Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.), who was indicted days ago on federal bribery charges, is expected to announce on Monday that he intends to seek reelection, according to a report from the New Jersey Globe. Menendez has been defiant in the wake of the indictment, claiming that he’s being targeted for being Latino. “It is not lost on me how quickly some are rushing to judge a Latino and push him out of his seat,” he said in a statement. “I am not going anywhere.” The embattled senator’s forthcoming announcement comes as several high-profile Democrats have called on him to resign from the U.S. Senate.

Comments:

They'll have to drag him bodily out of the Senate by his heels, kicking, screaming and grabbing for the door jambs!!

Like most politicians, he is incapable of shame and no amount of ill gotten money will satisfy his thirst, because money is power. There will be a night deposit box above his grave, just like at the bank. And he will keep getting elected because he has a D after his name and voters are stupid.

Adopting the maxim that the best defense is a good offense, Menendez resorts to crying about being a poor, put upon Hispanic, and all but announcing his reelection bid for a fourth term after publication of police photographs of stacks and of cash in his clothing and safe, not to mention the gold and the car and the other Egyptian sourced knickknacks. He's solid, polished brass, and his corruption is public. Knowing the New Jersey Democrats, I wouldn't suppose he'll lose all that much support. He might even be reelected because he's such a good Democrat. There are not many red districts in NJ.

He's being targeted because the far left (Communists) wants to replace him with one of their own, and Menendez is vulnerable. Menendez has been dirty for decades. The far left has been hard at work pushing out old guard Democrats. Almost as much as they have been working to push out Republicans. The Democrats will rue the day they allied themselves with Obama and his Communist cabal. The left would love to install a 'squad-style' Democrat in the Senate. It will be interesting to see who the Democrats run against Menendez. They will primary him if he doesn't resign.

I was awfully young when Gerald Ford was president, so I’m not exactly old enough to remember how the media and comedians treated his accident-prone nature but I’ve seen how “Saturday Night Live” made it a running gag. I don’t think we’ve had a president that prone to physical gaffes — until now. While Ford’s klutziness was the butt of jokes, these days, the media runs cover for Biden’s many physical mishaps. And there are definitely many of them to cover for. He trips up the stairs to Air Force One. He falls off a bicycle in front of reporters. He trips over a sandbag at the Air Force Academy.

A longtime associate of Bill and Hillary Clinton is facing up to six years behind bars after he pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of felony theft. Attorney Steve Bachar, touted as a “socially responsible” investor, served as the co-chair of the Clinton Global Initiative prior to his arrest in October 2021. As BizPac Review previously reported, the Denver district attorney’s office accused Bachar of stealing up to $1 million and then lying to an investor “in connection with the offer, sale or purchase of a security.” The crimes took place between October 2017 and August 2018.

The man’s attorney told Fox News that the FBI had raided a California-based safety storage company on suspicion of laundering money for drug dealers, but while in the pursuit of those charges, the bureau also raided the company’s suite of safety deposit boxes, broke into all of them, and confiscated every customer’s property

The America-Last Biden administration is reportedly allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants to request flights over the southern border and directly into the United States. The Biden administration has been trying to hide the true scope of the illegal alien invasion of our country through the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) One program. As I previously explained, hundreds of thousands of migrants every year can apply for a pseudo-legitimization through the CBP One app, meaning that the Biden administration was claiming a reduction in illegal crossings by the simple expedient of labeling many thousands of barely-vetted illegals legitimate. But that’s not the only disturbing aspect of the CBP One program.

Since Joe Biden has come to office, he has endorsed and incentivized more aliens to come here illegally than the populations of 32 states (counting the District of Columbia.) Contemplate that—a replacement population for any single of 32 sovereign territories. Doing the math you can also quickly spot that the 5.9 million people that have crossed illegally and not been vetted would be a replacement for the bottom 8 states/territories combined. Remember how it “only” took 19 individuals to execute 9/11? Well the interesting news here is that in 2023 the U. S. Border Patrol has already stopped 146 individuals currently on the terrorist watch list.

Average Americans are finding homes and cars increasingly unaffordable as inflation from high government spending raises prices and degrades purchasing power. Half of consumers are being priced out of the car market as the cost of a monthly car loan payment is far exceeding what an average American can afford, while the home affordability index has fallen from a 169.9 point average in 2020 to 87.8 points as of July, according to the National Association of Realtors. One key driver of the rising expenses is inflation, which peaked at 9.1% in June 2022 and is linked to high government spending under the Biden administration,
