I have been pretty hard on clueless Army Secretary Christine Wormuth during the year and a half I've been scribbling here. When you see her as the ballerina atop the melting, gooey, sticky sundae that is the current state of the United States Army itself, you realize the decline is thanks to the intrepid leadership of decades of Milleys and Austins in the upper echelons. Wormuth didn't build the failing base her wokeness happily pirouettes on. She's just making sure there's enough syrup running down the sides to thoroughly cover the formerly solid underpinnings an increasingly corporate Army brain trust had already started melting.

Without duty, honor, and country, what else is the military for, exactly? What a mess...

All five branches of the military are experiencing death by DEI. The government will only wise up when the state of readiness is so bad that we can be invaded by Haiti or Tonga.

From General MacArthur's "Duty, Honor, Country" speech to West Point, 1962:
"The unbelievers will say they are but words, but a slogan, but a flamboyant phrase. Every pedant, every demagogue, every cynic, every hypocrite, every troublemaker, and, I am sorry to say, some others of an entirely different character, will try to downgrade them even to the extent of mockery and ridicule."

Why not just have truth in advertising?
Frankly, I'm stunned this many people still pursue careers in the military. It made sense, of a sort, when I did it. But now?

So they decided that General MacArthur was a bad example for an Army officer.
Do not, and I mean DO NOT join today's army until it is purged of those who would desecrate the memories of American veterans.
This makes me absolutely sick to my stomach. They have destroyed patriotism.

America was not founded by soldiers. It was founded by people who longed for freedom. They understood, that to be free, was to be responsible and to make decisions that off times required their life blood. When it did, it was to sacrifice for their children, and loved ones. We need to remember that. Duty is doing the right thing, when you see it and not leaving it for someone else. Honor is owning it. We are human and we make mistakes. We own our actions and the consequences that follow. Country... A community bound by traditions and Laws agreed upon, and requiring Justice and Integrity.
I see... that evil creatures seeking their own enrichment are twisting justice and using their wealth to beat down my neighbors, friends and family...
I see... that the only right thing to do is to put my life, my treasures, my freedom on the line to oppose those who would subjugate and ruin others for their enrichment...
I see... My country is imperiled by this threat. I am not military. I have little training in fighting. But even if the only use for my tired old body is to be a sandbag to guard others more able from the missiles of those evil creatures, I will gladly be that bulwark and smile because my life might save others.
Do not fear death. Fear living enslaved, for that is a torture that goes on and on and destroys all that you love.
I see... that the Tree of Liberty is thirsty. In honor, In duty, and for Country, it is time to feed it the blood of patriots and tyrants.

In the movie "Patton" it was mentioned. But the American Army in marching to a Battle of the Kasserine Pass moment. The Army appears to be undermanned and in lack of stockpiles of munitions. Lead by "woke" commanders to a disaster that is just over the horizon. The historical mission statement was fine, changing it will not address the" elephant in the room". Putting it simply, military is being destroyed. Does anyone believe this is the US Army that rolled across the desert in the Middle East and crushed the enemy?

Re #1, the obvious thing......to suppress anyone who might try to change the Thugs In Charge. That's what an ideal military is for from the WEF, DC Uniparty Criminal Cabal standpoint.

Another day one executive order for President Trump to sign, changing it back. It was good enough for Pershing, Marshall, Eisenhower, Bradley, Patton and many others.

What would Douglas McArthur think about the “woke” Biden era that has taken over the Armed Forces? Currently the Army cannot meet recruiting goals by a long shot and as a result have decided to do away with somewhere about 30,000 special operations force combat positions. In that respect if the balloon really goes up in Eastern Europe or Taiwan, causing Biden and his leftist crew to strike up a merry tune supposedly designed to cause mass enlistment to fight in those foreign wars, with Biden’s record of cutting and running when his leftist advisors tell him that another “bug out” would benefit him politically, do you think that young Americans of the current generation are going to line up to risk their lives on foreign battlefields?

A country without the armed forces is only ripe for the pickings. It’s a matter of time before we’re gone. Obama has successfully gutted the military of all true leadership.

Does this mean that the cadets who were expelled for cheating a few years back can come back to West Point? Also, can a senior cadet refuse to serve in the Army after graduation?
