Earlier today during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file.
Sounds like these folks broke the law. Mr Prosecutor, do your job and indict these felons.

Sure, we stole the election! But: our cause was just, our motives were noble, our hearts are pure. And, best of all the whole Black Robe Mafia---right up to the Supine Corpse--- let us get away with it . So, get lost!

#3, at that point, it moves past the ballot box, to the cartridge box.

Sooo...you are saying that you only did this to have the required storage space for future elections...the nearest one of which was over a year away?
Yes.
And you do this after every election?
Yes
Then why was there still data from prior elections on the same hardrive that you deleted this years data from?
Uhmmm...I'll have to get back to you on that.
You did this while under subpoena, knowing that ALL election data was relevant to the inquiry, but simple moved it and didn't mention it because no one specifically had requested access to an archive you never informed them or the Court existed?
Yes...

Unless they reformatted the drives that data is still there, when you delete things they don't get deleted only the address of where is deleted, reformatting cannot happen by accident so if it was reformatted that's criminal. Not saying the deletions themselves aren't criminal too.

What was that line in 'Apocolypse Now''? Oh, I know, "Remove with extreme predjudice'. A pit bull can be a happy pet until you kick him enough times. We are beyond the Gadsden snake analogy...the commies have already Tread On Us. It's time for the snake to bite.

They said they did it in anticipation of the subpoena. They saved it to archive thinking that would avoid the subpoena.
Um that is destroying evidence by your own admission numbnuts. Spoliation.
Doesn't matter that you saved it someplace else. You expected it to be subpoenaed and you deleted it. Bam.

I think their defense is going to be they just didn't want to give the information to these (Cyber Ninja) auditors. Ok, as long as you have the archive files and allow an independent audit of the records we can still get to the truth. They are betting that the courts will not back a legislative subpoena as having the force of law. Auditors still need to look at the adjudication logs, system event logs, and all router data that would confirm internet access to the voting system. This also doesn't include the ongoing canvass of voters. We still have lots of ways to get around this obstruction of justice effort.

What total liars! The subpoena clearly said ALL election related records. Records removed to an archive drive to avoid the subpoena will not work any more than a drug dealer flushing evidence down the toilet when the police are at the door. The testimony said they deleted election data, because there was not enough space. Really, your previous answer was you moved data to the archives. This is the honest remedy, and maintains election records. Then the old guy offers up a witness to come an explain it all, which Biggs immediately responds that the offered witness has been fired, and is under investigation for fraud---and the old man, caught in his lies, cannot suppress his laughter.

Were they at least dragged off to jail after they admitted to breaking the law in order to not be held accountable to the law? Tell me they were.
