grand Canyon University (GCU), the nation's largest Christian school, was allegedly fined for lying to 7,500 students about the cost of doctoral degrees in October 2023 to boost enrollment, according to the agency.

Disney is arguing it had a First Amendment right to fire 'Mandalorian' actress Gina Carano after she posted tweets that were out-of-step with the trans-rights movement, and an image the company claims was controversial as it pertained to the Holocaust.
Carano sued the House of Mouse in February claiming the company broke the law then it retaliated against her for expressing personal political beliefs.
Attorneys for the mega-entertainment brand filed a motion on Tuesday to dismiss the suit, arguing the company has a 'constitutional right not to associate its artistic expression with Carano's speech.'
