Even some Senate Democrats are rejecting parts of Joe Biden's radical environmental agenda. The Senate passed a resolution on Wednesday voting down an important aspect of the Biden administration's efforts to force the transition to electric vehicles (EVs). In a 53-47 vote, Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Sherrod Brown of Ohio, and Jon Tester of Montana joined Republicans in blocking a rule aimed at reducing the number of gas-powered cars on America’s roads. Independent Sen. Krysten Sinema also supported the measure. BRENHAM, Texas -- Texas Department of Public Safety officials are reporting at least 16 injuries after they say a stolen 18-wheeler crashed into one of their offices on Friday.
According to officials from Texas DPS - Southeast Texas Region, the vehicle intentionally ran into the Brenham DPS Office at about 10:41 a.m. SkyEye video shows extensive damage to the front of the office and 18-wheeler.
Of the more than a dozen people injured, DPS said three were flown to the hospital in critical condition.
The suspected driver of the 18-wheeler was arrested at the scene and refused treatment, officials said. Authorities said there was no further threat to the community.

We all know that the border patrol is very, very busy these days. Very, very, very busy. They're so busy that they are unable to perform the menial task of checking illegal immigrant names against the terror watch list database.
I thought that one of their basic tasks in protecting the border was to identify terrorists and arrest them or send them back to where they came from. Apparently, that's just too difficult. It gets very busy at the border—all that paperwork and then the rush to send the illegals on their way into the interior of the U.S.
