Another Ramadan is upon us, and as is always the case, the eager-to-be-fooled infidels are out in force. A Catholic diocese in Italy has just called upon priests and laypeople to seek out opportunities to participate in Ramadan observances, as a gesture of goodwill toward Muslims. When will Muslim leaders tell Muslims to participate in Christian worship to show friendship with Christians? Don’t hold your breath. The Catholic Herald reported Friday that the Italian diocese of Bergamo is “instructing its priests to participate in Islamic rituals, citing Pope Francis’ directives on interreligious dialogue.”

I’m a Catholic and I pray for my Muslim friends. And Jewish ones, too. Both are actually offspring of Abraham, but with different histories. Both seem to have a veil over their eyes, as far as faith is concerned. Christians are adopted children of the Almighty God. Muslims judge us, as westerners and a so-called “Christian” country. We might do well to think of how Christian countries like ours have treated places like Syria, Afghanistan and many other Islamic countries. Do you think we live up to our Christian teachings? I don’t. In this Lenten season of reflection and repentance, think about the words of the Bible in 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people who belong to me will humbly pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. Yemen's Houthis have vowed to expand their attacks on international shipping and have claimed to have new hypersonic missiles that could dodge the West's defence systems. The Houthis having hypersonic missiles, if true, could raise the stakes in the ongoing attacks by the terrorist group on shipping in the Red Sea and surrounding waterways in protest of Israel's war on Hamas in Gaza. The new weapons - which could potentially evade the West's defence system due to their speed and maneuverability - were reported by Russian state media, which cited an unnamed official, but provided no evidence for the Houthi claim.

New York City shelters are overwhelmed with migrants. Many of them have arrived in Texas or Florida and then taken buses to New York, where shelter and benefits are guaranteed. However, the city is scrambling as the number continues to climb and the migrants look to build a new life in America, which includes housing and work. But for companies like Tyson Foods Inc., struggling to fill unpopular jobs with a U.S. unemployment rate of 3.9%, this new population presents an alluring opportunity. The food processing company wants to hire 52,000 asylum seekers for factory jobs, offering a starting wage of $16.50 per hour along with benefits.

Six Americans are still being held hostage by Hamas, and Biden has sent no troops to help them, but at the State of the Union address, he promised to send troops to build a pier for Gaza. The estimated over 1,000 troops will spend as long as 2 months laboring to build a floating pier in a war zone under potential attack to help transfer aid to the Hamas supporters living in Gaza. Nothing about this plan makes sense. The media has taken to falsely claiming that the Arab Muslims occupying parts of Gaza are starving.

Senator Bernie Sanders believes it is long past time the United States moves away from a 40-hour workweek and establishes a 32-hour standard workweek without reducing workers' pay. The Vermont senator introduced legislation that would do just that. But his proposal is already being met with stiff opposition across the aisle. The Thirty-Two Hour Workweek Act would reduce the standard workweek in the United States from 40 at 32-hours over four years while maintaining worker pay. It would also require overtime pay and a half for workdays longer than 8 hours and overtime doubling pay for workdays longer than 12 hours.

According to Campus Reform, New Fairfield High has been rehearsing for an important New York performance. To be belted: "Weather: Stand the Storm." The tempestuous title regards the torrential downpour of chaos that occurred in 2020, ignited by the late George Floyd's pivotal plight on May 25th in Minneapolis. The song -- which is part of a larger work -- began as a poem penned by Claudia Rankine, co-founder of the Racial Imaginary Institute.

When you see her as the ballerina atop the melting, gooey, sticky sundae that is the current state of the United States Army itself, you realize the decline is thanks to the intrepid leadership of decades of Milleys and Austins in the upper echelons. Wormuth didn't build the failing base her wokeness happily pirouettes on. The Journal was highlighting a study from 2022 that, naturally, was ignored by the mainstream press at the time. What the study found was that “brakes and tires on EVs release 1,850 times more particle pollution compared to modern tailpipes.” Why? Because EVs are as much as 30% heavier than gas-powered cars, which means
