Scientists Claim They May Have Discovered
the Cause of Alzheimer’s

Original Article

Researchers said that they may have discovered the molecular-level cause of Alzheimer’s disease. Scientists at the University of California–Riverside said in recent findings that the key to understanding Alzheimer’s may have to do with “tau” proteins that likely cause neurofibrillary tangles—which are found in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients. Previously, researchers suggested that amyloid plaques, which are a buildup of amyloid peptides, may be the cause. Both amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles are critical indicators that doctors look for when trying to diagnose Alzheimer’s.

Article says ''the human body has a process called autophagy which clears used or defective proteins from cells.'' In cells that die, sure, but brain cells and lung cells don't. The brain might not recognize a left-handed version of a (normally) right-handed molecule as a danger. So, why would it get rid of it? The individual brain cell might still accept a message from the cell in front of it and send a message (not a correct one) to the next cell. But the brian wouldn't recognize that as a problem. Only the people around the person who "lost a noun" or failed to react properly to a stimulus would recognize one.

Not sure about this. Aduhelm, the new $56,000 a year medication which is now approved for use by Medicare clears tau but it’s doesn’t always clear up the symptoms of confusion (it’s only for people with mild cognitive deficits). Seems like another pharmacy giveaway to me.

Proteins in the brain eh? How long before they figure out that the spike proteins in the vaxx jabs are going to give multiple problems to people who were not previously at risk since they accumulate in vital areas like the heart, brain, lungs and uterine area? Interesting how these spike protein articles keep popping up in the news. Almost as if some media people are getting worried. As for me and mine, keep your jabs Swamp.

When we considered my father as having Alzheimer's, we were told we couldn't know for sure until an autopsy! Dad continued living for five more years after we suspected the condition. After he died, our family would not allow an autopsy. Alzheimer's wasn't used on the death certificate, but senile dementia was. Same condition, two different names?

Kamala Harris has been such a disaster as vice president that even Old Joe Biden, whose year as president has hardly been Lincolnesque, wants to dissociate himself from her so much that he got Jill to switch places with him at Bob Dole’s funeral so that he wouldn’t have to be standing next to his cackling successor-in-waiting. Everyone’s understandably focused today on how Cheney embarrassed Trump Jr and the Fox News gang by reading their texts to Trump on January 6. Ed has a nice write-up about it here. But don’t miss the forest for the trees. The point Cheney was making isn’t that Fox News hosts are hypocrites, although they are. The point is that the president’s own family and allies were pleading with him while the riot was unfolding to do something, yet he did nothing — for hours. Everyone around him treated it like an emergency. Not him. Was that a crime? Watch the end of this clip, starting at around 3:00.
