Armed Police Officers Made Restaurant
Staff 'Uncomfortable', Denied Service

Original Article

Posted By: JrSample, 12/5/2021 11:42:55 AM

Three police officers were denied service at a San Francisco restaurant because staff "felt uncomfortable" that they were armed. "Three armed and uniformed San Francisco police officers came in to dine at Hilda and Jesse" on Union Street on Friday, the restaurant said in a post on its Instagram page. "Shortly after seating them, our staff felt uncomfortable with the presence of their multiple weapons. We then politely asked them to leave."

How things have changed. The hoplophobes used to say ''only the police and military should be allowed to have guns." Now they want the cops disarmed and only the criminals to have guns. SFPD would never consider it, but this restaurant and the owners should be excluded from police protection; next robbery or disturbance police service will just be ''denied''. Besides, why would the police even want to eat there? Check out Hilde and Jesse's website $45 brunch tasting menu. Avocado toast, salati, kaluga caviar, eggplant escabeche, kombucha lavender lemonade.

Hey, folks, this is a great place to rob etc. Just don't bring a gun. I guess other weapons are permitted. I work at a big box retail store. An armored car driver comes in to the store once a week for pickup/delivery/etc. He wears a small gun. No big deal.

Next time this joint has an emergency, tell them you'll get their as soon as possible. We're very busy saving lives and protecting properties. Maybe call a social worker to negotiate the problem. What is wrong with the people in that city? They are total wackos. No charges for shop lifters, no bail for criminals, homeless everywhere no problem. Armed police officers come in to get something to eat the workers are afraid and un comfortable. Big problem. The moon bats have taken over. Just another reason to not visit California.

I had an office there once. When I think of the people there I remember Jack Nicholson in "As good as it gets" when asked how he writes women so well - he replied "I think of a man, then I remove reason and accountability". That is what I think of now when I think about the people living in those big coastal urban areas. Especially when expecting any understanding of cause and effect. Take a look at the recent pictures of Union Square. But none of those nasty policeman with their scary guns are welcome. Idiocracy was prophetic.

When President Biden pounded his hand on a podium this week and declared “I'm tired of being quiet!” when he talked about changing Senate rules to pass voters rights legislation, Democrats immediately noticed a shift. In five words, Biden — known for working across the aisle and his relationships with Republicans —was telegraphing that the new year was ushering in a more forceful and liberated version of himself. “It’s about damn time,” said one top Democratic strategist. “It’s like they kept him on a leash for far too long. No one elected restrained Joe Biden. We elected real Joe Biden.”

The frustration was especially pronounced this past week after Biden’s push for voting rights legislation effectively stalled, intensifying concerns in his party that fundamental democratic principles are at risk and reinforcing a broader sense that the president is faltering at a moment of historic consequence.

After the Omicron variant began spreading through the United States just before the holidays, President Biden unleashed what he described as a sweeping effort to bolster the country's defenses. He pledged reinforcements for overwhelmed hospitals, more home tests to screen for infections and new investments in vaccine access. But little seems to be slowing Omicron's spread, despite Biden's insistence that he's "confident we are on the right track" as the pandemic enters its third year. Although vaccines are preventing what could have otherwise been a devastating death toll, hospitals are being pushed to their limits. Meanwhile, Americans are frustrated with confusing public health guidance...
