Joe Biden seemed ‘normal’ in 2020,
but then came his nothing-normal presidency

Original Article

Joe Biden won the normality test in 2020. There wasn’t anything remarkable about him. He just seemed like a steady hand who had been around for a while, who didn’t look or sound like a radical and who knew how Washington worked. He wasn’t the leader of a movement, wasn’t charismatic and wasn’t particularly witty or well-spoken. He was, in fact, completely uninteresting and utterly conventional. He was just the most normal guy in the room. He benefited from a favorable contrast with the magnetic, endlessly interesting, constantly outrageous, norm-busting President Donald Trump

Joe "Dementia" Biden "Rapid-onset dementia, also known as rapidly progressive dementia or sudden onset dementia, is a kind of dementia where cognitive decline happens at an unusually fast pace compared to other types of dementia. Individuals experiencing rapid-onset dementia usually go through a sudden worsening of dementia symptoms, including significant functional and cognitive decline, within a relatively short period of time." In his otherwise well-reasoned article, the author missed the most essential point about Joe Biden, both as an individual and as a “Progressive,” that is, the point that he, and indeed all leftists, are not evil liars who are trying to destroy America but, fantastic as it may sound, they are people who sincerely believe their idiotic ideas and their insane ideology for the simple reason that they are M-E-N-T-A-L-L-Y I-L-L. Pluck any babbling homeless soul off the streets of San Francisco, give him a shower and a clean suit of clothes and you have yourself a new Progressive. Harsh perhaps but true.

Sorry, Rich, he was never normal. He was always an arrogant jerk, from the time he lied and falsely accused the truck driver in his wife's accident, ruining the man's life in order to get the sympathy vote, to his actions during the Clarence Thomas hearings, to all that has gone on behind the scenes that is now coming to light.

Another Never Trumper trying to justify their 2020 actions. Biden was NEVER a good choice. He was never very bright, just devious. He played political games his whole career. He has been and IS a crooked politician. He was exhibiting questionable behavior 4 years ago for any willing to see. The media successfully brushed it away then but it has become so bad that they are laughed at now when they try to say Biden is "OK". That is why media credibility is heading below zero. Rich and his ilk are bitter idiots. Trump was an amazing president. The "chaos" surrounding his presidency was generated from the Left and by people like Rich. It is a miracle Trump survived it. Now that the Left and Never Trumpers are facing the undeniable results of their HORRIBLE choices, they are bemoaning the fact that Biden is blatantly senile and Trump will likely win. Perhaps what they are terrified of is that Trump's second term will be so successful that they will be forever OUT of the political influence game. They inflicted Biden on us and we won't forget it. Their ineffectual bleating will be ignored.

Bidet normal? HA! Bidet has always been a smug, condescending, schoolyard bully from Scranton who began his corrupt political career as a Senator from Maryland. His idiotic platitudes over the decades, treated with kid gloves by the dutiful enemedia for the most part, showed just how much of a low watt bulb he's always been. There were signs of dementia before the Deep State installed him in the White House, but power hungry fools know no bounds. Joe Biden was never smart and never made a decision on his own since he has been in office. The 'Rats picked him as Zero's VP knowing that he was a worthless tool, then the Media and the Establishment went all-out (with the considerable help of Covid-induced panic and corrupt absentee voting) to install him as pResident in 2020. One of the less expected outgrowths of the Internet is the increased access political scientists and other academics have to the greater public. In 2008 and 2012, statistical modeling of elections surged from the pages of journals found on library shelves (we still used those back then) to the front page of The New York Times. In 2016, books like Kathy Cramer’s “The Politics of Resentment” helped explain the Trump phenomenon, while reminding us that in a world of seemingly magical wonkery, qualitative works still mattered (the less said about 2020 the better). For the current campaign cycle, the “book of the year” might well be “Steadfast Democrats: How Social Forces

In 2021, Joe Biden was elected after a bitterly fought campaign that deposed the incumbent Donald Trump. Democrats eventually captured, for a time, both the House and Senate, ensuring the most left-wing government in modern American history. Americans were then set to witness a great experiment. For the first time in their lives, a truly radical socialist program would supposedly fundamentally transform the way America dealt with the border, immigration, the economy, race relations, foreign policy, energy, law enforcement, crime, education, and social questions such as religion, gender, abortion, and schooling. In a sense, we were all to be lab rats of sorts

One incident last week showed the dynamic of the 2024 presidential election campaign better than anything else yet, and what it reveals is that the Democrats have good reason to panic, and it has nothing to do with the obvious weakness of their candidate. What matters even more is that the Republican Party is showing signs of waking up from its long uniparty slumber and recognizing that fighting back is the best way to win an election. You saw elements of this renewed engagement last month when the new leadership of the GOP opted to partner with community activist Scott Presler to increase voter registration and legal ballot harvesting in battleground states.

Let’s give former Biden White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain an A for honesty. He admitted last week what voters have been saying for three years: Inflation is killing them. Klain admitted on MSNBC that “although inflation has moderated, prices are still high, the price of gasoline is still high, other prices are still high, and people feel that pinch.” Calling Bidenflation a “pinch” is like calling the bridge collapse in Baltimore a minor traffic delay. The real tragedy of the Biden economy — and the reason a majority of Americans are telling pollsters they are worse off today than four years ago — is that their paychecks have shrunk.

If you’re a leader of today’s Democratic Party, the playbook for winning elections is pretty thin. Bereft of ideas that empower communities to realize their potential, the socialist leadership of the party has few tactics to drive voters to the polls. Race-baiting is one, for sure. Hysteria over so-called threats to democracy and climate change are others. Welfare and the expansion of “free stuff” is an old standby. But it seems the center of gravity has shifted to two primary issues the left believes will put Florida in play in November. This month, those words were thrown back at Biden himself as a “genocide denier” by protesters who have labeled him “Genocide Joe” over his support for Israel. After years of supporting censorship and blacklisting of people with opposing views, politicians and academics are finding themselves the subjects of the very anti-free speech tactics that they helped foster.
