Monroe, La. - A federal district court in Monroe on Tuesday said a federal agency had overstepped its authority and temporarily ended the requirement that millions of healthcare workers nationwide get vaccinated before Monday, Dec. 6. “There is no question that mandating a vaccine to 10.3 million healthcare workers is something that should be done by Congress, not a government agency. It is not clear that even an Act of Congress mandating a vaccine would be constitutional,” wrote U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty sitting in Monroe for the Western District of Louisiana. He expanded his order to include all states but those that have already enjoined the rule.

Refreshing to know there are a few judges remaining who understands and will uphold the Constitution. Meanwhile the left is threatening civil upheaval if the Supremes dump Roe. They are ready to riot over an assumed Constitutional right vaguely based on the 14th A but would gladly have the Court strip us of clear 2nd A rights

That’s great for the HC workers, and I am happy for them. But now, let’s get moving on these private companies.

Federal judge blocks Biden vaccine mandate

A federal judge blocked the federal government on Monday from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for health care workers in South Dakota and nine other states. U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp in the Eastern District of Missouri wrote in his ruling that regulations handed down by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services earlier this month were issued improperly. The agency did not get approval from Congress to mandate vaccinations for health care workers, Schelp wrote, which he argued was necessary given the mandate's "vast economic and political significance." The rules were also issued without a standard period for public comment, which Schelp said the agency's justification for was not suitable.

Throughout the existence of the scientific process, replicating results has always been a necessary component in order to gain a scientific consensus and gauge the accuracy of the results of whatever test or calculations were conducted, but when the supposedly trustworthy experts find something in the results that doesn’t fit the approved narrative – leading them to bury the information – the credibility of the scientific establishment goes completely out the window. Well, according to one world-renowned cardiologist out of the UK, that is exactly what is happening right now. A recently released study that was presented at the American Heart Association (AHA) Scientific Sessions Meeting

Details are thin, but Presidentish Joe Biden reportedly will suspend his vaccine mandate for federal workers. According to a memo issued by the Biden administration, the “White House’s Office of Management and Budget is telling federal agencies they should hold off on suspending or firing federal workers for not complying with the vaccine mandate until after the holidays.” This is a huge cave for an administration whose remaining anti-COVID effort is focused almost exclusively on the vaccine mandate. Further lockdowns are out, according to one report. People have lost patience with social distancing and travel restrictions.

Muhammad Ali said, "It ain't bragging if you can back it up." So, excuse me for bragging, but in my almost six years as a nationally syndicated radio and TV host, my predictions have been remarkably accurate. I'm not perfect, but I'm batting close to .990. It's the best record of anyone in the media. Almost everything I've predicted has come true, including a stolen election based on mail-in voting without voter ID; a communist takeover of the USA based on lockdowns, COVID-19 "public safety" mandates and open borders; and President Joe Biden being a brain-dead puppet with dementia.

Dan Bongino walks the walk, in addition to talking the talk. He may be professionally classified as a talker now that he has a podcast, a three-hour syndicated talk show, a weekly Fox News Channel show, and a simulcast presence on Fox Nation, but the former NYPD cop and Secret Service agent is a man of action. I tip my hat to Dan for standing on principle – even at potentially great financial cost – in dealing with bullying by Antifa and by the vaccine mandate fanatics.

Mask and vaccine mandates are less politically damaging than they should be. Recent polls show that around 64% of Americans support mask mandates, although less than half view masks as effective. We lost our jobs, missed our families, miseducated our children, suffocated and killed ourselves, and are over 90% vaccinated or immune and COVID is still here.

Andrew Cuomo announced yesterday that he’s resigning as governor of New York because he loves the state and it’s clear that he’s in the way. Since I think very little of the man, both as a person and a politician, the fact that he’s leaving seems like good news. However, it’s very likely that, by pulling out now, he’s sparing himself and his minions a criminal investigation into the 15,000 old people who died last year when he insistently warehoused COVID patients into retirement communities.

We’ve all heard the slogan “Guns don’t kill people, people kill people,” and human nature seems to bear out that bit of wisdom. The beginning of the book of Genesis recounts the story of Cain and Abel, two brothers who had a fatal falling out long before guns were invented. The only human remains found in the La Brea Tar Pits of Los Angeles belonged to a young woman who seems to have been a homicide victim 9000 years ago, again, long before guns were invented. Even after the invention of guns, people continue to kill each other with everything from common household implements to exotic poisons to complicated bombs.

Steven Spielberg’s long-awaited remake of Stephen Sondheim’s hit musical, West Side Story, is raising eyebrows after the director decided to release the film without subtitles to help English-speaking audiences follow along with the Spanish dialog. Spielberg and writer Tony Kushner decided to hew toward authenticity for the scenes involving the Puerto Rican characters and have them speak in Spanish in many of their scenes. However, Spielberg also decided to forego subtitles to help strictly English-speaking audiences understand what the characters are saying in the Spanish-only and mixed Spanish-English scenes, The Blast reported. Some Spanish-speaking commenters on Twitter were thrilled that Spielberg was excluding English-speakers from understanding the Spanish scenes.

Dr. Anthony Fauci has warned that American may need to be prepared to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 every year to protect against infection, but insists that holiday travel is still safe for the vaccinated. Fauci said it was too early to tell whether an annual 'booster' will be needed as new variants emerge, as he spoke with CNN's Anderson Cooper during a town hall Wednesday evening. 'Anderson, to be honest with you, we don't know. We really don't. You could say we might have this or we might require this, but we don't know,' Fauci said. The news of the emerging Omicron variant was greeted with a giant shrug by most of America, and it’s no surprise why. The total failure of our establishment to earn our trust over the last two years of this pandemic made it inevitable that a huge number of people, at best, don’t care, and at worst think it’s a calculated lie designed to prolong this nonsense. The COVIDians are positively turgid over the idea of more mandates, more lockdowns, more masks, and more viro-fascism. So when the CEO of Moderna states that the vaccine might not be as effective against this new mutation as to earlier ones,
