The Michigan high school shooter who killed three classmates and injured eight others yesterday at Oxford High School is now refusing to speak to police at the juvenile detention center where he is being held. The 15-year-old suspect has not yet been named by police because he is a minor. It remains unclear if he will be charged as an adult or a juvenile but he is being held at Oakland County Children's Village, where he is on suicide watch and being checked on every 15 minutes. He is accused of opening fire at Oxford High School in Oxford, Michigan, on Tuesday afternoon,

The fugitive parents of accused Michigan school shooter Ethan Crumbley broke down in court Saturday morning as their involuntary manslaughter charges were read aloud, and the judge set their bail at $500,000 each.James, 45, and Jennifer, 43, Crumbley were captured early Saturday in the basement of a building on the 1100 block of Bellevue Street in Detroit, less than half a mile from the Canadian border, police said. They were taken into custody after leading authorities on a large-scale manhunt. Both Crumbleys pled not guilty to all four charges of involuntary manslaughter - one for each high school student who was killed in the school shooting Tuesday.

The charges against James and Jennifer Crumbley were filed Friday morning in 52nd District Court in Rochester Hills.
It is rare for parents to be charged like this, CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig said.

The Bidens were on Biden time last night as they arrived at their designated spot for the National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. They were late. They were late enough that the host of the ceremony held on The Ellipse in President’s Park south of the White House had to ask the audience to re-do their applause after the First Couple’s introduction.
Last night was the 99th annual National Christmas Tree lighting. Is it too much to ask that Biden’s keepers get him outside on time to flip a switch? Apparently so, and it turned out to be a moment more awkward than usual for Sleepy Joe.
