A federal judge blocked the federal government on Monday from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for health care workers in South Dakota and nine other states. U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp in the Eastern District of Missouri wrote in his ruling that regulations handed down by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services earlier this month were issued improperly. The agency did not get approval from Congress to mandate vaccinations for health care workers, Schelp wrote, which he argued was necessary given the mandate's "vast economic and political significance." The rules were also issued without a standard period for public comment, which Schelp said the agency's justification for was not suitable.

One of the major moments from Wednesday’s blockbuster oral arguments in the Supreme Court hearing on Mississippi’s law banning abortion after 15 weeks was when Chief Justice John Roberts noted that because of Roe v. This important point went completely unmentioned by the broadcast networks that took up the liberal position in support of the barbaric act. “Roe v. Police are investigating a disturbing video of a gang of yobs hurling abuse and spitting at a bus of Jewish teenagers celebrating Hanukkah. The attack happened on London's flagship shopping strip Oxford Street on Monday night. In the video of the incident on Facebook, none of the yobs' insults can be heard because they are outside of the bus. But on board the vehicle, the terrified occupants can be clearly picked up saying ' We are all Jewish'. Cllr Rachael Robathan, leader of Westminster City Council, this afternoon condemned the social media scenes.(Snip)Mayor of London Sadiq Khan also said the action of the yobs were completely unacceptable.

The Biden administration is expected to announce stricter COVID-19 testing requirements for all travelers entering the U.S. on Thursday, including returning Americans, according to a new report. Three federal health officials reportedly told the Washington Post the administration is readying stricter testing requirements amid concern over the new Omicron variant. The new guidance would require everyone entering the U.S. to be tested one day before boarding flights, regardless of vaccination status or country of departure. Officials are also weighing a requirement that all travelers get retested within three to five days of arrival, as well as a proposal to require all travelers to self-quarantine for seven days, even if they test negative.

Two Israeli doctors have contracted the Omicron variant of COVID-19 — even after being fully vaccinated and receiving their booster shots. The doctors had each received their double-dose of the Pfizer/BioNtech vaccine plus a follow-up booster, according to a rep for the Sheba Medical Center outside Tel Aviv, Reuters reported. One doctor had recently returned from a conference in London, according to the hospital, which said it was likely he infected his colleague. The pair were reportedly experiencing mild COVID symptoms Tuesday. The infections come just days after Israel shut its borders to foreigners, instituting a two-week ban Saturday.

The countries include Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. On November 8, the CDC required all airlines to collect contact tracing information from international travelers, but had not required those details to be turned over. In a social media feed yesterday, I came across a 1979 60 Minutes segment on the propaganda surrounding the 1976 swine flu scare. Many of us had already heard about how the event was reminiscent of today's COVID-19 con, but actually watching the segment drives home how striking the parallels between the two disease scares are. Exaggerations of the bugs' severity, media propaganda and fear-mongering, an effort to vaccinate the whole nation, serious vaccine-coincident side-effects, and an apparent government cover-up of the latter were all elements of the '76 fiasco just as they epitomize what's occurring today.

The CDC narrative on COVID is simply put: (1) the mask is your best defense, (2) COVID is a pandemic of the unvaccinated, and (3) vaccines are our only exit strategy. However, whenever their narrative falls apart, the emphasis shifts, cover-up lies become bolder, and dissenting science is censored. (snip) Though not reported in the media, the “mask is your best defense” isn’t settled science -- the WHO states that: “the use of masks by healthy people in the community setting is not yet supported by high quality scientific evidence.” Despite exclusive pro-mask news, parents are protesting against governors and school boards mandating masking K-12 students.

He said he talked with Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) about the shooting. “I think she knew somebody who was there,” he said. “I’m not — I don’t know anybody who was injured.”

Even though Biden suspended his vaccine mandate for federal workers to save himself a few approval points, he’s nevertheless looking for alternative ways to “force” people to get vaccinated, and a domestic travel ban is one such possibility. “So, the President said earlier today that there haven’t been any recommendations to put in place domestic travel requirements. But what we saw with the Delta variant is that once it was already here, it spread rapidly across the country. So why not have any testing or vaccination requirements whatsoever for domestic air travel since people are, you know, going fairly openly across the country?” a reporter asked Psaki.

According to a memo issued by the Biden administration, the “White House’s Office of Management and Budget is telling federal agencies they should hold off on suspending or firing federal workers for not complying with the vaccine mandate until after the holidays.” This is a huge cave for an administration whose remaining anti-COVID effort is focused almost exclusively on the vaccine mandate. Further lockdowns are out, according to one report. People have lost patience with social distancing and travel restrictions.

It's the best record of anyone in the media. Almost everything I've predicted has come true, including a stolen election based on mail-in voting without voter ID; a communist takeover of the USA based on lockdowns, COVID-19 "public safety" mandates and open borders; and President Joe Biden being a brain-dead puppet with dementia.
