Supply chain issues impacting pharmacies:
What to know

Original Article

The Federal Reserve reported Wednesday that many parts of the country were hit by supply chain disruptions and labor shortages in November. While these problems have continued into December – with price increases reported to be widespread across the U.S. economy – empty shelves aren't the only issue for Americans. Pharmacies are reportedly running out of important prescription medications, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) shows there are about 111 drugs on backorder – including heart medications, antibiotics and cancer drugs.

But don't worry, everyone, it's like the Beanie Baby and Cabbage Patch Kids crazes. Nothing to worry about, everything's great.

FTA: "The FDA highlights that there are a number of reasons why drug shortages can occur, including manufacturing and quality problems, delays and discontinuations." And, "about 80% of active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturers are located outside the U.S." FDA's own policies of "inspecting" and harassing manufacturing facilities with surprise shutdowns, plus policies of OSHA and the EPA, have driven drug manufacturing outside the USA, to the point where we rely on China and India to produce even basic components of medicines. President Trump sought to reverse this as a matter of national security, but Big Pharma howled in pain as their profit margins would suffer, and we all know there's no hope of addressing regulatory overreach because so many well-connected people work in those agencies.

FTA "it said, also reporting that about 80% of active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturers are located outside the U.S."(China). That should have never have happened. I don't think the general public was let in on this. Too many politicians working for foreign interests for $$$$$$. Trump was in the process of repairing this problem, when he left, the political establishment abandoned that idea. Why?

Why worry? Some of those medicines might be usable to fight covid19 and would have to be outlawed anyway. Moving drug manufacturing to Chine was done to help the same people making money off of covid19 and the vaccine.

Rittenhouse shot and killed two men and injured a third during unrest following the August 2020 police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The teen was acquitted of all charges in November.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was addressing an international investment forum yesterday when a reporter asked him about rumors of United Nations troops possibly being deployed to Ukraine. While this question was probably staged in advance by Putin, his response was considerably more confrontational and threatening than his previous comments on the subject. Putin warned that having foreign troops staged inside of Ukraine would be a “red line” for his country and could result in “a strong response.” He also invoked the possibility of the United Nations staging advanced weapons systems in Ukraine,

"To answer your first question first, the answer is: I expect this not to be the new normal. What is your first thought when viewing the picture above? For most, I daresay, the first thought is Nazism. In actuality, the picture is from a Goa Lawah Temple in Bali, Indonesia, which is a Hindu temple. The swastika is, in fact, an ancient symbol. And its meaning has to do with the culture in which the symbol is situated. In a Hindu temple, the swastika is a revered symbol “conducive to well-being.” In Germany of the early 20th century, it was a symbol of racial purity for the Nazis indicating a German’s blood affinity to the ancient Aryan culture

On Saturday, Chris Cuomo was fired from CNN “effective immediately.” The decision was unexpected by the many people who figured that the network that kept Jeffrey Toobin despite his… umm… scandal… would ultimately refuse to part ways with its apparent top anchor. But, apparently, there was more to this story. Cuomo was suspended after text messages released by the New York attorney general’s office showed Cuomo was actively assisting with his brother’s response to the allegations of sexual misconduct against him and exploiting his media connections to dig up dirt on Andrew’s accusers. But, according to the statement, during the review, “additional information

Surprisingly, there is real hope. That hope lies in two stubborn centers of resistance that remain: nearly 50% of the American electorate, judging by the 2016 and 2020 elections; and the Republican Party.
